Not sure if it’s the whole store, but the print center employees are racist. My girlfriend(who is black)walks in at 7pm asking if she can get 3 copies of a presentation spiral bound. They rudely tell her it’s too late and wouldn’t be ready until some time the next day and couldn’t give her a time. I walk in 15 minutes later(I’m a white male) and ask for the same thing and it’s no problem and will be ready in 30 minutes. Please tell me how this isn’t blatantly racism?

I asked the clerk to please help me with a one page copy and he simply wouldn’t. He was not busy with anything else either. It’s a well deserved one star.

This visit to the Staples store near Mason was really nice. We were greeted by a very friendly lady once we entered the store. I mentioned markers to my daughter as she continued to another aisle and a really nice guy spoke up and said Id find the dry markers, starting from a position he indicated to another area where the permanent markers began. He was sure to tell me that hed be close by if I needed anything else. Not pushy or intrusive. Just pleasant, friendly and helpful.Good job Staples. You have a winning team there.

I’ll never go this print center, I lost time and money and didn’t print nothing.

The staff was helpful even when I wasnt entirely sure what I was doing, lol. I had to print some art of varying sizes and didnt have them on a flash drive. They directed me to an email where you can send images for print, helped me pick the paper and printed the images until I was happy with them. I had a coupon that should have worked but didnt so they honored that as well. Printing is usually a hassle but this was really a smooth experience.

The staff will go out of their way to help you find what you want. The layout of the store is perfect too, everything is pretty accessible and the ink is nicely organized by brand and number. Great store, love going there :)

Unbelievable that this “print shop” cannot produce 4 color copies in over 1 hour. 4 “associates” sitting and standing around doing nothing. Customer service gone wrong.

Very helpful staff. Michael, who I believe was a manager, greeted me, helped me locate the section of the store I needed, and when the product wasnt on the shelves, he went and got it for me from the back. It was a sale item, and it was in stock, just like the website had indicated. Great experience.

Recently visited the Staples located in Mason to have business cards printed.....greeted by a totally hostile employee (Brittany) who seemed very unprofessional and unhelpful with the customization of my cards.....I complained to the Store Manager and walked out......went over to Office Depot and they were very professional and quick.....I will never go back to the Staples in Mason again......I can see now why their reviews are so bad!

There new system for getting something printed from your home computer is atrocious. It use to take 10 minutes to send something from your computer to get printed. It now takes two hours. I downloaded the file on my computer but it will not upload to their site. 30 minutes ago I could sing in with my account automatically. Now it does not recognize my username and auto fills with another name. However, their website recognizes that the my store is the Mason store. I been try to upload it to their site for over an hour.It is time to take my business somewhere else.

This was easily the worst Staples I have ever been to. As I walked in there wasnt a single person in sight I thought the store was closed but it was only 6pm on a Wednesday. As I shop it smells as of they were pumping fragrances through the air ducts. I finally see an employee and I jokingly bring up the smell and he laughs and tells me the manager Vapes so I thought it was a joke. Then I go to check out and as this employee checks me out this 17 year old kid comes up behind the counter and says sup bro to me who is clearly older. Then come to find out he was the MANAGER what kind of manager does that! Ridiculous never shopping again.

Very friendly and courteous staff. The store is clean and well organized.

First the the tablets and laptops were in a very bad spot and nothing worked. The toilet had blue water to cover up the fact that the restroom was unkempt. To further exemplify the style of management there was a sign on the way out of the restroom informing the employees to wash youre hands. Someone had corrected the grammar with a Sharpy yet the sign remains. We had no help because there were only 2 customer service representatives on the floor, one of which was helping 3 customer the other was on a personal phone call in the middle of the aisle. It was no wonder there were only 4 cars, including ours, in the parking lot.

Black Friday is coming up and this place runs some sweet deals leading up to it other wise it just an office supply store

Staples in Deerfield Twp used to be my favorite place to get office supplies, but not after their big downsizing in 2013. Limited stock and limited open registers - and thats well after the big back-to-school rush. Weve been there twice since the remodel, and Im not sure well go back. Office Max is just down the street, and WalMart is close by.

The worst staples I have ever been to. I asked them if they were able to print wedding invitations and the guy said yes. He never called me back with a price or a time to pick up. I had to contact them. And once I did, they said they were not able to do them. So I wasted two trips there when they could have just told me they only print things if they are 8.5X11. Idiots.

Friendly staffs. I print blue plans here, always smooth and easy.
