My husband and I had our first appointment today, the entire office staff were very friendly and professional. Dr Long was extremelythorough with our exams and detected a problem with my husbands right eye. The front desk got on the phone right away and made him an appointment with a specialist. I give high praises to this office!

My family has been immensely pleased with the care we have received from Volunteer Eyecare. Dr. Kolarik and his team are always so polite and provide great service in a timely manner. Volunteer Eyecare also has a great selection of glasses frames that you can choose from in office. The ladies who help you choose frames are so sweet and caring too. My frames always arrive soon after we order them. Highly recommend to everyone.

The doctor said my eyes had not changed enough to warrant the expense of new eyeglasses, a pleasant surprise since they sell them here. Everyone was very friendly and professional. One small problem.. Eye exam was at the Halls Office, I requested the glasses be sent to the Maryville office for pickup. When I received the voice message that my glasses were ready, I went to the Maryville office and they were not there.They did have them sent over and were ready for my pickup the next day at the Maryville office. Again everyone was friendly, apologized and I recommend Volunteer Eyecare to everyone needing eye exams or glasses.

Doctor was really nice and it was quik...BUT!...LOL they told us his glasses wld be ready in 10 days n when we called they told him 3-4 weeks. not a end of the world thing and was still a great experience.... so far.
