I cannot be happier with the service here. I have a favorite 32 year old Watch. Haven’t been able to find a replacement spiedel band. Have looked in jewelry stores in Falmouth, Hyannis, Cape Cod Mall with no luck. Was in the Commons & went to Elfstone. Not in stock, but jeweler looked in a catalogue. The one I wanted no longer available, but we chose a different one. Came in overnight. He cleaned up the watch & attached & adjusted the band. I am thrilled.Thank you Elfstone.

Beautiful variety of handcrafted jewelry! Its a great place to pick out a gift or have a custom piece made. These jewelers are so incredibly talented, attentive and kind! My parents had a custom bracelet engraved for me a few years back for Christmas. My mom told them she understood if it couldnt be ready in time. They had it ready just in time for Christmas and it was perfect. I absolutely love it.I was in the store recently after I noticed the center stone in my engagement ring was a bit loose. They polished and tightened it up for me right then there and I am so blown away by the quality of service, kindness and care at Elfstone. I will be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for unique, gorgeous, handmade jewelry.

I first met Andy while participating in various craft fairs and shows back in the 70s. He was then and still is a consumate craftsman with attention to detail and fabulous sense of design.

Andrew and his team have an a depth of knowledge not easily matched. Creativity and diversity in design make this shop stand apart. I’m a little taken aback by the suggestion that the staff are rude but I have never experienced that. If you need just any old thing, go somewhere else. For unique and special, this is the place to go.

Horrible experience even though Andrew came highly recommended. The only time he was nice was during our initial meeting. Other than that, worst customer service and experience, EVER! I brought in 3 stones, mothers diamond and grandmothers ruby (100 years old), to be made into a new ring for my engagement ring. After countless excuses, ranging from sickness to blowing the ring up in casting, I finally received the ring 8 weeks later, and $ 700 more than estimated!! The ring was absolutely beautiful, but after 3 weeks, one of the rubies fell out and I lost it! When I called Andrew, he could barely get an apology out and better yet, when I came to pick up the corrected ring, he quickly pushed me out of the store, no apology! His female co-worker was just as rude, on the phone and in person! At one point during my whole 3 month experience, Andrew told me to relax. Who tells their customer to relax as they are spending thousands of dollars! Outrageous! Ended up at Guertins jewelers in Sandwich for my wedding band!! What a difference! They will have my business from here on in.

My mother has gone to elf stone for everything from ear-rings to watches, but every visit except from the initial has gotten worse, from replaced batteries dying immediately to now kissing shavings and being ridiculed for asking about them. She brought in a large, square pair of ear-rings made of silver, only to watch as they shaved off tons of silver, shaping as she requested, but failing to give her the excess silver shavings, and placating her for even asking. The general disregard and shame tactics just rub me the wrong way.
