My husband purchased a pair of earrings as an anniversary gift. I opened the package and found the back post of the earring severely bent. When I went back to take a picture the amethyst stone fell out. The back of the stone was dirty and dusty like it has been out of the store and worn. YUCK!! They has been returned. Very disappointed and disgusted that these pieces were actually sold!! Never have had issues with this store before this.

The sales person named Chelsey at the Foothills Mall location is horrible. Recieved a gift for Christmas, took it in because it had broken within 2 weeks, She pretty much had the oh well attitude, Told me it could only be dealt with online due to being an online purchase, Talked with Kays online, and was sent back to the store to get it repaired. After the run around from Chelsey, Finally got it repaired. Would not suggest this store.

We needed to replace a simple wedding band. We saw that the store doors were closed but there was staff inside. We asked what the hours were for Sunday. Instead they asked what our need was, got the wedding band for. We made the purchase. They technically could have said come back tomorrow. Instead they served us today!!

We never felt pressured to buy anything which made it so much nicer when we did find what we wanted and learned that it was for an awesome price plus when we decide to upgrade to a bigger diamond we can do that by trading in the smaller one and putting that money towards the new one! We will always shop at Kays!!!

Fantastic service! The staff here is great. My fiance had lost the main jewel in her ring just a few days before our wedding. The staff at Kay replaced the jewel clean and shaped the ring and got it back to us in less than 36 hours.

I went to have a watch band adjusted. $20 for 2 minutes of work removing a couple of links. I dont expect anyone to work for free but at that price I will never go to a Kays again for any reason.

I was in the store the other day and I kept having to go get the woman helping me, Michaela, again and again to show me some rings I was interested in, because every chance she could she would walk away from me, every item I asked about seeing she acted like it was such a huge burden to open a little door and hand me a ring, and almost didnt want to hand them to me, shed just show it to me and then start talking about something, she was very rude the whole time and as a loyal customer who comes to Kays for all my jewelry needs I feel very disgusted with the quality of service I received and definitely will NOT be coming back to this store, Ill take my business to a Kays in a different city or to a different jeweler with some sense of proper customer service

I ordered a ring on rush on the 8th of this month and was supposed to get it back sometime near my anniversary, and I had to get them to refund my money because they apparently didnt care enough about a customer that couldnt afford expensive jewelry. I felt like they didnt care if I ever got my ring because it didnt have a large pricetag. I would NOT recommend going to this store. EVER.
