So I was prepared to buy new pair of boots or shoes at this point I didnt know what they had to offer....So I walk in and nobody is up front to greet anyone. As I made my way back to the footwear I stopped to do a little window shopping still dont see anyone other than a couple customers heard voices but still hadnt seen anyone ad I approach the boots I did finally see a woman. But was not clear whether or not if she worked that...so I started lookin around. Not sure what I was looking for but knew I had to get something cause my rockies had, had enough these boots used to be made better only had these for a yr last pair I had for 10+yes never had this problem... anywho so even though I was not prepared for the prices I did find a pair I really liked $180.00 I think they was but in the 10 to 15 minutes I was there and had been seen no one ever greeted me asked if I needed help nothing. When I heard another customer come in after me and they received assistance right away that was it....You all not only lost a decent sale but more importantly the loss of repeat business and how ever many people this turns away the four of you made eye contact with me but never said a word to me!!!!I dont know if it was the way I looked or how I was dressed but I was ready to spend a few hundred I also needed shoes. I wouldve to say thank you but I dont know what it would be for..

LOVE shopping here! Kerry and the rest of the team are awesome. Very helpful and attentive. I used to shop exclusively at Silver Spur in Franklin before finding out about Boot Barn. Prices are better here.

A bit pricey for the things they have. Need to stock larger sizes. Hardly any steel toe boots but they have plenty of pretty boot. Customer service needs improvement no one greeted me when I walked in and no one asked if I needed help finding anything.

Very good selection and great customer service under new management that puts the customers needs first I will definitely be back to get some more boots and they carry fr clothes that are usually hard to find unless ordered online.

Sadly the on line service is hands down one of the poorest excuses of customer service I’ve ever experienced. Which is so sad. The brick & mortar employees are amazing which makes this so hard to write. If I could have gotten what I needed in store this would have been 5 star. But all I get from the on line customer service is excuse after excuse. I will try not to let this effect my future purchases in store but in line never again.

I went in here to spontaneously purchase a new pair of work boots that was much needed. I always spend between$200-300 on quality work boots. I quickly found what I was wanting, but upon further investigation realized that there was only 1 boot on the shelf of each style. There was also only 1 service person helping customers while 3 or 4 stood around the entrance B.S.ing. Since I was tired from work, and needing to eat I took my money to Rural King. Good selection, but be prepared to spend too much time there. My time is $$$.

The smell... Its the first thing you get is the distinct smell of leather once you enter. I came in because I was curious, but I also wanted to see if they had the option to buy for a 3 year olds boots.... And they do.... So that was good. As for adults, you will be happy with the entire selection they have over there. The little extras like the Carhartt clothing and also the Stetson hats that you can get all the way to 10, 000x will make any person who likes rugged wear happy.

Nice place to get your clothing and boot needs. Larger sized jeans on stock 34 length have to love that. Just wish I could have found a few more larger sized boots. 14+

Polite and friendly service. Fair prices. I purchased 3 pairs of boots and had to order each pair from Texas, because they dont keep a very large inventory. Other than having to wait on orders I am very happy with my boots and with the service I received.

Lovely little place. They didnt have any of the boots in stocks that I went to see. Website is a little misleading. Shows boot in stocks but that means for warehouse. Tried ordering boots o their hand held thingy. Did it wrong twice and couldnt order boots. Sales people had disappeared so I just left

Went to Boot Barn to make a return. Not because I didnt like the jeans I ordered but simply because I ordered them online and they didnt fit well. Most of their sizes are in mens and being a woman I didnt know my size. It was cheaper than paying shipping costs to just return in store. But make a note, if you order online and go to store to return, they credit your card/account the money instead of giving you cash. Even though I used my debit card, because there store cash register is just that, their register. The only problem I had with the return/refund policy is that it only takes a minute for money to get taken off my card when making a purchase but somehow took like four business days to receive my money back! Thats totally not cool. Shane was my sales associate and he was absolutely amazing and so friendly, sweet and very outgoing. He was quick and just a doll. Definitely management material!!! Hint, hint, nudge, nudge. Lol. Overall great experience even though it was just a return.I ordered four pairs of jeans and only one fit wonderfully. Like I said, this was my mistake, Boot Barn was not at fault.

Absolutely terrible. Will not accept returns at all even if you didn’t wear them they will claim you did and not give you a refund.

Love my local Boot Barn...really the only place where we can get real Western gear...huge selection of boots and clothes...staff is always pleasant and ready to help.

Terrible experience! I found three different boots on their website that I wanted to try on. They didnt have any of the three I went for. They have a good sized selection of western boots and work boots but not what their website has. As if that wasnt a big enough let down, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with an associate that seemed lost and completely not interested in helping me. I asked about the boots I saw online and got a blank stare. She casually led me to the aisle that contained the exact opposite of what I was looking for. The other two associates were far too busy straightening shirts and jeans on display to ask me if there was anything they could do to help me...the only customer in the store!!! Ill take my chances on ordering what Im looking for from Amazon. This experience validates my reasons for only wanting to buy anything I need online. People that are paid to help, assist and be helpful are thoughtless, cold and rude.

Was gonna buy two pairs of boots but as we walked in we were not greeted nor was anyone else that walked in behind us. The two young ladies that were working seemed to interested in socializing with one another and playing in the perfume and colognes. When it came time to find someone for assistance couldn’t find anyone. This very disappointing cause we stop at the locations in Nashville every year on our way back from Destin and I can tell you the atmosphere and customer service is night and day. We were super excited that they were putting a location in our neck of the woods but so far it’s been disappointing.
