I suppose this business relies on contractors for sales because it certainly isnt set up for regular customers to shop. The place is crowded and cluttered. There is no organization to the floor samples. Luckily, there were 3 helpful staff available. I was disappointed and uncomfortable that none of them wore a mask while I was there. Doubt I will go back.

I was looking for a replacement globe for a 12 year old ceiling fan. Not finding what I needed at the box stored, I tried here. They greeted me and offered to order what I needed. I found a globe on a floor sample that looked like it would fit and they allowed me to take it home to confirm the fit. After confirming it was indeed the right fit, I called and asked for them to order the replacement and allow me to keep the sample and pay by phone, which saved me a trip. I was very happy. Then they called to order the replacement and the vendor said they would send one for free so they called me back and told me it was no charge. So I was very pleased with the customer service and good attitude these ladies displayed.

The owner knows this industry. Always very friendly and has a great personality. Variety of styles in lighting fixtures and accessories. Really pretty wall mirrors.
