Moderately priced on services. But always a job well done.
Take your car anywhere else other than here. They have very dishonest practices especially if you dont know about cars. Their diagnosis of what was wrong with the vehicle was completely wrong. Was told the oil leak was so bad they couldnt locate it. There was no oil leak. Was told condenser was bad condenser was fine. Only real problem was a hole in A/C tube. Wanted $2,000 for a $300 fix at the local A/C repair shop. Dont trust a word they say.
Great experience! Everything I needed & wanted was immediately available. Very Much deserving of the 5 Star Rating!.
This place realy helped me out of a bind!! Had severe death wobble on my jeep. After going to other places that would not do the alignment for me and basically told me that I had no idea what I was talking about, these guys did me right and fixed the issue I was having. They even spotted another potential issue and fixed it right away. I was very impressed with them.
Friendly staff. Kind of expensive but pretty good service.
Definitely not recommended. They price it low till you get there and once you leave and they did the work then it gets jacked up. Not to mention all was no where near tight like they needed to be. Plus they rounded one completely to where it cant be took off at all
Waste of time. They dont seem interested in customer service. Never going back. Would give zero stars if it would let me.
This place was amazing, I show up near quiting time needing a tire on wifes car and everyone jumped right to it, no complaining or come back tomorrow just great service from office to shop floor! Good job firestone
Andy was so very helpful, friendly, and an awesome gentleman to us!!
My wife had bought a battery here. It didnt last too long so we had to bring it back and while the guy at the front counter wasnt really a wonderful greeter. He finally agreed to replace it. not before asking us to please get off the black rugs because we are dirtying them and he hates to have to clean them all the time. So I told him then take them off the ground if you dont like cleaning them or get a good vacuum cleaner. We wont return unless the battery goes bad thats for sure wouldnt want a dirty to rugs again.
Needed Tires, Great The Techs Are Great They Pay Attention To Detail. Quality Job. I Would Go Back, And Love The Tires!
Customer service and common courtesy must not be part of Firestones corporate policy anymore. Sorry you just lost a national fleet account customer.
Had an appt for 4 oclock. Ended up waiting an hour before my vehicle was taken in.
Said that it would take over 4 hours to change one tire and the workers were just standing around talking
Twice I have made an appointment only to show up and be told the appointment doesn’t exist. Just getting an alignment can take two hours plus. If you can go somewhere else DO IT
Just the facts:We made an 11:00 appointment to have the brakes checked on our Ford F 150 at the Foothills Plaza Drive location in Maryville.10:45 We walked in the door. The employees at the reception desk were friendly and welcoming. We sat down to wait.11:50 We walked across the street for lunch after being told the truck would be seen within the following 40 minutes or so.12:45 We returned from lunch and seeing that the truck window had been lowered, we thought we were making progress only to discover the truck had not yet been taken in to the bay for review because of a semi blocking the entry into the back of the building.12:53 A tech took the truck into the bay.1:13 We got the update on the work that needed to be accomplished. We were told Firestone had all the parts available in the shop but the tech had just left for lunch and would return shortly. Of course, employees need a lunch break but why not have more than one employee who can complete multiple tasks?1:45 The tech was back to work.2:10 We’re still waiting but at least they’re working on the truck.2:28 The truck is finished and we’ve been here for 3.5 hours for a job that actually took 45 minutes.
These guys are great!
We were traveling through Maryville in our rv and had a flat tire. Firestone was not equipped to lift the RV and actually complete a repair but one of the techs brought his tools out and did what he could to allow us to get home safely. Thanks for going above and beyond to provide excellent service!
In and out! Sweet!
Had to get a quick tire change. Called in the Manager Robert assisted us all the way in best regards to customer service. I could tell this place is ran very well as all the staff seemed to be happy and working accordingly and together. Thanks Yall- Grant
I went by there to get the air in my tires check the good thing I did both of the front ones were low they were real nice about it
Took good care of me in a hurry.
I have lots of older cars and Ive had several repairs done at this location always happy with the service and efficiency of the staff
Best customer service ever. I had to wait over 4 hours there to get my car fixed and they helped make the time fun and go by so fast. Fixed it great and I will return for everything now on.
My car needed an alignment, tires, and an oil change. Discount Tire was not helpful who seemed more concern with racking my bill up. I approach the matter frustrated from then. Luck threw a mechainic named Austin my way. I wanna give a shout out to him. He is the reason I give 5 stars to Firestone. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly trustworthy. He seemed concermed to help me for the best price. I hope Firestone takes care of their employees like him cause I will return for my positive experience. Its been 4 months and I still havent had any problems. Great work Austin.
Wait times are very long, and the price just to get a tire fixed was unbelievable. We had a nail in the tire I went there to get it plugged it cost me $33.00. Ill never do that again. Im a member of Sams club and they do it for free. I could have went somewhere else but most places are closed at that time of a night. Im sure it would have been a lot cheaper. Firestone tires is a big rip off.
Fast friendly service
Nice and friendly people. They really care about you and want to make your car is safe to drive.
They where very thorough in checking my vehicle out.Very nice people tooI will take my vehicle here if anything is needed again.
Over charging on things
They took care of the problem with my tire quickly and were very nice!
Definitely let down by this location. I have always bought tires for my vehicles from firestone so when I got some new wheels for a new car I figured I would take them in to get new tires mounted. Was told when I got there that I needed to buy four new tpms sensors but the wheels I bought had brand new ones mounted already. When I let them know they immediately without looking said they can’t program “that kind” and that I would need to buy new ones from them. So I took my wheels with my tpms sensors to discount tire where they mounted them, balanced them and programmed the tpms sensors without issue.
IF YOU WANT AN HONEST REPAIR, YOU MUST TRY THIS FIRESTONE LOCATION. Jim is a Rockstar! My daughter was visiting from out of town over the Memorial Day holiday weekend and I took her car to this location because a national known oil change shop had told her the brakes on her car are shot and they couldnt recommend she leave without repairing them. Jim and his tech, Adam, inspected her car and told me, apart from an adjustment and changing the brake fluid, her brakes were fine. Jim reviewed with me what they found (worn out tires, alignment), we discussed repair options and I authorized most all the repairs they recommended. Despite being a Sunday on a holiday weekend, Jim and his crew made the repairs quickly and the total price was reasonable. I mostly appreciate their honesty and thorough explanation of every aspect of the repairs. They have EARNED MY REPEAT BUSINESS. Give them a try.
I had a rattling noise on my truck I stop by there to get it check out they said they were back up want go there again
They fixed my power steering leak in less than two hours and also changed my oil. Best to make an appointment because it can be busy during the week. Great service and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend.
Nothing exceptional, but not bad either. Cheap tires that dont last long, but are competitively priced. They often have great deals on alignments if you keep an eye out
They get you in and out very quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable about the services offered. Can get a bit busy sometimes so I would advise an appointment. Reasonable rates and great service!
These guys are the best . Ive been getting work done on my cars here for a lot of years now . Their Very honest an very understandable when they are explaining what really needs to be done to your vehicle. Ill always take my vehicles to them !! Family an Friends, Thanks guys AWESOME JOB ALWAYS!!! 😎
One of the better ones to go to. Really friendly, helpful, and fast as well. Insurance on the tires is awesome if, IF, your tire goes bad when it still has a lot of tread
Great staff I prefer to speak with a gentleman at the counter named Jim
Quality work! The guys are AWESOME!!! Wont go anywhere else!
I normally dont have negative feed back but for the first time in my life I feel I was cheated; I had to get 2 new tires as I had already got 2 the previous month and the job was done but not without attempts at upselling me. Also was told my tire light might be broken but as it turns out the air pressure was really low I had to air it up myself and even that seem like an issue as only 2 days later I found myself still low on air after a $700 job for all four. Will not be recommending you to my friends in the future.
Will never take anything I own back to this place. They are a joke. Bought four tires to put on a mini van and left it there for them to put them on and got a phone call that they had broke the stud off in the back right tire and told us it was frozen and it was our responsibility to fix. Wanted to charge 150 dollars for a 5 dollar part that we immediately looked up on autozones website. Also had a huge list of stuff they said needed to be fixed. Will be exclusively using C and D tire on 411. All this place is after is money and trying to get you to buy as much as possible.
Seemed like they were nice enough. Typical chain auto repair though prices are outrageous and constantly trying to upsell you. Needed a brake job which they were running a special on supposedly and they called back recommending over 1600 in repairs. Plenty of good local autoshops in the Maryville and Alcoa area no need to give these guys your business.
Over charged for parts and thought I could trust them. Check around and dont go!! I wish I would of checked other places before I gave them my money!! Never again
Larry and Brad are great. Super nice and know what they are doing. They stayed open past their normal hours because I told them I was on my way with a donut on after I hit a pot hole. Wouldnt take my cars anywhere else. Thanks guys!
Tried to take advantage of our situation, being in desperate need and out of town! Charged $350 for a part that was $171 across the road at Autozone, but would not use outside parts! We ended up at Service Plus Automotive, charged HALF the price of Firestone, and they were amazing!!!
It doesn’t feel good to be looked at like your stupid or just talked down to because of an opinion they look at you with. Just because I may be a kind man doesn’t mean you should treat me less than. It genuinely doesn’t feel good. These are the days that I wish my daddy was still alive because he knows how to deal with things like this.
This location has helped me out many times before. Doing this review because they went above and beyond. Had my car serviced while in Nashville and the place there broke some parts when they fixed my issue. This location, Jim especially, helped get me back on the road and in full working order. Thanks for all you do.
These guys are super friendly and have always been able to answer my questions, regardless of the year and make of vehicle. Great service at very fair prices. I highly recommend them.
I love this store and these employees. They take care of my car and show me the utmost respect. Robert is great!
Professional mechanic, instructional paperwork explained added visual awareness of work completed or repair needed, and overall an atmosphere of straightforwardness along with the ability to be forthright with earnest truth about car care!!!🤓
Ill never ever go to this place again!!! Worst experience ever.. Never go to the one in Maryville very, very rude...cant believe i spent $115 on installing tires
I took my 09 Mini Cooper in for a simple oil change- I specifically ask for a Mini Cooper Oil Filter and Synthetic oil- The manager said that they would have to get the filter from Mini, and that what they had was the same- I also ask for synthetic oil He said there is no such thing- as a full synthetic oil. I ask them to check all fluid levels and make sure there were not leaks or anything out of the ordinary. I was told my car had no leaks and everything appeared in excellent order- Two weeks later my engine light comes on- I took my car into Mini Cooper, there was no oil in the car! they could get a reading- All of the oil had leaked out into the engine, and caused major damage to the engine- I had to have so many things replaced the bill was over 4100.00- I called and ask if I could bring by the invoice to Firestone they said sure- Immediately the manager said their is nothing in here about the filter? I didnt mention the filter- Mini assured me all the damage was done from this oil leak, and if you see the invoices and the repairs that have been made to the car - Clearly you can see it was from the work that this Firestone did to my car- I highly recommend you take your car to the dealer- This isnt over, Firestone is a franchise which is under Bridgestone - I love the way that because I am a woman I was talked down to and dismissed- Like I said this isnt over, My attorney will be the next point of contact . Warning, if you want to avoid thousands of dollars of repairs take your car anywhere but there- RUDE, CONDESENDING, INCOMPETENT. I wonder how many women have been taken advantage of, and talked down to here? How many have paid for repairs that like me, that were not done properly. Costing them their hard earned money? Lady, there is no such thing as synthetic oil- Really? then why I have been paying triple of what a regular oil change would have cost?
Called to see how much it would be to change serpentine belt and they said 125 because it was almost a 3 hour job. My husband ended up doing it himself and and took 10 minutes. They were trying to take our money for nothing. Would have been a waste. Scam artists. I recommend that you check around for quotes before you let them do anything...
Needed a patch on my tire they seal properly from the inside. You get what you pay for. The technicians were so nice.
Great helpful and straightforward people that run an efficient/customer-oriented branch. The constructive attitudes of the staff really help to create a positive experience each time.
I love these guys cause they treat me like family . Robert and Jim are the best fellas ever . Because Im a women I get alot of down grading remarks about how women cant do what men can. And how men know more about cars then I do. But not from these guys. They are just down right all around good people and love what they do.
My truck broke down near here on my way to Chicago and they got me up and running and back on the road quick and for a fair price. Great people to deal with!
Expensive but wonderful service. And relatively quick on a busy short-handed day. Needed a battery and got exactly what I wanted. Nice folks.
I first went to this Firestone because of a free oil change coupon several years ago. I keep going back because of the amazing service. The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable... and arent pushy. They will see things wrong with your car but dont pressure you to get it serviced there. I have seen them treated very badly by some customers while I have been waiting for my car to get done and, no matter if the customer is obviously in the wrong, they are courteous and professional in helping them. I have been to several other Firestone locations and even though there is at least one location closer to my home, this is the one Ill always go to because I trust them and have been treated better by them than anywhere else.
Great service/sign in techs, service was done when promised
I got a flat tire running over a piece of metal that happened to be on hwy 129. I was able to change the tire myself. The next day I went to Firestone since I purchased the hazard protection plan when I bought my tires. They didnt have the all season version of my tire but they replaced it for free and I only had to repurchase hazard protection on the new tire. The guys there even put the spare back in the tire well and put the Jack and tools back in place even though I had thrown everything in the trunk when I brought it to them. Great service!
NEVER AGAIN! Stopped in to Firestone in Maryville a few weeks ago and asked them to just check the tires on a ‘new to us’ car we bought from my little sister. They did that - for free. Awesome, right? Asked them about tire rotation, as those new tires (when we bought it) now had about 4 to 5,000 miles on them’ the tires all said ‘FireStone’ on them. The service guy looked… and said yes, free rotation... no problem. We left happy - would have given a great review that day, if asked. However, TODAY... a couple weeks later, my nearly 60 year old wife took the car in, by herself, to get the ‘free’ tire rotation they told us about. A different guy, same location, today told her there would be a $20 charge (just to rotate the FIRESTONE name brand tires) because we didnt buy the tires there… and my sisters phone number wasnt in their system (she bought them at the Navy base in Washington just a few months ago – because my wife flew out to Washington to drive the car back here (to E. TN)). $20 to JUST ROTATE (plus tax, minus a veteran’s discount; my wife & I were in the AirForce). They did nothing else... but tried to up sell her for a LIFETIME ROTATION (as long as we owned the vehicle) for $63+ tax). Also tried to TALK HER INTO an alignment 94.99, or a LIFE TIME FRONT END ALIGNMENT ($199.99)… and also tried to sell her ONE NEW TIRE, because he claimed that one tire was ‘worn’ more on ‘one side.’ Mind you, these tires have about 6,000 miles on them. Guess they are heavy on commission now, because he was sure busy trying to sell… and apparently the guy thought MY polite, nearly 60 year old, wife would be a good target. I’ve NEVER EVER been treated like that… and am appalled they treated my wife (and our money) that way! There are MANY GOOD TO GREAT tire businesses that do FREE ROTATION… especially when the tires are THEIR BRAND. How much more obvious is four newish tires, less than 10k miles, with FIRESTONE written on the sides, needing a quick rotation? Apparently, the Maryville Firestone feels they are the only option in town? Seriously, within 20 minutes of them I can think of at least 6 competitors… and one of those will be getting our business in the future. NEVER FIRESTONE! Not again! BLEW IT BIG TIME by trying to take advantage of my wife! Clearly, I can’t trust them to be right – fair – or aware, without pushing upselling – my wife, sisters, daughters, or apparently many others!Hey Firestone, how’s the $20 of FREE ADVERTISING YOU’RE GETTING? SMH ~ If I can’t trust you and your employee’s with my wife, I sure can’t trust you with my money! Seriously, Firestone - especially those people at the Maryville Auto Center (care is in name only)... will NEVER see a dime of my money EVER AGAIN! I have 6 vehicles and 4 trailers (boat, jet ski, utility, 42 5th wheel) on my property right now; we have three small businesses, and kids… and know a few thousand people… and THE RESULT OF THEIR OVER CHARGING & OVER SELLING TODAY COST THEM! Free Rotation, as told to us a couple weeks ago, for Firestone branded tires, and your business would have EARNED A CUSTOMER (which, btw, I had done business at a few times over the last decade). Charging for a simple rotation for YOUR OWN BRAND OF TIRES cost you trust, respect, and business. Sure hope it was worth it!I’m not amused or happy with the way they treated her like ‘just the little woman!’ Nor did they bother to ask if she were a veteran; AND apparently can’t read well as they put down the wrong license plate number on the receipt.Walk-ins are easy customers... a business can earn to keep, or quickly lose. Today was your loss, and a damn expensive (to you) $20 charge.
This place is the best place to get there cars fixed...the one by foothills mall...
Super helpful. Even went above and beyond to ensure no more damage caused by rodents to wires in my car.
Great service when we broke down on the road!
Every one real pleasant & nice and save me money
It was a very good experience and atmosphere they were very nice and respectful Ill come back
Had multiple employees call in apparently and only had 2 techs working in the garage and 2 continually reminding customers they were short staffed and wanting pity. I had an appointment and instead of them calling to notify me of the delay... they just waited until I showed up.
Quick and helpful guys, didnt try to pressure me to purchase extra.
This place is the best to get your tires. They gentlemen that work here are very helpful.
Walked in, no one was there to help me. Kind of stood around and looked for someone but I got no help. It was a little busy so I think everyone was out there working. Went down the road to matlock tire and it was even more busy looking. Yet, there was 2 people in the office ready to help me.
Great service and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.
Service Manager James Short, Store Manager Robert, and mechanic Adam are some of the reasons Maryville Firestone has serviced my four cars over the last 8 years. Professional and trustworthy and fix the first time
Excellent service. Bought 4 tires there and they have great offers.
Motor quite, couldnt afford a new one, had to leave my truck for a week . They took good care of it till I could tow it back home & didnt charge me a dime.
All thá guys were AwesomeAnd I Got Freat Service.
Great service, staff was friendly
Robert Corder consistently provides exceptional service.
Fast, Expert service . will be going back and recomending to Everyone . Thank you guys for being so awesome!!!!!.... Wi-Fi sucks/nonexistent...
Robert is the best he can take care of anything you need!!!!!
Never had a problem with my old car for 3yrs till I had an oil change and had them replace my oil sensor. now I have an oil and steering pump leak. when I called to ask about using a rack to find the leak I was put on hold several times and the person had an attitude. I have used firestone for years an never had such poor unprofessional service till I moved here and use the this local firestone. next step is to file a complate with HQ since I have been a member of the company for over 25 yrs.
Great service, went above and beyond to make things right
Took great care of our car
Takes forever and pricey!
Ive been going to this Firestone store for a while the staff is very friendly and honest, dependable, and courteous. I will always use them for my car care needs.
Let me start off by saying, I will Never use Firestone again... Ever. And now let me tell you why, I took my car in for an Oil Change... A month later and about 1600 miles My car starts making a noise under the hood. I call them they tell me to come in and they will look at it, I put 2 quarts of oil in it to get it to the store, they change my oil for free (well that was nice right). They Checked for leaks, and nothing, they actually said I had one of the cleanest engines they have ever seen. I get in my car, start it and that noise is still there, only a lot louder. At that point I ask the store manager if that is normal he says oh yeah I have heard cars make that noise up to 300k miles after an oil change (My car only has about 100k miles) so I leave to go to work. On the way to work, My car spins 2 bearings!!! I called them and after asking a bit of deliberation and asking for their home office number they decide to tow my car there and look at it. They get it there, and then tell me that they cant do anything and that they have to get their claims department involved and I should get a phone call in 2 - 3 days. 2 and a half weeks later, I ended up having to go the firestone and just so happened the district manager was there and I talked to him, he informed me that he was watching my claim closely because if it was something that they had to pay for it was going to hit is wallet.... REALLY?!? You blew up my car and your talking to me about your bonuses?!? Oddly enough I get a call that night from firestone, they are having my car sent to a mechanic, the mechanic called me to make sure he had all the details straight, they told the mechanic that the car had 3 1/2 quarts of oil in it when it was brought in, failing to mention that I added 2 quarts, and they added 500 miles to the distance from the oil change (Sketchy? I think so too.) The first mechanic says there was no sign at all of leaks, no sign of the car burning oil... from everything he could see he ruled that the cars oil level was left low at the oil change. That wasnt what firestone wanted to hear obviously... So they send someone else. He tells the guys at the shop that he pretty much agreed with what they found, but I thought to be on the safe said I would have someone else look at my car as well. I had another mechanic go and look at it, he says the same thing, no leaks, no sign what so ever it was burning oil and no carbon build up or sludge. Firestone gets the report back from the guy they sent and he says.... There were no signs of leaks, no sign of burning oil, but that the oil change firestone did was a quality stand up job... Humm... well at that point I tell them, well I suppose I will see you in court, file a complaint with the BBB, and leave a review of you everywhere it will let me on the internet. Oh well in that case if you can get us the assessment the other mechanics made of the car we may change our decision I get them those, then they say, well we are not changing the decision of the claim, we just needed these letters in case we to go court... REALLY!?! After calling the corporate office several times, leaving voicemails for several people, and never getting a call back I call consumer affairs and they get corporate on the line and the guy was a complete jerk, rude and condescending. Believe his name was Keith or Kevin. It amazes me how poorly a corporation like this is being ran, Im filing a complaint with the BBB now and am filing a lawsuit against you tomorrow. Even if I do not win, word of mouth is the best or worst kind of advertising, and I will do everything possible to cost you as much business as possible, your customer service is a JOKE. and please dont give me the generic reply of email someone and we will get in touch with you. DO NOT USE FIRESTON!
Bad brake job....took my honda to get new brake shoes....well...I left with my new shoe with a big whole in it and a scratched up drum that ate up my new shoe thats how we found out and seen the big hole! I will never go here again...they are lucky we didnt sue them!
Ok service. Will always find something else to fix.
Okay for oil changes, tires and batteries, if you have a lot of time on your hand! But stay away from the expensive jobs, because they are way overpriced!
Good tire store
Always get us in and out in a timely manner.
Knowledgeable staff and good customer service.
Wonderful service and great people!
They do amazing tire changes and are just amazing
Had my car for > 30 hours and then charged me $50 to fix it. The car wasnt fixed and had to take it somewhere else.
Staff very friendly and knowledgeable
Great service and staff.
Very fast on getting an alignment and two new tires done but my front end still shakes so not very pleased with their services
