I love Meijer! Theyre clean, usually well stocked, fair priced, and customer service is always good. Wide aisles make shopping during busy hours more manageable. The organization of products makes finding things easy. The Meijer brand itself is high quality and affordable. They always have sales going on and with the app you can literally save hundreds of dollars in coupons and rewards. Also, whats great about the app is you can see which aisle the product is found in to make it easier to locate in store. The weekly 45-50 minute drive is worth it.

I dont frequent here, but the store is always clean, displays beautiful and inviting fruits and veggies! Great meat sales and free cookie for the kiddos!

Great pricing on Butterball Turkey, only .99 per pound. Grocery bill had us saving over $40.00 frpm a comparable trip to 2 other grocery stores.Friendly and helpful staff.

Meijer is a great place to shop. I like shopping there when I just want to grab something and go real quick. Also, when in that odd ball item I can’t find anywhere else.

I come to Marysville from Delaware specifically to shop this Meijer store. Clean. Efficient and mostly well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable, if that can be said for anywhere during these times.

Another good experience at the Marysville Meijer. Associate in the meat department greeted me and asked if I needed help. We ended up chatting a few minutes about the current situation with prices, etc. Nice guy. Didnt have a lot to get in this trip, but everything was available.

This place is amazing, this was the 1st time I had been here and they have almost everything and the clothes are really good and they have some good top brands and the deli & the groceries is good too. Its closer to the freeway and well sanatized. I would visit again 😊

Clean, good selection, decent prices. The Fred Meyers, Kroger answer to Walmart. I’m glad to see some competition with a reputation of better employee care and concern for social responsibility. I hope they continue with this tradition.

I went in this morning Friday the 20th of August I was looking for flea medicine for my 3 Chihuahuas and decided to look dor dewormer for two kittens we found, I asked this gentleman for help and he went above and beyond trying to help me. I believe he was a manager cause he had a dark blue button down shirt on and I was really impressed by how he stayed with me till we found exactly what I needed. Drove from Bellefontaine to marysville jus to shop at meijer today. Spent well over $100. Got home an found overpaid cashier didnt take ink cartridge off a shirt I purchased. Called meijer and of course their solution was drive all the way back to fix the problem they caused. They got their money so Im screwedUpdate ...message I left at meijer.com got back to the marysville store director and he sent me a new shirt. The clowns I spoke with on the phone said too bad, we got our money. At least someone there was nice enough to make things right

I stopped in close to closing time hoping to find a unique birthday cake. I found the perfect cake, but the bakery was already closed. When asked, the manager didnt hesitate to help out. Although he was a bit out of his element trying to find packaging, he made sure I had my perfect cake. The best part was his upbeat, positive attitude. He was smiling and chatting the whole time. It seems that customer service experiences like this are few and far between, these days. Dave, thank you SO MUCH for your wonderful customer service!! (p.s. she loved the cake 🙂)

Very clean organized store. Only issue is lack of humans working a register only 2 open tonight 10 days before. Its mostly self checkout with people buying carts full of items. I had one item and had to wait to checkout

I was so happy when Meijer opened this store in our town 6 or 8 years ago. It is clean. There are lots of great products to choose from. Pharmacy is pretty good. Employees are friendly and helpful. I love this store.

Meijers self check out slow!

My son found a pack of pokemon cards on their shelf, the last one, and when we went to buy it the barcode didnt come up, the lady at the lane said she couldnt find the barcode and that we couldnt buy it. so I went to the customer service desk and they told me that this pack must have been apart of a bigger box and that I couldnt buy it. imagine being the manager of a store telling a 10 year old that we werent allowed to buy the pack of cards and that they were just gonna send it back to get their money instead of taking mine. This never would have happened at Walmart and if your being compared to Walmart as Meijer ur doing something wrong. not to mention i spent 260 dollars including 200 dollars on a bike during this trip and was refused being able to buy a 4 dollar pack of cards for my son.

They have a good selection of meats and other products

Most of the food has very short expiration dates. If youre not careful and checking everything you purchase, youll unfortunately get something that expires within a few days or is already expired. Produce follows this suit and is not the best quality. I only have this issue at this Meijer.Also, barely any lines open, so checkout takes longer than it should. I appreciate that the store is clean, but I will be going elsewhere.

They really need to work on their pickup system. Both WalMart and Krogers got 5 stars from me.

IT WAS TERRIBLE!! 6 on Friday night, only 3 registers open and all of the self checkouts were lined up through the storeEach of the 3 checkouts that were open had people lined up clear back into the store, at least 7 to 10 deep. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ! I waited in my line for over 30 minutes!!

Before heading back home which is about an 1hr & half away, We decided to check out this Meijer location. My Wife & I enjoyed it. Totally different from the one in my town.

Very busy store, but its always clean and stocked well.Been going here for years from Bellefontaine.Higher quality products, friendly prices.Wouldnt trade for Kroger and definitely not Wal-Mart.

I looked for butter for 5 minutes never did find it couldnt find anyone working there to help me either

Waited for over 25 minutes today in line of which only one was open. This was at 5:00 and steadily busy. Another opened up and it was a mad dash from everyone who was waiting. Decided I didn’t have another 20 or more minutes to wait. Abandoned my cart and left. Good help I guess, is hard to come by.

Really enjoy coming to this Meijer in Marysville so much nicer than the ones in Delaware certainly a lot nicer than Krogers in Delaware. Isles are so wide that you can navigate up and down and not having to worry about running your cart into somebody else. Even the other Shoppers are friendly and will smile and talk to you not like in Delaware.

Tried out the pickup orders for the first time, the associate that brought our order to the car was pleasant and they only made one substitution for our order which was acceptable.

Ive been shopping at meijer for 7 years and not once have I had a bad experience several of there team members have gone out of there way to ensure I have what I need and recommend if i ever have the need i can order online n there staff will be in constant contact for my order

I am not sure if this store is an old design or new but it feels tired to me. The store is clean and has the products you expect. The food section is much better than the non food side of the store. Honestly, it just doesnt hit the notes to be a place I would make my regular shopping location. Kroger has a better food selection and Aldi has better prices and they are both in town. For auto, home, electronics, etc. I would prefer online. Its a fine place to stop of it is on the way and you dont like Walmart.

I go in to buy just a few items and one item was Kosher Salt (simple). I had my basket full of what I needed except that item. I asked one of the employees there if there was more. His reply was Oh yeah, we have plenty of that stuff. The shelf was empty, so he goes to the back to get more. When he gets back he tells me its buried and he cant get to it. So I ask him So youre telling me I have to go somewhere else to get it? He nods and says Yeah sorry. Wow, this is how Meijer does business? I politely replaced all items back where I got them and walked out. Off to the other store. Way to go Meijer, you have a great business model.

Service with a smile its a staple here it seems. Was struggling to reach an item and before I even looked foran associate to assist one was there and retracing theitem for me before taking the time to adjust rest of stock forward for future customers seeking it to have an easier time of it. Plenty of registers open. And even with holiday crowds things were not chaotic and lines moved swiftly.

They now have discontinued selling music cds. They will not accept cash at self checkouts. When questioned about this policy, the cashier told me that their self checkouts have never accepted cash. That was a lie. Then, she said that walmart and krogers have the same policy. Another lie. Then she blamed the coin shortages. Lie #3. This place has half the customers it used to have because of one reason: they dont give a damn about their customers. Only the bottom line. I will never shop there again.

We LOVE the Meijer in Marysville, OH. The associates are friendly, they rarely run out of ad items. The store is newer and very clean. The clientele are great. It is a much better experience than the Meijer stores in Columbus or Marion. We don’t mind driving further to shop the big store in a small town setting.

Only four stars because i cant find the powder stuff you put on the carpet before vacuuming. I could ask, but meh..

A little more expensive than competition but generally better variety and availability. Never enough registers open; unless I get an employee discount Im not doing the job of a cashier - you charge enough you can pay for people and not machines or free labor. Many employees are less than friendly or helpful, but a few are good. Managers are generally worthless.
