Our tire went flat about 4 hours away from home and these guys were the only ones close enough to us, Im so glad they were able to set us up with a whole 4 new tires at such short notice. They were really fast and professional. It took about 2 hours to get us ready to go again but, they were really busy, so I completely understand. They did their best to prepare us for the long ride home and made sure we were good to go for a safe trip.

They were great with helping me with information about my cars rim & tire. The manager was wonderful, He noticed that I was having a bad day. He said he would be adding me to his prayer list. The next day he called & said my rim & tire was in. They did a fantastic job & it only took an hour. Thank you so much for taking care of me I appreciate it.💜

Always friendly when I’ve had to service my car, and always fair in regards to price. They tell you and show you exactly what is wrong and don’t gouge you when it comes to the bill. You may have to wait a bit for your car to get serviced, but it’s miles better than taking it somewhere else to get hosed. If you’re in the area and your car needs ANY type of work, these are your guys!

We got a hole in our tire leaving Great Smoky Mountain National Park, West End Tire was able to get us in with no wait time and repair the tire quickly. They had great customer service and were very friendly. 25 minutes from the moment we pulled up to back on the road, thats incredible. Thank you for getting us back on our road trip!

I went to buy a battery for my truck here. I called first and was quoted a price. After I purchased the battery, I checked my invoice and they had added a surcharge for shop supplies that was never mentioned on the phone. When I confronted them about it, the owner Scott got very bellerigent and was VERY rude to me. He begrudgingly refunded the surcharge to me. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. If you need tires, batteries or anything automotive go somewhere else, anywhere but here. I have never been treated so badly before. Their customer service is nil DONT GO THERE !!!!!!

West End Tire does a great job at a reasonable price. I got tires for my car a while ago and my partner got shocks put on, an alignment, and tires balanced. It took less than 2 hours. In doing the alignment, they found a high spot in a tire, and rotated it to a location that would not be as noticible when driving. Great extra service free of charge. They dont try to push services and products you dont need on you, and you dont have to pay a female tax! It is a great shop.

I bought four new tires and had a front end alignment. David was very helpful. I am very pleased with the results!

Although it started off great at West End and there was no issue with the mounting of the tires that i purchased from them the problem comes from a door ding dent that materialized while my 2017 Charger Daytona was in their custody. I immediately contacted the manager as soon as i got home and upon his request returned with the vehicle so he could see the damage in question. The manager advised me that he would speak to the owner and most definitely get back to me on Monday morning since it was a Friday. Two Mondays have come and gone. My car still has a dent and i never received even a call back. Customer service and respect for your vehicle is obviously not a priority at West End.😐

The guys started on my car as soon as the tow driver dropped it! Had my tire changed in no time, took the time to show me what had happened to make my tire flat to begin with, and even aired up all of my other tires for me 😁 all of the staff is super helpful and friendly, their tires are inexpensive, and any time I ever need another service and Im in Maryville, these guys will be my go to! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Best tire and repair service in East Tennessee. I have been going there for over 10 years and have ALWAYS gotten excellent honest service. Even if their tire price was slightly more than a discount tire place I would gladly pay the difference knowing that I would be taken care of after the sale. I currently have 6 vehicles serviced there. Only shop that I have ever had come back and tell me that I didnt need new brakes!

West End Tire is the only place I’ll be taking my car from now on! I had a nail in my tire, and made they mistake of taking it to a large repair shop that isn’t local or trustworthy. They told me that I needed to purchase a new tire, and that my tire wasn’t repairable. I had a feeling I wasn’t being given honest advice, so I left and immediately took my car to West End. They fixed my tire for just $20 and had me in and out in less than an hour. Thank you all for being honest and helpful!!

We moved here 8 months ago, needed work done on tractor tires. Google showed several tire shops, glad I picked West end Auto. Some shops are friendly, others are quick and knowledgeable. This shop is both. They now have a new customer.

I was very impressed with the time they took to answer my questions, they kept me updated on the status of the work being done to my vehicle, their prices are competitive and I have been more than happy with the work that was done. The new generation Cooper tires they recommended and installed two months ago have performed better than expected. That visit has made me their customer!

My mom went to West End Tire Sales on a busy Saturday morning with a slow leak from a tire that had been plugged twice. David worked her in, patched the tire properly, and she was good to go. These guys are great, and when it comes to tires, they have our familys business.

I had a Great experience with West End Tire. I took my truck with awful oil leak. They were able to diagnose and fix my truck in a day, and best of all it was way more reasonable than I had anticipated.

Went there to get a wheel replaced, and the guy didnt try very hard to get me one that same day. His business partner did have some in stock but never tried to deliver. I drive for Uber or Lyft for my sole income, so they nearly put me out of work.

The guys there are courteous and professional. Excellent work and honesty, I always come back when in need.Or just for oil change.

Scott runs a great shop! Recently had an issue with a starter on my Honda. Turns out the installed replacement part was bad, but there were no issues in making the correction. Scott apologized, got his top mechanic on it and gave me the keys to his loaner car. Mistakes happen, but its how a business handles them that makes the difference! Trust the goal of West End Tire is to get it right!

I called and asked about my size tires they said they had to they gave me a price I thought it was fair two used tires for $80 for being out of town not knowing the people seem pretty good but when I got there they charged me 88 and I asked if it was $80 out the door when I called so thats the only complaint I have but as far as service and nice people wonderful people recommend anybody
