Jesse did a great job on my passenger door damage from a car hitting it directly. 10/10 would recommend this shop! Very professional and incredibly happy with the repair work. And all done within a 3 hour window, didnt have to go through trouble of pick up/drop off and be without my car for days. All the guys in the shop were super nice, which is HUGE me being a female. Very professional, and I am so pleased. I will definitely use them again and refer all friends and family there!

I had a crushed hood and fender on my Mini Cooper. Was not sure anything could be done other than $1300 body shop repair. Have no idea how he did it but Jesse did it for about a third of the body shop estimates and did not have to paint it. You could not find were the damaged area was now if you were looking for it. I would highly recommend this business for both the service they provide and the way you are treated.

I took my Denali 2500 in to Jesse for body repair after some farm damage. I was not satisfied with the dent removal and Jesse listened; and then went above and beyond to do a job that I was satisfied with. Jesse is considerate and professional; the job I rate as excellent. I, without doubt, would go back to his shop and use his services.

These guys are great! I got quoted around 1100 for some pretty extensive damage. When I brought it in they were able to see some more damage than originally and it was just a hair more. They got to my car within just a few days and had had the damage fixed and the paint done by the next week. 5/5 would use again!Update even better after they installed new headlights for me!

This is probably one of the most unprofessional, incapable, unorganized shop I have worked with. Not only did the owner charge me $100 but said the dent was in an odd place and he could only get it 95%. I took my business elsewhere dent is gone so much more professional and organized and was charged less than $50. The owner of the first shop tht did not complete the job said he would issue a refund.Sure, I am still waiting .Beware Dont use these people.

After multiple FAILED attempts to get an honest and fast estimate I was referred to Dents and Detail by my good friend. So thankful I took his advice and drive to Maryville from Knoxville to have them look at my car. CANT say enough positive things about Jesse and his business. I got my estimate on repair within 20 minutes of parking my car and a rate that was much lower than anyone elses maybe but we cant get your car in to check the price attempts at other shops. Well the moment of truth came when I picked up my vehicle. The owner met me at the door, took me to my car and walked around showing me what he fixed! Let me tell you, the quality of craftsmanship was better than I had hoped for. He even fixed a dent that I didnt mention for free! I couldnt be happier with the quality, the price, the atmosphere, the communication, and the service. I wont take my vehicle to anyone else. When you find a business that takes as much time as needed to explain what they are doing, explain why the cost is what it is, and outright care about taking care of the customer... YOU NEVER LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Had a number hail dents on the hood and roof of my Land Cruiser, now there is no sign they were ever there. Also had them repaint my front bumper (couple of bumps and bruises) and my wheel well flares (faded paint), and she looks like new. They do a great job and have a high attention to detail.

The local drive-through car wash had left many scratches all over our new car. I went to a couple body shops they wanted to repaint most of the car at a cost of over $2000. One of the body shops referred me to Jesse at dents & detail. He was very friendly and helpful and was able to buff out all scratches and do an extremely good detail job all for under $220.

Incredible dent repair and fantastic service with a smile! I got a quote to fix a big dent in the front quarter panel of my 2020 Outback (a piece of plywood fell over on it in my garage) from Grayson Subaru and they wanted $1200. I called Paintless Dents and Detail and Jessie quoted $600. Their reviews were great, so I took a chance. Woo hoo! Saved myself $600!! Jessie also was kind enough to vacuum out my car too as part of the deal. I couldn’t be happier with the results. You’d never know there was a dent there, and they did the work in about 5 hours. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My car had a dent from getting hit while parked in a parking lot, the quote from a collision place was 1300-2000$. I could not believe it, it was a small dent on my drivers door. After driving by dents and detail all the time I took it in for a quote, not only was it only 250$ but Jesse was kind enough to do it on Memorial Day when it was better for my schedule. It only took a couple of hours too. It was a wonderful experience my car looks great, you can’t beat the value, and Jesse made it easy and convenient.

I have just used Jesse’s services for the second time and I am just as pleased as I was the first time !!!!!I first found Jesse about three years ago after a “mystery incident” in a parking lot left a large dent in my then one year old Mustang. I left my car with Jesse for just one day and when it was returned, there wasn’t a trace that it had ever been “mysteriously” bumped. I called Jesse again a couple of weeks ago this time after another “whodunnit” in a parking lot left ugly marks on the side of my almost new Jaguar. I have an interesting story. I own a 2018 black Canaro ZL1. The car is a garage queen with only 5k miles on it. I had previously had the car ceramic coated and wrapped in clear bra in all the vulnerable areas. So the car shines so well you could shave your face in the reflection. I noticed one day that there was about 20 dime size dents up and down both sides. Couldnt figure out what had happened and thought to either repaint the entire car or get rid of it. Come to find out by watching my security tape that a turkey saw its own reflection thinking it was another Male so he went at it. Crazy ! Jesse and the guys got every dent out. I couldnt believe it. Cant find one spot on the car that they didnt get perfect. Thankfully because I probably would have gotten rid of the car I was so sick over it.Thanks guys!
