I went in and bought myself a bullet. Almost as soon as I got home my significant other told me to exchange it for a wand. The ladies were so nice and kind, and allowed me a one-time Exchange. In addition, every single woman there that helped me was very kind and friendly. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and I really enjoyed their customer service.

Staff is very friendly and helpful finding the things you need! Love coming back here one of my most favorite lingerie stores and they always switch out and carry unique outfits unlike other lingerie stores. Def recommend this store!!!!!

Been shopping here for years with no issues, friendly staff and decent selection except severely lacking in plus size options. At least until one day when the staff refused to allow us to size a clothing item in the dressing room. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, incredibly disappointed after such good service for so long.

What is this a weed shop!?!? Last time I checked I dont need an ID to go into a sex shop. Ive been to lovers lovers lair and the Everett location of love zone and not once was I asked for ID. I will never shop at this location ever.

Went there to shop today, Was told men werent allowed in the store today. Its a ridiculous ladies night promotion. In a day and age where inclusiveness is the norm and people arent judged based on race, sex, or orientation the love zone excludes their largest customer base.
