Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and fair pricing! These guys unloaded my bikes and started on repairs before I got my little crew in the shop. Pricing was clear and very fair. All repairs were explained in laymans terms. We were in and out and on with our day in no time. So grateful for their fantastic work!

I will not go to anyone but Bill with my bicycle needs. This crew is knowledgeable and a great team to service all your biking needs. Got out and visit this awesome shop. I’m glad I did.

Drove 600+ miles to attend the Smoky Mountain Recumbent Rally sponsored by this bicycle shop.Wonderful folks, great shop and a really fun even event.Picked up a few accessories for my recumbent trike during my stay. Descent prices and wonderful service.Would highly recommend visiting Townsend and exploring the Smokys by bike (or trike). Dont have a bike or trike? ... no problem these locals will hook you up right!
