Eight years two months ago I was given store credit for a return. Yesterday I tried to redeem that credit. It started out with well have to track it down. I figured I was screwed. Mandy told me she would do everything she could to make good on the credit. Well, the next day I go in she had been tru to her word. Thank you Mandy. Great customer service.

Love the selection... Prices, not so much. Have bought many sandals, shoes, and boots at the other locations over the years. When they moved to their new location on the US HWY 129 bypass, they lost my loyalty records.

Zero organization. More boots in the wrong location than in the correct location. Many boxes had no display boot for their style. No organization by size at all. Massive sizes, had plenty of size 15s but no size 9s (I wear a 10-10.5 in tennis shoes). All the work pull-ons are steel toed. Massive utility outlet open in the floor presents a tripping hazard. Horribly disappointing.

I loved the one in midland shopping center this store is tiny. Customer service was nice. Prices was a c little high . Boots were pretty

Disclaimer - I really like Elliotts Boots and also enjoyed the previous Alcoa location. This review is for the new location. I visited today for the first time and it was a miserable experience. There were probably 15 or so other customers in this tiny store. Granted, a high volume of customers is certainly not worthy of a poor review, but this new store is tiny! The rows are so narrow that people have to squeeze by each other. I tried on a pair of boots, during which there are only a couple little benches to sit on and there is no way not to obstruct an aisle while using. While trying on the shoes, I had to sit up every time someone wanted to walk by and they had to step over the box etc.This location doesnt have near the selection on display as the other stores. To make it worse, only a fraction of whats on display is available in a selection of sizes. I looked at 4 different displays with only one or no sizes available. My wife found the same in the shoes she looked at. All in all, the small amount they had available was very disorganized. We will definitely be going to another location in the future.

Just got boots for work paid for by work. Very helpful staff and quick with the transaction . in paid out of pocket for insoles for all day standing great selection .

Very helpful crew and nice selection. Work shoes seem to be the specialty in this store but they do have casual and running shoes as well. Some accessories and attire along with insoles to offer the finishing touches.

Very nice! Decent selection of Chacos and other similar brands....the boots speak for themselves and all the accessories are sure to tempt !

Some customers wore masks, some didnt but all employees did & were very helpful. A man named Joe helped me find the exact pair of boots I needed to start my new job & was great with what little paperwork I had to process the transaction (boot voucher). It was very busy & I had to bring my 2yr old along so I wouldve preferred only a certain number of people in the store at a time since I cant keep a mask on her but overall, it was a pleasant experience. Parking isnt ideal. There are very little parking spots in front of the building so you may have to park behind the store and again, if I hadnt had a wild 2yr old with me, I wouldnt have even thought about the lack of front parking. Would definitely recommend 👌 👍 🙂

Always treated well here.Went in for some new shoes today. Found the Keens I wanted right away as its one of their normal carries. Told them about the shoe problems I had been having and they suggested some changes which I did hopefully that will increase the life of my shoes.Also I had a slight hole in the toe of my Fits sock and I mentioned I dont buy Fits anymore because they seem to wear out too quickly for me.She reminded me of the 2 year warranty and was able to take my old socks and give me a new pair. Which was great, being able to do that there in person to me is a great added service and time save. Lol even if I had remembered the two-year warranty generally Im too lazy to call the factory and go through everything thats needed to do to get a replacement so it really worked out.Also able to shave off 30 bucks from the bill due to loyalty points I had built up that I didnt even know about.Great place to get shoes.

Great customer service. Very helpful, during check out they asked if my husbands hiking boots he was wearing had a hard time staying tied. They not only sold to him to no tie laces but they put them in for him.

Terrible customer service. Three employees working- I was in the store for 15 minutes. Not one of them offered to help me. They continued to talk amongst themselves. The one star is because my daughter said the bathroom is nice!

Went in today to buy 3 pairs of shoes and couldn’t get any help . The employees were on cell phones standing around not helping anyone. This is not the first time I have took my business elsewhere because of not any help from them.

I went to Elliots to return a pair of boots that did not suit me. Then Jennifer stepped in and she was very thorough in trying to find me a pair of shoes. We found a pair that was great. Jennifer was very pleasant and fun to deal with. She made a difficult situation very enjoyable. If you go to Elliots ask for Jennifer.

Absolutely the worse customer service ever go to the Knoxville store save you the stress. 5 workers standing around only one person running register.

Wont shop there again. Went in and started talking to one of the ladies. Friendly and all. The manager interrupted our talk to tell me they couldnt help me. He basically dismissed me. I guess they sell working boots but anyone who looks like they actually WORK isnt welcome. He definitely gave the impression he decided to send me away before I got in the shop. Wouldnt look at me; stared at the floor the whole time. Said I could ask our branch somebody-or-other, picked up the phone and said Nope. Sorry. Didnt even have time for a fake line or two. Id rather drive to the other side of Knoxville than step inside that place again.

The staff is helpful and the products are great. I went to get insoles for my work shoes and the clerk was very helpful. The issue I have is the fact there is absolutely no social distancing in this store. None of the employees or customers were wearing masks, although my family and I were wearing masks. When I checked out the clerk that helped me even made a negative statement about the wearing of masks and it didnt set well with me. Your store isnt immuned to Covid-19. Everyone should follow the same rules. The checkout counter is a very congested area and I was not very comfortable on this visit.

I purchase my work boots here staff always great...but this trip was for leisure footwear and I waited until the last minute. This great staff went above and beyond to get my sandals. The staff was friendly, I didnt need help. I knew what I was after, but I did notice that the staff did walk up to other customers and asked if they needed help.

Ive used Elliotts since way back, going to the Western Avenue store in Knoxvegas... the folks in Alcoa are great too. Impressive product range- Ive bought Keen sandals, SR MAX work shoes (AWESOME!), and just recently a great pair of Hytest boots from them. Customer service is top-notch.People tend to make the big mistake of going cheap on their shoes- as someone who works on their feet, its well worth it to spend good money on shoes. I have plantar fasciitis in one foot, a horribly painful condition- without good shoes Id be using a cane to walk. Elliotts has the good stuff, worth every penny.

I highly recommend this location. I’ve been buying work boots here for years, but this was the first time they didn’t have what I needed. Melissa looked everywhere, and found my boots at the Farragut location. I wasn’t able to leave town for a few days, so Rob took my number & drove to get them. Called me within an hour to let me know my boots were in. Awesome crew!!

Just left because not a single employee acknowledged us to help ..there was plenty of them working. Did not even acknowledge our presence or any other customers! I was going to purchase several pairs of boots @ $159.00 each. Employees to busy socializing with each other! Note to management..how many other times do you think this has happened! $400 going to another shoe store!

I had gone to the mall today and had a terrible experience at Belks So, I called Elliots to see if they carried a particular shoe I was looking for. Mandy said she a great selection, and welcomed me to come by even though it was so near closing time. When I arrived, she was so kind and helpful. Never feeling rushed, she took the time to explain the pros and cons of different brands that would help with arch support. She easily could have convinced me to purchase a higher priced shoe, but shared her own experience with others that she thought would be best for my needs. Mandy ROCKS! I will be a lifetime customer to Elliots thanks to her. Thank you, Mandy for being so great!

I absolutely hate having to deal with this store to get my work boots. It is always a hassle. I always have to make multuple visits just to get one pair of boots, because they usually have to order them. The last time they never placed the order and I waited a month and a half for boots that never got ordered.

The staff where stand offish and reluctant to assist me. Maybe they just didnt feel like working that day, but it really put me off.

Great selection and customer service. We were told they had a school coupon and it wasnt in the coupon book so the sales lady honored a competitor s coupon.
