#powderkeg My 2021 Road King is broke...Noisy Primary and have a tick in the engine. Most likely HD will be replacing the motor and who knows about the primary. Regardless my bike will be down for some time getting all this sorted under warranty. In the interim Jamie the Service Manager and Rooster in sales hooked me up with this 2020 Street Glide to ride for a few months till my bike is squared away. I am very happy and glad the folks at Powder Keg HD have gone so far out of their way to make sure I am still on 2 wheels. They are great! Wonderful people!
I dropped in for a price quote on new tires, fully expecting the prices to have been jacked sky-high, and none in stock, anyway. To my surprise & delight, they were the same price as the last set, they were in stock, and the parts guys worked with service to get them installed right then & there. An excellent experience, all around.
Ive bought my 04 Heritage and my 13 Street Bob from Powder Keg and I could not say enough good things about them from both experiences. Lexi and George were a huge help Im finding both my bikes and the most friendly people Ive met. I have been riding for over 40 years but this is the first Harley-Davidson I have ever owned. My wife and I looked at several dealers and we would always take our Alaskan Malamute with us, dogs are a great judge of people. From the first day we walked into Powder Keg everyone there treated us like family and our dog loved all the employees (one dealership we went to the dog would not even go inside!) After the first visit to Powder Keg I looked at my wife and said we are buying from them and very happy we did. The sales team, service, parts and clothing personal have all been great to work with, and after 40 years in the sport including 20 of those years spent roadracing I can honestly say Powder Keg has been the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Called and inquired about changing fluids on a newly acquired motorcycle and the Parts guy put together a kit for me and held it until I was able to pick it up 15 minutes before they closed and they were helpful and gave me a great price on it
We are new to the Harley Davidson family. My spouse and just recently purchased a 2009 softtail from Harley Davidson Powder Keg this past Friday. We had looked around but ultimately decided to go into Powder Keg to look around at bikes and ultimately buy a bike. Upon arriving we were met by the kindest man Dave. He was not at all pushy or pressuring us and gave us a lot of helpful information about each bike and the specs of each. He helped us decide on something perfect for us. He was patient and very attentive to our needs. We had 4 of our kids with us and he was more than understanding of the chaos that we had with us. I have purchased two motorcycles from Powder Keg Harley Davidson. Both experiences were beyond excellent. They presented me with such good numbers there was no need to negotiate. Every time I come there for accessories or to just look at the bikes they are so courteous and friendly. They answer any questions I might have and treat me like I am special. Great bunch of people.

I had my bike at another repair shop and they couldnt find the problem. Your guys found the problem in only a couple days and it runs great! My only issue was I paid my bill with a personal check and only one person knew how to do that transaction. It took 20 minutes to get checked out and pay the bill. I know checks arent as common, but its still a form of payment and you should train your sales staff how to process that type of transaction.
We strongly recommend dealing with this store the help we received was outstanding. The people are top notch. They will go above and beyond to help.
Service went above my expectations working on my 2010 Fatboy Lo. Jamie offered to stay and do whatever was needed to get me back on the road in time for a weekend ride and Eric kept me informed off progress. A pleasant surprise from what I often see from any customer service in businesses today
Backstory: I live in central Iowa and came to Bellbrook to visit family from May 30-June 4, 2021. I ride a 2014 Street Glide with a 3 inch Memphis shade windshield, and the trip was 562 miles. This was my first long ride with the 3-inch shield, and it was brutal. After 8-9hrs in the saddle, I was so exhausted from all the wind noise and wind pushing my helmet around.Once I got to Bellbrook, I knew I had to find a solution for going back home. I did not want to ride another 560 miles with that low windshield ( Im am 61). So I went online, and low and behold, every Harley Dealer close to me was closed on Memorial day except for Powder Keg, which is approximately 25 miles from where I was staying.I learned that they were a Klock Werks dealer, so I called them. I gave my year and model and was told they had one in stock and that I can come and demo them. When I arrived at Powder Keg, I thought it was a very nice-looking dealership. I went to the parts center and talked to Asher. Asher was accommodating and installed the demo 6.5 Klock Werks windshield. I verified they had one in stock, and Asher did; it was a 6.5 in black. I asked if they would hold it for me since it was the only one they had in stock, and more than likely, I would go with it. Asher told me they would.I demoed the 6.5 for half the day, and what a big difference. To do my due diligence, I also demoed the 8.5, which Asher installed for me. I rode with it and couldnt tell that much if ant difference between the 6.5 and 8.5; that coupled with the fact they didnt have the 8.5 in stock, I went with the 6.5.Asher Grabbed the 6.5 and went to put it on my bike. Asher was having difficulty installing this windshield, and come to find out, the windshield Ash looked up was for up to 2013, and 2014 to current took a different model number, and of course, they didnt have the one I needed in stock. Although bummed Im an understanding person, and everyone makes mistakes, I was not mad it happens.This was when Nick Bohorfoush took over. Since they didnt have what I wanted in stock, I asked about the Harley wind splitter. This was over a week out. I asked how creative we would get and or can I order what I need and have it next day aired out to the dealership. Nick talked to the sales manager, and basically, the best they could do was order it, and he was confident it would be here by Wednesday or Thursday; I leave on Friday. I stated if it doesnt arrive by then, it does me no good, that I didnt want to ride all that way back home with my 3-inch windshield. I will preference that this is my fault. I am the one who wanted style with the 3inch over comfort.Longer story short, Nick and another gentleman put their heads together, and I walked out with a 6.5 dark smoked Klock Werks windshield that This blew me away that Nick would work so hard in finding a solution. Nick didnt owe me anything and had no incentive to find a solution. I am an out-of-stated who, other than when I visit, wont be a frequent customer. On top of leaving with what I wanted, Nick gave me a 10% discount for being a Law Enforcement Officer. I am incredibly appreciative and grateful for the kindness and dedication the employees of Powder Keg Harley Davison showed me. The Riders of Mason, Ohio, and surrounding communities are fortunate to have such a fantastic dealer to work with. Such a great experience. I ended up buying $130 worth of Powder Keg shirts for myself and my family. Companies should reward employees who go above and beyond because without employees like Nick that create strong customer relationships; you dont have a successful business. Again thank you to Nick and the other parts team members of Powder Keg Harley for all that you do.
Cant say enough about powder keg Harley! Went to another dealership nearby and was treated very poorly, came up to powder keg and they found the perfect bike for me and treated me like family!! Will only use them from now on!! And my salesperson was great! Lexi was very professional and I would recommend 10/10!!!

Purchased my first Harley last month, 2010 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail Classic, red in all its beauty. I absolutely love it! The staff was amazing and really made sure this was the bike for me. Could they be any nicer in this place? Would be tough. Super service - although it was relatively quiet when we came in (mid-morning on a weekday). But something tells me these folks are just straight up friendly all the time. We appreciated the military discount and the helpful sales staff in the parts & accessories section. Highly recommend this spot. Oh, and check out the new “Fat Bob” model. This ain’t no Easy Rider. We’re talking Modern Mad Max. Totally awesome (review written May 2018).
Had to purchase some bike parts, a younger kid helped me he had red hair didn’t catch his name. He was very welcoming and helpful. He definitely deserves a raise!
Me and my wife went there just looking for something I would like to eventually get on. Walked in and was greeted by all of the staff. Meeting a guy they call rooster, he answered every question that me and my wife had. After looking around for almost a hour he had me hooked on a 2015 ultra classic. He went over every little detail of the bike with us. Needless to say we walked out the door becoming a part of the powder keg family. So this a huge shoutout to ROOSTER!!!!!!!! Go see this amazing man and thank him for being a part of our us military.

Where to even start... 6 months ago I purchased my first bike. They never take no for an answer and just constantly pressure you. So I ended up buying the bike, love the bike but want a bigger one now I go in today and who would of thought the bike has lost almost $4000 in value in 6 months / 1000 miles! They then tell me I would owe them $2000 for a bike that’s 17 years older than the one I have. They refuse to work with you on the price with anything. The finance guy LEE is a joke as well he gets mad when you try to negotiate. All he wants is your money and to f you over. They are an absolute joke.The salesman bill is amazing wish everyone there was like him he doesn’t pressure you in anyway. They need to learn how to build customer relationships not just getting greedy for the money.

Ive been riding Harleys for a few years now, and I visit tons of dealerships because I truly enjoy building a roadmap collection of poker chips, as well as meeting the people that support the Harley-Davidson brand.The level of service and attention from the Powder Keg H-D staff really was top notch.I did quite a bit of research since the Pan-America was first release and I finally decided I wanted to go look at purchasing one.When it did finally come time to purchase, Jeff, Lexi, and Lee were all very respectful and fantastic to work with.Upon filling out the trade information request, Lexi reached out very promptly which was appreciated.We stopped in on Monday 8/16 towards the end of the day to test ride the Pan America and value the trade.Unfortunately, our initial test-ride attempt got rained out as we waited until the dealerships closing time.However, Lexi and Jeff were gracious enough to hang out with us and talk over other aspects of the purchase and Jeff shared some very cool riding stories as well.This being my 3rd H-D purchase, I was already familiar with most of the H-D add on services and packages, but Jeff really took his time to go over everything from the Harley packages, as well as the other financing options outside of HDFS.I sincerely appreciate his level of customer service and respect.Jeff and the Powder Keg H-D team absolutely met my trade expectation that I was looking for, no questions asked.I didnt have to haggle or ask for more, and that speaks a ton about how your dealer does business.I was actually going to purchase the bike that night, but Jeff insisted he would hold the bike, as he absolutely wanted us to test ride it before purchasing to ensure I would not later regret my decision.Again, I sincerely appreciate that level of service, because I know plenty of other dealers that will sell you anything, without truly verifying you like and enjoy what you are purchasing..The test ride the next morning was fantastic and forgive me, but I forgot the gentlemans name who took us out, but he took us on a great route behind Kings Island that had some winding roads where I really got to get a good feel for the bike.Lexi and Lee in Finance took the time to re-explain everything the next morning and got us out the door in the time-frame that we had to meet, which was fantastic.I cant say enough about how good the customer service and purchase experience was here.I have had a chance to put a few hundred miles on the Pan America Special, and I absolutely love it!Please give Lexi, Lee, and Jeff a big thank you and a well-deserved pat on the back from me!We will certainly be back when it comes time to purchase another bike.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Was lied to by sales team in pricing and amount they would give me on trade in just to get me in the door. Ride 1.5 hrs in the rain to get there and once I got there they didnt even come close to having up the numbers they guaranteed me on the phone. Went through three sales managers trying to get some help, all rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never set foot back in there. Dont waste your time here, please. Worst customer experience Ive EVER had.

I have been in many Harley shops, but never have I been approached by four salespeople in one minute try to sell me a bike without letting me be even remotely comfortable in the shop. Twenty something salesman sarcastically called me Hoss or Boss even after asking him not to. I have always enjoyed looking at bikes, but being followed from the parking lot and ridiculed has never been the Harley way.
Everyone was super nice, helpuful, treated you like family, I would highly recommend, and I will return, Impressive!
I only give this store and all the other harley store one star because how can you have a parts department but never really have parts that people need everything you always need they have to order it and you have to wait over a month every time what a shame harley you guys are more of a hassle than anything most of the time.

They say you buy a bike from them and your family, only until they get your money and bold face lie to you.. A close friend of mine purchased a bike in March and was promised they would ship it to his state of residence (multiple people witness to this verbal agreement) and now are refusing to ship it. They stated it wasnt in the contract. Now he has a bike purchased sitting in Ohio he can not enjoy. They will NOT return his calls and they will not post my review on their fb page. Pretty shady!

I January I called around to about a multiple places looking to get my 1995 Wideglide serviced. Everyone refused, it was obsolete I was told. Even the H-D dealer who did all of my work in the past refused. I had not ridden in several years, due to lack of time and the loss of my ridding buddy. So it needed some TLC to say the least. I called Spoke with Tony then came up to the dealer and spoke with Jamie. After speaking with them they were more that willing to take care of my lady. From the very first meeting to today when i pick up my bike and rode it home, the service advisor, technicians, bike clean up, and receptionist were courteous and very respectful in every single encounter I had with them. Jamie without a doubt is one of the most knowledgeable H-D technician I have had the pleasure to say worked on my bike. After all the work the service dept cleaned up my bike. Above and beyond what was required. I have 32k on my Wideglide and I have put every mile on it except 1200 miles. So it has a certain sentimental meaning and value to me. Jamie treated it just like it was his personal bike. Powder Keg H-D will have all of my future service and sales business for years to come Thank you for taking care of my lady she runs and rides even better than I remember

I purchased a bike in March of 2020, I got the extended service plan that they offer for an extra $3700. I began calling around September of 2020 to get service. I have called a dozen times since then and every time I get the run around and am tools someone will call me back. Here we are 6 months later and still no return call. Every time I post to their Facebook about the situation they delete it right away. I would give 0 stars if it would let me. Now I’m out $3700
Salespeople are unprofessional. I work nights and asked them not to call me before 3pm. They called twice a day before 3 and woke me. This caused them to lose the sale.
The staff at Powder Keg are top notch! Whether Im looking for parts for my bike or new riding gear, they are always willing to go the extra mile and help me find what I need. You really feel welcome when you walk in the door.

I did buy a motorcycle from here a couple months ago. Even though I did not feel comfortable and was very overwhelmed. Several sales people tag teamed me, constantly in my face telling me what i needed. The best part was i told them i was paying cash and they demanded that i listen to their offer for financing. Very frustrating.Today i went to pick up my plates. Its an hour drive. They refused to mail them. The best part?!?! They expire in nine days!! Yes, they didnt bother to see when my birthday is and have them out to 2021. The overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend anyone go there
Not that pleased with service took bike in to be repaired now Im the radio wont work and they dont have time to look at it you just had my bike in there make time Im going to pay in customer thats already paid it worked when it got there it should work when it leaves out of there
I am honestly never the one to complain much or write reviews, but honestly my experience with this Harley dealer in mason has been horrible, and it is my first time taking my bike there. Been almost 3 weeks, never once received a call from anyone updating me on the bike, i have called in 5 times and they tell me still waiting on turn signal part. It being a dealer you would think get there stuff on time, or atleast update the customer. But nope and then i ask them has anything been done to the bike, they tell me “ no” i call again week later and i am told “ oh the bike had been serviced last week and its almost ready” so basically they dont even know seems like what’s going on and say still waiting on the part. The most frustrating part is not even being informed or kept up to date on what’s going on. They want you to pay top dollar, but dont want to treat there customers right. I am honestly even in doubt if the work i have requested will be done right seeing how carless they are about their work. Hopefully, they get there act together and start being professional.
I was just at Powder Keg HD Saturday 10-28-17 for their chile & costume contest there was 7 chile entries one was mine. All my family & friends tell me how good my chile is but when the public judges & you win thats special! Yes i won. I got a $100 gift card ill put on a nice jacket. I want to thank everyone who come out in the cold and voted. This place is so nice, & the staff are great. I also want 2 say that in 2015 i won first place Gold Medal in the National Veterans Creative Arts Festival with a 1/6 scale dicast Road King that i laid out . I was going to Duram NC and Powder Keg donated a couple shirts to wear there. If i could afford a nother Harley i would definitely go to POWDER KEG!!
Dont come here if you need to order parts. I needed to get all new clutch plates and they only ordered me friction plates, I ordered other parts too and they still havent arrived after over a month now. I ordered the rest of the stuff I needed from j&p cycles and already got it. Im sure if youre dropping $20k on a new bike youll get better treatment.
Had to deal with way to many people from start to finish and if I had to do it all over again I would not have done it. I would think after spending the amount of money you spend there that there would be a nicer gift than a 25.00 t-shirt just saying and when it came to doing repairs on bike had to do my own

Powder Keg Harley gave the best overall price from any dealer within 150 miles on a 2020 Softail and my trade-in. They gave extras which neither of the previous Harley dealers I purchased from nor the ones I shopped even considered. Powder Keg also offered to finance the bike for a very low payment. The motorcycle runs great and hasnt given a moment of concern in 2500 miles. They provide good customer care, a large selection, and follow-up on the sale. I am glad to be a customer

We want to like this place. The employees are really nice. But the service department is lacking.... they do good work but seems like most of the time there’s something else wrong after I pick up my bike. They sold me tires promising a rebate and after installation they said the ones they sold me didn’t qualify and they are never honest about when they will have my bike finished. A couple days turns into a few weeks.I haven’t had the same experience at Cincinnati Harley.

Such an amazing place to buy a new bike. They are friends at heart and are more than willing to help you find what you are looking for. I highly highly recommend this place to buy a bike because they will give you the best deals from anywhere around and they won’t sell you junk. I am going to New Orleans this summer and I’m thinking about trading in my roadster for a newer model so I can have a nice drive down, and this is definitely the place I’m coming to get it. They have definitely made a life long customer here. They have the best options and a huge stock, you will for sure leave knowing you got what you wanted and nothing less. And if you need any help with maintenance they will be more than happy to help you out, from parts to labor they’ve got your back. Powder Keg Harley Davidson really does make riding easy. There is nothing bad I can say about this place of these great people. I wish buying a car was as easy as this (lol)! I highly i highly recommend looking online first then coming in to window shop it will help you out bunches. I hope you find these people as helpful and friendly as I did!

The sales staff and finance department are very knowledgeable and are willing to help the customer any way they can. If you cannot find a bike that you are 100% satisfied with, they will do everything in there power to find the bike for you! Jeremiah is by far one of the best sales people Ive dealt with at any dealership. He is not pushy at all and knows his stuff. He has no problem showing you as many bikes as it takes till you find the right one. The total experience was very laid back, with no pressure whatsoever. I purchased a bike from Powder Keg, and brought my friend in the very next day, and he purchased one as well. The bikes themselves are very well maintained and always kept clean by the sales and service staff. You will leave this place feeling accomplished. And the free t-shirt and full tank of gas is nice too! I would recommend this dealership to someone that is new to Harley Davidson (like me), or someone who has owned a Harley all their life.

Worst mistake ever is buying from this place! Bought a 14 street glide, they supply you with plates after the temp, which you overpay for, except in my case, I never got them, after calling to complain and getting brushed off several times. I was sent a bill of sale and told I needed to get my own, when I got to the bmv they told me I was over charged on taxes, by 400, and it would still be another $200 to get tags etc.. so I had to pay twice for them. When I called again I was told the finance manager was busy and would call me back never did, called the next day said he would look into and call me back in a few hours, after not hearing from anyone for 2 days called again, now this time it was a woman, she acted on top of it and said she would send me a check. Guess what no check ever sent. This place was a horrible experience, Id highly recommend checking your paperwork and transferring your own tags if you do buy here. Which I was told wasnt an option when I got mine.. 10/10 would never go back..

I’ve bought 2 bikes from powder keg. Shady as they come. I should’ve known better after the first one. Darrel the manager will tell you whatever you want to hear to make a sale. Both times I was told bike had been inspected and was in tip top shape. First bike had a major electrical issue that cost me thousands to fix. A week after I purchased. Found the owner of first bike and he told me that they knew about it and didn’t disclose it with me. My fault for believing them again. Second bike, blown head gasket with less than 500 miles I put on it. Was told too bad again. I will never deal with these shady guys again. Beware!
I want to Thank Jennifer Springer for spending time on the Phone with me to help me resolve a problem with my Harley and all the Trouble I was having with Queen City Harley not being able to find a problem with my bike I dont think they have anyone there that knows what they are doing. So I called Powder Keg They offed to go pic my bike up and get it looked at right away .Well after 5 Days and still waiting on Queen City Harley having my bike all I got was we cant find a thing wrong with it ..So I pick it Up and told them there was something wrong with it and I took it to Powder Keg and introduced myself to Jen . she said Bob Let me go get the service manager John Curtis and you tell him what you told me about what is going on with your Bike John came out shook my hand and I told him what was going on and How Queen City mechanics told me there was nothing wrong with my bike .so John went and git his top Mechanic Jamie Burke and told him what my bike was doing in just two Minutes he said I think I know what it is, took it one small ride in parking lot and pulled it in and had it fixed in less then three mins .I have a Early 2017 Free wheeler and it would just stop running if I would corner the bike to fast . Well Harley Has I tip switch on all there bikes that will cut off the gas to the Engine if you bank them to hard or fast they have two settings one for a two wheeler and the other setting is for a three wheeler my was set up at Queen City as a two wheeler Problem solved By a Great Mechanic Jamie Burke .So a great big Thanks and shout out to all the people who was willing to help me at Powder Keg Harley Davidson Folks if you want it done right stay away from Queen City Harley They dont have the knowledge they say they Do !!!!Regard Bob S
Great place the workers are the best
This is a great dealership. I purchased my 2014 electra glide ultra classic. From Powder Keg almost a year ago. I recently had an issue with the bike and went in to talk to management about it . Daryl Thompson is the sales manager and the one i spoke with. He assured me that the dealership would take care of my issue with the bike . Powder Keg stands behind thier sales and thats why i will continue to do buisness with them Thanks again Daryl for being such a professional .

Purchased a new 2015 Street Glide here. Sales staff was extremely helpful. Good selection of bikes on the floor. They rolled 2 brand new bikes off the sales floor for me to test drive. No questions asked they did everything possible to be sure this was the bike I wanted. They were willing to negotiate with me on price and financing. I wound up paying exactly what I expected after researching this bike for months. Sales staff and managers respectful and not over bearing. I went back later to purchase a helmet and their accessories people were charming and brought out 5 different helmets in different styles for me to try on. Again helpful, good hard working people. Most recently visited their parts counter and again helpful smart people that knew part numbers and what they had in stock and what needed ordered. They provided me a quote on a number of different setups and printed me a parts list.
I drove 6 hours to purchase a motorcycle..... motorcycle had been crashed and I was not told about the crash damage....what a surprise after a long drive....I was lied to by the sales staff.....now Im out $200 in gas and 12 hours of driving time..... I would not trust online sales with this dealership.

Ended up at Powder Keg after a friend recommend them. We were not disappointed! The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly, the showroom is well organized and clean. They have an excellent selection of new and used bikes and gear. Ended up purchasing a new Street Glide and we are very happy. We ended up with a great deal and the process with smooth and we were kept well informed. We will be back for all future purchases and highly recommend! Ask for Amanda!
