Myself and wife stopped in on Saturday, we tried the ground smokey burger, Wow its amazing! We ended up buying 2 lbs. of it, 1 lbs of ground chicken, bacon and some local honey. We will definitely be back again!

Mother Earth is fabulous and has top quality meats and cuts not available in grocery stores. Was really pleased that they were able to cut a 3lb pork loin for me that I needed for a recipe. Highly recommend their services!

I’ve been buying Mother Earth meats since they were over in the store on the parkway. I developed a dependency on the bison dogs there. The deli is amaze balls. Wonderful addition to the regular fare. Quality is unmatched in the area. Even the shrimp is better than what I find at other upscale groceries. This trip I tried the Philly cheesesteak sausages and they were fantastic! I would try anything they put in the case or on the slicer. An asset to our area.

Saturday, I had the best steak I have ever had in my life. The Kobe ribeye from Mother Earth Meats is spectacular. It was so tender and flavorful. It melted in my mouth and the flavor was out of this world. Sunday, I made some of the grain-fed non-gmo ground beef. Hands down, that was the best ground beef I have ever put in my face. It had an amazing, full flavor that shined through by itself regardless of what I added to it. It was moist and tender and absolutely fantastic. We routinely eat various cuts of chicken from Mother Earth Meats, which my picky husband absolutely loves. In the past, I have also had their bison and lamb. Both were just as good as any of the beef we had this weekend. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their meat is a hundred times better than anything you find in a standard grocery store. If you haven’t stopped by, you are really missing out.

GREAT selection of all kinds of meats and ready to cook specialties that you just wont find in a large grocery store. If you want something different, like made in house that day sausages, guinea, pheasant as well as the typical, its here. Yes, its more expensive than the grocery store, but.... And some of the selections of honeys, jams, jellies and free range eggs and butters is wonderful. Its worth the stop and right on the circle on East Broadway.

Small business butcher shop. The Owner was very Friendly and the Store is well kept. Their gift offer was a wonderful donation to those in need for the Holidays, it is still open until the 21st of November.

This is the only place in Knoxville that sells “real” pasture raised chicken. It’s wonderful! We also like that we can buy Benton’s bacon here😃

Coming from a family of butchers. I feel I am more than qualified to give a review on this store. Went into this butcher shop yesterday. The one star I gave is for cleanliness. The meat look like they have been in the counter for a long time. Very dried out meat. Chicken should be on ice. I personally wouldnt trust eating any of it. Very scary

Ive been buying my familys meat from Tracy for the past 10 years, before he even sold it from a storefront. I would either buy 1/2 cow from him, or meet him to buy from the back of his truck when he was in the area. I could not imagine feeding my family with anything less. Organic beef from Costco or grassfed beef from Kroger pales in comparison to the deep and fresh flavor of the local grassfed beef that Tracy provides. I still have some 6-year old beef in the bottom of the freezer that still tastes just as fresh as it did back then, thanks to the excellent packaging. Do not take great, healthy and local meats for granted. Support this store and your familys health at the same time. They are doing things right!

I love a good Caribbean flavor and when I come here the staff always helps me jerk my meat. If you have never had these guys jerk your meat, trust me, it is worth the upcharge.

Some of the best sausages ive had in a long time. I can only hope this place stays around.
