I have nothing but positive things to say about this location. I purchased my Samsung Galaxy watch here and the manager, RaeLeigh was fantastic helping with getting everything set-up. Another time I thought my phone had been stolen off my car and when I went back to the store for help, the sales associate Ashley was amazing trying to ping my phone. While I didnt find it until the next day when I washing my car, the effort to help me out was great by both. Well done! Always a pleasure to visit this store. KL

If you want to go to a store where the employees are helpful but their store manager is full of wrong and misleading information who then never follows up by phone with you to try and help you in any way when youve been dealing with problems that she created by misinformimg you (since February), this is the spot to go. Raylynn has chosen to ignore my requests for a phone call. Every time Ive gone in the store shes never there. Timmy is very helpful and actually cares. His manager gives wrong information to not only her customers but her employees. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Horrible, not trust worthy, and not a splash of dignity in the whole store let alone company!!! Long story short, bought the apple watch se 44mm which was on a promotional sale price 199$ instead of 329$…confirmed at the store, customer care ALL before i purchased it! A month later i was billed 329$ and not the promised 199$…after a bbb complaint its “discovered” that the 44mm isnt covered on the sale🤦🏽‍♂️😂 very typical of tmobile that followed by the blame game! “ sorry sir u were misinformed” yea misinformed AFTER the purchase! See what they do is say the price is x to get u to buy n than once u do the prices changes! Like isnt that illegal? A customer expects and promised a certain price which makes them buy a device and boom they change the price! THATS NOT EVEN THE KICKER LOL, now tmobile admits they over charged me BUT IN ORDER FOR ME TO GET THE $ back I HAVE TO CALL IN to get it!!! What happened to dignity and morals? I gota call in and ask for whats technically mine?!! Dont let my experience be urs!! If ur thinking about tmoble go to verison ir att&t I PROMISE paying a lil more is worth no headaches u get w tmobile! U get what u pay for lol if i could do it all over id send smoke signals before i ever deal w tomible again

Usually when I go into this location im in and out with my needs met. This time how ever it was not. I went in for an upgrade and was told that they closed at 8pm an refused to upgrade my phone because it was going to take too long. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Neither of the gentlemen there seemed like they wanted to help me or do anything at all, I will be going to a different T-Mobile location going forward.

Writing this one for Raelynn - think she was covering for the Harwich location on this day but she saved me! She was so patient and spoke to me in “regular person language” answered all of my questions and was so incredibly helpful. Can’t thank you enough, Raelynn!!

I would give them zero stars but theres no way to do that. First appointment at 11 they dont show up till 11:20 and tell me that they have no way of knowing when appointments are made.then the person who is servicing me told a supervisor on a phone that was helping him make my sales that he was there but miss the appointment because they arent notified.when they couldnt help me in the store they told me to call back around 1 which I did and never received a phone call backwhen I did get through to the other person in the store he said they have business to run and theyre busy. Didnt matter that I was the first customer in the door trying to make a purchaseI was hung up on repeatedly when tried to call back.

I went in there just asking questions about a phone I was interested in and the experience and staff was amazing. The moment you walk in it was like walking into the future. Jesse greeted me and asked what I was looking for right off the bat. I looked at the phone for a bit and we, as well as the General Manager, Raylin, started talking about what I needed in a phone and about the protection plan and such. The prices were reasonable and T-Mobile as good service. I was in the store about an hour and a half total having a good time and learning about my options. This is the hest customer service experience I have had in a long time. I will be back tomorrow to switch my plan possibly.

I went there earlier today simply to ask questions about possibly switching from att to T-Mobile. I gotta be honest I really wasn’t expecting much simply because I know how cell phone providers can be. I went in and the two gentleman that were working, and I remember them because of how helpful they were. Shout out to Jason and Jesse. J and J as I called them earlier. Talked to me for a good half hour to 45 minutes made me feel important and cared about. I left very knowledgeable and honestly will definitely be switching to you guys when my phone with att is paid off. Nicest people I’ve ever experienced going into a cell phone store before and I strongly recommend all my T-Mobile pals to check out the mashpee commons location. Very polite respectful laid back but they know there stuff !!!!! Thanks again guys !!!!!!!

Helpful friendly staff, have been in this store multiple times, each time they solved my ask with empathy and I never felt any pressure to make an unnecessary purchase. I have been a T mobile customer for a while and the company has definitely made substantial progress in coverage. They are absolutely the best bang for your buck, IMHO.

Excellent customer service! I visited Mashpee T-Mobile this AM with a frozen phone screen. Rebecca & Brittany fixed it in minutes. Plus, Rebecca took the time to show me what to do if it ever happens again. Great hires, T-Mobile!

Went to the Mashpee site to swtch 4 phones of Verizon to T Mobile. It was Black Friday at 7PM. Rebecca was there and came over to help us. Never did I realize how much work was invoved. We had so many questions and Rebecca was so pleasant and answered all of them. We ended up being there almost two hours. One hour of which was after the store closed. I have never seen better customer service anywhere and such patience. God bless you Rebecca!
