Store staff friendly and helpfull pharmacists consult was extremely rude and unhelpful woman

Google maps brought me to someones house.

I called 5 times today and never able to speak to a person. On hold for 10-15 minutes with just a recording blabbering on about getting a Covid vaccine! So I called CVS Corporate Office to report this issue and have been on hold for nearly 10 minutes already never able to soeak to anyone! CVS is horrible!! Go somewhere else! I know I will!

If there was a negative star option I would give them that. Always on hold forever, and then when they do answer they yell at you like you are inferior. They also love to talk over you. Rude, never say thank you or you’re welcome. If they hate it there so much then leave. I refuse to change pharmacies because the customer is always right, but if this continues I’ll take their names down and go right to corporate. I hate to sound like a Karen but this place is a joke...

Pharmacy very busy and not helpful. They don’t answer the phone and seem impatient. I also use CVS in Boston where they are wonderful.

Went to get prescription for my dad told me they didn’t have anything for him and then when my dad went in 10 minutes later they already had it ready. Shouldn’t lie.

Poor quality photo products and inconsistent customer service. Photo blocks look like a cut and paste preschool project.

They take forever to answer the phone, always a long line every time you go in to pick up prescriptions & there’s only one person on a register. Seems like they’re not listening to the feedback they continue to receive.

CVS pharmacy in Mashpee, especially pharmacists Beverly & Melissa, have been OUTSTANDING in managing my multiple prescriptions, and mailing them to me at home during the pandemic. They are responsive to phone requests, and have been in regular contact with my doctors to clarify and renew ongoing prescriptions. They have literally kept me alive by being so attentive to my medications, and I highly recommend anyone to use CVS in Mashpee Commons

MISSING FAMILY FROM AMOS CIRCLE MASHPEE SOME KEEPS SAYING EE ARENT FROM THE CAPE AND MOVED THEM. IT MIGHT BE A GROUP FROM THE AREA WHO PUTS FALSE INFO ON OUR NAMES.

Cannot handle refills. Lengthy wait times. Very frustrating.

Went to fill my prescription for muscle pain spasm relief. The pharmacist asked me do I have any information on my own doctor because if I dont she cant fill my prescription prescription has her name address and telephone number and signature what more information do you possibly need to fill my prescription of Flexeril not a controlled substance thank you very much now I will sit up all night in severe pain!

Understaffed. Line going halfway down the store constantly and one person on a register. Not to mention there’s no dedicated parking for CVS. Something that would change. Walked out and went to Walgreens, in and out wishing 5 minutes!

Parking is often impossible. Not simply inconvenient, but impossible. Think ladies in minivans ready to get into a street brawl over parking spots and people parked in mulch among the landscaping. Especially at the holidays and in the summer. CVS doesnt have a dedicated parking lot.The staff is very tolerant. But volume is huge and promised fills are often late.If all you need is a prescription and youre not at Mashpee Commons to mosey around and spend exorbitant amounts of money on things you dont need, look elsewhere, for the sake of your time and sanity.

Most the time I go there the people at the desk are so rude sometimes I have to wave my copay.its $3.50 & my insurence pays 95% of it.and the woman will say out loud.that its the last time shes gonna wave my copay.everybody hears her say it & I end up leaving there feeling like i stole something everytime . my insurence pays cvs thousands of dollors every month

This is a good CVS with friendly staff and ample parking. The register is small, so you may experience a bit of a wait when checking out.

Always a slow moving line. Photo area is really bad. Nobody can help you, answers questions or knows the equipment. I wont be back !
