Seniors probably dont have a choice, it is a requirement to get a cap and gown. I don’t mind how much they are trying to sell their products, but I mind how I tried contacting them for months about my simple order of a custom tassel. To whom it may concern, just buy what you need (a basic cap and gown, and a mascot tassel) then you wouldn’t have problems like those with 1 star reviews

My daughters graduation 2021 was held at a different location then her high school. Did they ask, inquire or contact. Nope! Paid full price for a senior package, MOST was a waste!!!You can get a cap and gown from your kids high school for free. Make your own announcements etc.. This place is not fair, dont care. 👎🙅

Received about half of what I ordered. Thank you notes were missing, hoodie is on back order, no mention of when the cap and gown will be received and only got 15 envelopes for 60 announcements. For days I have been attempting to contact someone to give me a concrete answer as to when I will receive my items and still don’t know when they’ll be shipped or if they’ll expedite shipping. I left a post on their Facebook page and they replied asking me to pm information, but more than 24 hours later I still haven’t received a response to the pm they asked me to send! This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! They don’t care about making things right because they already have my money!

Awful quality. Have never been able to wear my class ring due to 1. Defects 2. Wrong stone color 3. Stone fell out the first day after getting the first two problems fixed. Choose any other company if you can.

The worst! During Covid 19 they refused to refund orders for graduation ceremony neither to me nor to my school. Due to the virus gathering of more then so many people become illegal. The order was not even sent from their facility yet. Thankfully, I studied at an amazing school that stepped forward and refunded our student orders to us from their budget. If you are a school who about to place a large order for the graduating students or an individual stay away from this company, because even a global virus wont make them refund your orders. The worst!

We ordered my sons letterman jacket mid February was told 6 weeks it would be ready. During our waiting period COVID-19 slowed down the process is what jostens told me also had to call several times to just obtain this information! They also tell me should be done in 2 weeks and they would call when it arrives. Here we are in June still no letterman hopefully I get a call back but I have learned they are not great at calling back either. Worst customer service ever! Please look elsewhere for ordering your letterman!

Terrible. I ordered cap gown and tassel May 10 and it didn’t come, I had to go to my school to get it and still till this day never came. No one answered the phone for weeks and when I emailed them they said $49 would go back on our account even though it was $81 trying to tell us they won’t give back the tassel or delivery fee, I get the delivery fee but I never received the tassel either !!!! Thanks for a waste of my time, save yours and just purchase it at the school there’s so many more easier options AND they are way cheaper. Just insane how annoying this whole thing has been. They never ever pick up the phone literally !! The first time they picked it up for me was like 4 days ago and I’ve been calling for WEEKS. And customer service SUCKS but the marysville ladies are sweet hearts ; if you do waste your time with purchasing anything here make sure you’re calling the right numbers because there’s a bunch.

They sent me someone else’s ring and said they would not start on my son’s ring order again until I sent the wrong ring back to them. I ordered his class ring at the beginning of the school year. By the time I would get his ring he would only have about a month left in High school. The customer service woman was condescending and made me feel like I was the one who messed up!

At my school we were told that we would get anything we ordered the day we ordered. I have a late lunch and took a test in my physics class, so I got out to the lunchroom later. When I got to the counter they told me they had no more of two the products I ordered. It is unfair and now my things will not be arriving for three weeks. I am beyond livid. Please do not use this company if you can help it. Its expensive and unnecessary stress.

This company is terrible. Everything is so rushed and they dont really care about anything except money. I didnt know there were options for sweater types and she didnt tell me so now Im stuck with one I dont like because she was too rushed to show me. Makes graduation process absolutely terrible. Too bad we have to use this company because they are absolutely terrible to work with. I talked to someone online about exchanging the sweater and she said that it was totally possible but then I called and the rudest representative Ive ever talked to said Id have to wait a few weeks for my order to process even though I already have the sweater. Crappy people to work with. Also crappy material for such a high price. The white letters dont even match the white design on the sweater. How do you find two totally different shades of white?

Where is the communication? With an important time sensitive event like graduation why are customers/parents/students getting a confirmation email on delivery status?At least let us know if capand gown is going to school or our address.

Very confusing to customize orders and theres multiple names for the same item so its hard to figure out what you are getting. Also very slow customer service.

Terrible customer service. Went in to their show room to order my class ring and to try on possible rings and the guy knew almost nothing about the ring sizes or the types of rings they had. He basically dismissed us when we asked if we could order stuff in store and told us to order it online. He also had no clue about their return policy (since I wasnt able to try on the ring type I wanted in person) and told us to call back on Monday. When we called we got an answering machine, we got a new number to call, called that number and no one answered again. For a company that charges so much money for their stuff, they have terrible customer service.UPDATE:If I could give them 0 stars I would. After the customer service fiasco I finally got my ring ordered. Sadly when it arrived the entire ring was nicked up with the gold outerlayer flaking off in multiple areas. It was sent back (now being over 2 months since the initial order), and came back christmas day. This time the ring was mostly fixed but a black nick still remained in one of the corners. This ring was 400 dollars. There is no excuse for the low quality service and product happening in this company. No school district should sponsor this company, and no person should buy from here, it is likely to be a complete disaster --- And my case isnt the only one, as many people in my school complained as well.UPDATE (again):When my graduation package arrived at the end of the year there were a few things wrong (not suprising but still thought I would share the royal mess up that this company is). My package was missing my tassel (which was supposed to be delivered the beginning of the year anyways). I had to practically fight the manager guy to get the tassel as it didnt show up on my order even though every student got the tassel free with their orders. The worst part however was the quality of the gowns. This material (even compared to 3 years previous when my brother had graduated) was literally plastic. On top of that many people had the wrong size since the size choice was severely limited. This made for a lot of issues with the gown. Again, and I cannot say this enough, try to avoid this place. Its low quality EVERYTHING and high prices are dispicable.

Terrible service first of all. Ive been waiting months for my order and to top things off the only way I can get ahold of them is to drive a hour to their office. The number on the website they provide never gets answered and if you leave a message it takes them weeks to get back to you.
