The Beltone office in Maryville was well-run. The exam I had was thorough and diagnosis was accurate. My hearing aids from Beltone have worked remarkably. I recommend this office for anyone needing their hearing checked or to purchase hearing aids.

As I aged I found that my hearing was a little less pronounced then I would like. My wife SUGGESTED that I might look in to the situation since like all husbands she was convinced that I didn`t hear the important matters she wished to impart to me. Lo and behold we received a circular from Beltone offering a free hearing test and that was the start of a professional and friendly relationship with the Maryville Beltone staff. The staff guided us through the financing process, provided us with information on care and cleaning of the hearing aids, and other information on hearing loss.I truly enjoy my periodic visits with the staff ( free as far as I know) and the efforts they make to keep me listening to the world around me even when some days I`d rather not.

This was a great experience in getting a hearing test and evaluation. Buying the Hearing Aid was the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. The device is the best thing that I have ever seen made in hearing technology. It outperforms all other devices I have seen. And the service the company backs it up with is second to none!!!

I was hesitant about getting hearing aids. Friends and family who tried/or had them were not happy with them. Buy them, and never wear them.Luke Amos works with you to make them exactly what you need, and will wear them. Luke will work with you until you are satisfied, and (most important) you will wear them everyday, and can understand every spoken word. Ive had mine for almost 3 weeks now, and I wear them everyday. I love being able to understand and hear my family, friends, and people.I recommend Luke Amos to everyone!!!!You can always go back and Luke will fix and adjust any problems you may have. Its worth the money!!!

I took my mom to Beltone in Maryville and was immediately impressed with the service and attention to detail they paid to her. The receptionist was as sweet in person as she was on the phone. And Luke, the audiologist was extremely friendly and thorough. I dont think you can be treated any better at any other hearing aid office anywhere! I have to say a FANTASTIC experience from the very first phone call until the end of the visit. I was very impressed by the service. When I first called I have to admit a was very frustrated. My mom had hearing aids from another company and lets just say it was not working out. I called and I spoke with the receptionist and she was very friendly and very helpful. She put me at ease and understood my frustration. She scheduled me for a time that was best for me and my mom. She is elderly and as we all know that its hard at times for the elderly to get out and about. When we got the office I met Tracy very welcoming and greeted with a smile which I have to say these days is hard to come by. The office was clean and smelled very refreshing and inviting. She offered us something to drink. Showed us where the restroom was in case my mother or I needed it. After all the paper work was completed Luke came and greeted us with a smile. He introduced himself and right away I knew for sure that we were in the right place. He took his time with us and with my mom having questions he answered every single one with a smile. The first appointment was quite extensive but unlike some other companies that rush you through Beltone actually took the time to hear us and treat us like family. I am excited to have my mom back. I saw Luke in Maryville. My experience with hearing loss has been a life long one. I am deaf in my right ear, and my left ear compensates daily. The struggle I have most is the distractions, or when a person is a quiet talker. Luke helped pinpoint a hearing aid that will help my left ear hone in on the sound I need to hear. Plus the technology of hearing aids (and a hearing aid app) has progressed so well. Luke was very knowledgeable over this to guide me in using the aid and the app. Worth going to.
