I wish I could give zero stars. The sales woman was the rudest person I went in with my mom, who was looking for a black umbrella. Salesperson ask why we wanted black people dont like black its holds the heat. My mom said it looks really nice with the house. I tried cranking down one of the $400 umbrellas to see if they are worth the price. She yelled and that not,an exaggeration, dont touch them and told me I needed to listen to her. I should use 2 hands. I think she needs training on how to talk to people. She told us shes worked there years 15+ I think but a long time. There was no one else in the store. She told was to come back next year maybe they will have a solid black. WAY TO WALK A CUSTOMER!!! Stay away from this store. I never write reviews but I couldnt believe the rudeness of the saleswomen.

We had a fantastic experience here. We browsed around at all of the outdoor furniture stores and we purchased with them because they were the best to work with. The young gentleman helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. Knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive; couldnt have asked for more!

The Inn at Cook Street has bought all its outdoor furniture from Jay and his staff for many years. The Quality of the furniture and the service is outstanding. We constantly get compliments from our guests of what beautiful outdoor furniture we have on our property and in our gardens. We wouldnt go anywhere else. Jay puts his personal attention in every delivery and order. On one occasion Jay drove down Cape himself to deliver a piece we were waiting on. His staff are polite and very attentive to delivering the furniture and making sure it is placed correctly.Next year we are buying furniture for our private home and Cape Cod Leisure is where we will go. Thank You Jay and staff for years of outstanding service.

Great attentive and knowledgeable staff with the best quality outdoor furniture on the cape. i bought a teak set that has only gotten better with age. I am constantly asked where I purchased the furniture and am more than happy to sing its praises. Truly heirloom quality!

Had a great experience with Cape Leisure. Im a trustee of a large Boston condominium which has a lovely pool area that is much enjoyed by the residents. Two years ago we decided to replace our aging and deteriorating pool furniture. Quality and price were our main concerns. After checking several other sites, we came to Cape Leisure. We found a wide selection of styles, excellent service, and a nice line that fit our budget. We even received faster shipping than expected and were able to have the furniture in time for a summer opening and rave reviews.

My wife and I bought a patio set including chairs, table, umbrella, umbrella base, they are on our patio most of the year and after two years the still look and feel new. Price for the quality was great. Free delivery and setup is a bonus. We were so happy with this purchase we returned and bought a gas fire table, which makes cool fall nights great outback ! We would not hesitate to buy again.

Have returned over the years to add to our outside furniture you cant beat the quality! You will find great sets and unique pieces. Staff is attentive and free delivery and set up!

I have nothing nice to say about this particular cape leisure store. The employees are rude and abrasive. I came in after the gym to check out the store and I probably didnt look like someone who was ready to spent a lot of money so I was ignored. When I asked for assistance, staff wasnt accommodating or helpful. I overheard a few staff saying some pretty rude and insensitive comments about the dialysis clinic upstairs from them. Since my great aunt is on dialysis upstairs from them I didnt appreciate the audacity of your staffs remarks about those who are terminally ill. I will never shop there or recommend anyone else to spend their hard earned money there!!! Terrible place
