Very Horrible Service. Equipment Does Not Work Properly And They Charge You When You Take It Back Because It Doesnt Work When You Get It Home

Weve rented equipment from these people twice in the last few months and both times we would have been better off doing the job by hand and saving the money.First we rented a rototiller in preparation for our sod delivery, the blades were dull and bounced off even the loosest dirt. The thing handled like a Meijer trolley and almost everything we did with it needed re-doing with a rake and shovel, so it was a complete waste of time renting the thing as it didnt save any time at all on the job.Our second and probably last rental was a post hole digger that made our project hell for the last two days. Once again, the blades were so dull the thing probably couldnt churn butter and over all it gave the impression of an antiquated piece of scrapyard junk thats been sat out in the yard for years without any kind of maintenance. The only reliable part about it was that it started up first time every time, which at least makes it better than the rototiller.On returning the equipment, the store was absolutely covered in spiderwebs all over the racks and displays and the front of the house was completely abandoned for ages after we arrived. My wife says that the person she dealt with when picking up was helpful and friendly, but the cashier we dealt with on the return seemed mired by the fact we were asking for assistance. After spending all weekend being careful with the equipment wed borrowed, in spite of how bad it was, it made more sense to us to see him tossing the equipment around without a care in the world. Probably explains the dull blades.On reflection, well probably drive a little further and spend a little more for equipment that actually makes the job easier next time.

I have rented and purchased items at this location. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. If something isnt working properly the staff takes it personal and goes above and beyond to make it write! They definitely care about their customers.

I rented a sander for 24 hours. The drum sander was not level and only sanded from the right side of the drum, so it took triple the time to finish the job. The orbital sander kept throwing the sand paper and neither sawdust bags would stay attached, which in turn randomly blew up in my face despite my efforts. Upon both pick-up and drop-off the staff members were extremely dismissive in regard to my questions as well as the challenges I experienced. I highly recommend, if you do give them your business, to ask for some kind of adjustable clamp for the bags as they would not acknowledge my feedback. I, on the other hand, will not be patronizing this poorly managed business again.

Rented a power washer today and brought to our home to power wash our deck. The power washer the hose would not hook to the wand. Returned it and was given a different hose... came back to our home and started the power washer and it had a very small stream of water!!!! Went back again to this store and returned the power washer again!!! The store would not return our money for rental! Very poor customer service!!! Very disappointed and still our deck is still not clean! Would NOT recommend this rental store!!! We were going to take our power washer there to be repaired will not be doing that now!!!
