Joanns is crafty. Their employees are friendly and they have a decent selection of craft supplies. I go there for the fleece, they have a lot to pick from and I usually find it on sale. Theyre pet friendly too, so you can shop with your fur friends!

I highly recommend downloading the joann app or looking up coupons online before going in because you can definitely save up a bunch of money. If you don’t want to download the app you can search up “ joann coupon codes or in store joann coupon codes” or online. The bathrooms were clean but smelled a bit funny.

Stuff marked on sale that didnt ring up, unfriendly cashier. Easily found what I needed though. They are usually friendlier here.

The employees here are super helpful. The store has all your typical craft supplies and the location is great with a pet supply store, fast food and grocery near by.

Went in for the first time staff was incredible, super helpful, ready to answer any questions I had, when I was checking out the casheir recommended that I downloaded the app to save some money with coupons; over all a great shopping trip, even if its a little far for someone to drive its worth it for the helpful staff, definitely my go to store for future crafting needs!

I went in to purchase art canvases. I found the size I wanted for only 11. each. Picked up more paint and used the online coupon to save 40% off.

Bad experience with poor customer service, maybe due to the holidays. No one could help me find or look up the product if it was in stock. I went to go pick-up my online order and the young lady couldnt help me look up my order, by last name and drivers license, and told me to get her the confirmation number, which I politely stepped out of line to locate. When I came back, I showed her the email confirmation with the name and she didnt say a word the entire transaction until the end when I said have a good day and she did reply you too. However, I do mainly attribute it to the timing and holiday stress or possibly a bad day. I cant honestly tell because this was my first time at this store.

Wonderful store and great selection but when is close to closing time they can be a little rude frustrating I tried to be understanding Sometimes some of us are running late and I wish they wouldnt be so rude

I ordered a few things online to pick up at the Mason location. I received the first email that my order was received but never received a follow up email. On 12/6/18 I checked online & couldnt even find my order so I went to the store during lunch to find out what was going on. There were about 5 of us in line & 2 cashiers when one of them said she was going to lunch & didnt even get another person to replace her. I finally get to the cashier & she finds my order but there was only 1 out of the 4 items I had ordered. She tells me that she thinks the items are in stock so I went to find them. Sure enough, everything was there so I went back up to the front of store & there was still only one cashier & 10 people in front of me. While waiting in line the cashier received a call from another person who ordered online & apparently couldnt find her order. About 7 minutes of waiting in line & they finally brought up 2 more cashiers. When I finally got up to the front the cashier that I had hadnt been given a code to be able to process the online portion of the order & asked me to wait for another cashier. I told her I now only had 15 minutes to get back to work before my lunch hour was up. She thankfully found a way to process the order for me. That was the only good thing about my visit.

I love this store. Had an amazing b1g3 Christmas sale. Only wished it lasted the whole weekend I needed more time lol!

Wonderful place, great array of offerings, constantly offering coupons. I also always spend way too much money there and come home with three pounds of fabric. I think its totally worth it, my boyfriend might have a slightly different opinion. In fairness, hes found projects there that hes loved too. Staff are mostly wonderful, although some friends of mine that came out of town reported that they felt it was harder to get staff to assist due to both of my friends being women of color. I cant speak to that in my experience but please do be aware.

Great sales. I always find what I want. I have ordered online and picked up in store. Check out is sometimes slow, but they do stay busy.

Great place for crafts you want to do

A great place for all kinds of craft and sewing supplies. This is one of the larger stores and has a large selection. Dont forget to either join the Joann text marketing or email list before you shop; the prices are super-inflated so never shop without a coupon.

The employee at the fabric cutting station was unhelpful. I explained it was my first time here, she was uninterested in helping me. She also left the white “tag” end piece of the fabric on my fleece, which I now need to measure and cut the other piece of fleece to match. Overall, unhappy and probably will go somewhere else in the future.

It seems JoAnn is getting more desireable fabrics of late. Still expensive for the good stuff, even with a coupon via their app or giving up your email address at check out, and they always have a discount coupon for their loyal customers such as myself. It has always cost me more to make it than buy a garment. The only relief is that you have a one-of-a-kind piece, but you labored for it so its value is higher, only to yourself! This location is perhaps the best in the area.

One of my favorite places to shop. Friendly staff, clean store and always a pleasure shopping there. My niece is pregnant with twins and I crochet so I spent a lot of time here over the last few months, the staff always was willing to any time I needed it and even helped with some ideas for items i could make! Absolutely love this store!

I had to travel to this location as the last of some Grinch Christmas fabric was out of stock at my usual Joann shop. I had to ask the sales associate if I could make my purchases in 3 different transactions. I hate to ask employees to take extra steps like that, makes me feel like a bother. I explained to Gail the associate that was helping me, what I needed. She was extremely patient and took care of the process. She had a couple of outside calls she had to answer, and had some issues in getting the sale complete. She had to call a manager to the front for help. In all of this chaos, she was patient, kind and did not make me feel at all like I was a problem. That does not happen very often in this day and time!! Love this store and especially Gail!!

They have a variety of craft selections some prices are steep but if you download the app you can get awesome coupons

What crafter doesnt love this store? Fabric, yarn, jewelry supplies, papercrafting...they carry a bit of everything for most crafts They have a great selection of Happy Planner products.

The rudest people I’ve ever met. We ran to petsmart (so we had our small puppy with us) and decided to run into Joann’s since Hobby Lobby is closed on Sunday’s. Not one person told us dogs were not allowed in the store. Until we got to the register, after purchasing my items of course. The lady who rang us out who was incredibly rude (about everything) told us that “oh just so you know for next time we don’t allow dogs” (with a stupid ass grin on her face) Don’t worry we won’t be back😉
