Nicer inside than I expected. Big and Super clean. There was no one in line when I first walked in but It still took a couple minutes to have my order taken. When the barista took my order She was kind and efficient. Despite the wait to be greeted My two large drinks were ready in less than 6 minutes and delicious. Great job 👏🏽

Stopped for sausage and egg. They were out. Instead got bacon and cheese with egg. Joking told there was bacon on sandwich. One strip of not crispy bacon not good sell. For almost 5.00 way over priced. Will not pay what they want for coffee.

Just ran in to get my Cinnamon Almond Milk Macchiato. Not the easiest to get in and out of from Mason-Montgomery, but in all fairness theres a lot of construction going on. With Starbucks, its really a question of seating space. This store has many seating options. I bet it gets busy and full on the weekends. Saw 2 guys using high top seating as work space. Lots of retail. No drive thru, but from the looks of it they get A LOT of mobile orders. Staff was friendly.

This Starbucks is the BEST! The baristas are friendly, the cafe is very clean, the drinks are always made well, and they always remember everything in my order (including bagels spreads, knives, etc.). I love love love Starbucks, and I go to this one almost daily (for the last 5 years!). I do on occasion go to other Starbucks locations if Im on the go, but none can top this one. My husband also loves the Mason Starbucks, and he will always choose this one over other locations. We love you Mason Starbucks!

Fast & efficient! I have never had a badly made drink at this location. Ive only been able to sit inside once pre-Covid and it was pretty spacious. Staff is always nice and peppy even if the drive thru line gets insanely backed up! If any mistakes are made they quickly rectify the issue. Love coming here :)

This is a great location! I went this morning and drove up to a super long drive thru. The line was going quick, but I decided to mobile order and pick up my drink and food in store. Despite the long drive through line, the baristas had my order on time. I was really impressed, and the staff was very nice.

Amazing staff and customer service. The entire staff is able to keep up with the high demand of the location. The interior is a great place to work or study. The recent innovations have made it a great place for the community.

Wonderful Carmel ribbon crunch frapp’ !!! They were super slammed but very professional and sweet .!!! The drink was cold, wonderfully topped with Carmel and whip and crunch topping! Not a strong coffee taste either.

Well for the price its so overrated! I asked for heavy cream & sugar apparently she heard hardly any cream & NO SUGAR!! UGHH Ill take my dunkin donuts coffee over starbucks any day!! Them ladies & gentleman always get my order right! They closed early because of easter so I went to Starbucks yuck!

Lines are usually long, but the staff keeps a great flow regardless of how busy it gets while still being polite and professional. They have always gotten my orders correct.

This is the starbucks I regular. The employees are really chill and of course the coffee is good becuase its Starbucks. I would recommend ordering ahead if you want to get served as quickly as possible.

I’m currently in line to order a coffee my significant other orders and wanted to add something to it she had forgotten. And I’m sure the person who was taking the order forgot to mute there mic. Cause all’s I herd them say was Jesus. What a rude comment. Don’t like your job young lady I would quit the service industry. Won’t be back to this Starbucks. I would get your employees some training.

Fast drive thru

This is one of the worst drive thru setups I have ever seen. The parking lot makes no sense. The drive thru-lane blocks all of the parking in the back and blocks the back parking lot. It takes forever to get through the drive thru lane. I sat in line for 7 minutes on Sunday, the 6th before leaving. I was still a good 10 cars back. While I was sitting in line, it never moved once. They are so slow. I have pulled in several times to get a cup of Joe and after waiting several minutes, I left to go to the Starbucks at Kroger on the next street over. I am in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Great Starbucks location. Recommend for anyone who wants to sit with the laptop together with a good coffee. I spent an hour there today and surly internet to go back.

Super nice and quick

This Starbucks has moved to a new location about an eighth of a mile south of where it used to be. The new location is much more spacious and has much better and more furniture than the previous location. Almost all the places where customers sit have charging or electrical outlets. There is good parking, a drive-thru and a small outdoor area. As a bonus, the Mission BBQ is next door. And of course the coffee is good, but isnt that why we go to Starbucks?

I came in to grab my online order on a busy Friday morning. One of the lovely ladies at the pick up area asked me what I was waiting for and I instantly realized that I had ordered to the wrong store. They graciously (and quickly!) made me a fresh drink. It was so kind and some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

Again - only used the drive-thru. Coffee was delicious, Caramel something or other 😂. Once I start sipping I think of the next thing going on.

Good coffee

In-store order, made to wait 20 minutes till another caucasian lady came and ordered in store. Till that time, I was told to wait 5 minutes again and again. Then they asked me what i had ordered as they have missed my order and thereafter also, gave me incorrect order.

I havent gone inside but Ive been in this drive thru about 10 times now. Ive never waited more than 10 minutes even with a long line of cars. They are always quick and the employees at the window have always greeted me happily. My order is always right. Id say that they have worked out most of the kinks since opening.

It would be faster servive if you would ditch the masks everyone only uses the drive thru

Parking is bad. Hard to access store by foot - have to cross the drive thru lane. I ordered a cold brew drink and it took 18 mins to get it by using the order ahead app.

This Starbucks is one of my favorites to stop by. The atmosphere is usually warm and calming. The staff are very friendly and efficient. In one of my experiences, the person ahead of me ordered 12 drinks, and I still got my order fairly fast. This Starbucks is always a good one when youre in the mood for a nice drink and a warm welcome.

Worst service ever, rudeness of the staff is way too much. And when the manager standing next to the employee says “oh I didn’t hear nor saw anything” shows clearly how the whole place is set up.

A person was cleaning the seating area when we arrived. A nice and different person took our order. The lady cleaning came quickly to the front and made our coffee. Sadly the cleaning person didnt wash her hands, which is really gross. The coffee was awful and made it carelessly. I asked the person who took our order for a new one and she rocked it. Nice recovery, but be aware of quality and hygiene.

This location was great. Very speedy service and the coffee was made just how I like it this time! It was very cozy and warm setting inside. Lots of students and looked like regular folks just sitting down enjoying nice cup of Joe!

Another consistent Starbucks that delivers know what you would expect time after time. The staff are always friendly, quick, and very helpful. Beautiful new location! Plenty of room to spread out! Very friendly partners. Drink tasted good. The ONLY reason I didnt give it 5 stars is the WiFi is really struggling to keep up so Ill have to find someplace else to finish my work. My guess is because I see at least 8 people on laptops at the moment? Otherwise, a great store that I encourage you to visit!

A+, I recommend. Another guest accidentally walked out with my mocha and I let the Starbucks employees know, and they whipped me up another one in less than a minute. Very quick and also very clean store. Keep up the good work!

Busy starbucks but friendly service.

Visited the new store today on Mason Montgomery and it was a disaster. Waited 25 minutes only to receive a drink I didnt order. No apology. No let me refund that. And to be honest I just wanted to get out of there! They were not even busy and had 6 people working.

The new location is horrible!! New staff is not friendly, parking is an epic nightmare, and the service is so slow no matter the time of day. No one says good morning or even acknowledges your presence. Mobile ordering is a waste of time it’s faster to just go to the counter. Starbucks please don’t do a drive through if it’s going to ruin your entire experience. I am a loyal Starbucks customer but I think it’s time break up, at least with this location. It’s definitely you and not me!

I spent a lot of weekend mornings studying here. Its a great environment if you want to get a coffee and be left alone. I often had a favorite corner Id go sit in while I worked, its cozy in that way.

Drive thru is the worst experience possible.Always slow and they have about a 40% chance of getting the order wrong.1/29/2020 went to the drive thru only to find out that the store is closed for preventative maintenance. The store is closed daily from 9 pm to 5:30 am. If there was competent management the preventative maintenance would be done then. However I would not want to inconvenience the staff when the customers can just adapt to make their jobs easier.I would give this store a zero rating but it is not possible.

The people are nice and it has a Starbucks feel on the inside, like most Starbucks. The outside patio is in the middle of the parking lot, which doesnt provide much to look at but it is still nice that they have a nice size patio. I have always had good service here. There are usually people studying or working at this location, in addition to people meeting or talking. I would say this is representative of a typical Starbucks.

Love the Baristas at this location. All very friendly and caring. The also happen to know my name by how frequent I visit. And they never have gotten my order wrong.

A great location to stop and pick up some java on your way into the office. As busy as they can get, they are pretty good at dealing with the high volume. Restrooms are very clean and the motif inside this location is exactly what youd find elsewhere.

They always get my order correct but sometimes slow, due to lack of help; which isnt their fault.

Love the healthy breakfast options like the feta and egg white wrap. The drive thru line always appears daunting but moves quickly.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the lovely red-haired barista informed me that they had run out of cream cheese. She was good enough to warm up a danish for me to ease my suffering. Had she not been so caring and sympathetic, I fear I would have burst into tears on the spot. Kudos to your employees for making up for your lack of dairy with the milk of human kindness. I give this business a full 5/7.
