Just had the Glass Guru come out and fix two of my casement windows. They also gave me an estimate to fix the broken glass in one of the replacement windows in a bedroom and no one else would do it without replacing the glass. These guys are pleasant, knowledgeable and actually show up to do the job. The prices are comparable with others and lets face it, nothing is cheap anymore but it cost a lot more to replace the entire windows. Good guys, you wont be sorry you called them.

One of my basement windows broke and I neede to get it fixed as soon as possible because my house was going to be appraised for sale within days. Not only did they fixed my window earlier than expected, but they were courteous and friendly.This shop has a small town business vibe that makes you feel welcome the minute you walk in.Kudos for such great customer service.

The estimator, the office staff, and the technician were all very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Their products are high quality and saved us from spending thousands. So pleased doesnt seem like a strong enough thing to say with my newly customized Anderson Patio Door with dog door. Glass Guru has enhanced my life and that of my 3 dogs. Far less expensive than replacing the slider, our new glass insert with dog door was expertly installed and in the time promised. When the grids were installed incorrectly, it was Glass Gurus team who noticed and had it redone in less than 24 hours so the door could be installed in time for Mothers Day family. Thank you Lisa and Team.

What to say what to say... First things first, I love lisa. Secondly I’m so happy this company is located near me and I was able to fix a noise problem waking me up at night. The whole experience was great. The guy who came out to my house wasn’t trying to oversell anything which actually made me want to get the laminated glass after getting his opinion. I am a Remodeling Contractor here in Mason. I like using local companies whenever possible on my jobs. I needed some custom cut beveled glass mirrors for a master bath and thought I would give Glass Guru a shot. Great experience all around. From interpretation of my design and needs to an extremely fast turnaround. My experience with everyone there was outstanding. The Glass Guru is now the glass supplier for RM Ccostruction.

They did an excellent job on my glass shelves. It took me awhile to get to my china cabinet. I figure since this COV-19 is keeping people indoors. I decided to get it together. Thanks to Glass Guru I was able to organize it with some nice china ware. Their prices are very reasonable too.

I was not going to post this but then this company called me and basically hung up on me, so now I feel obligated.1 year ago we bought a house and there was window issues. We asked this company to come do an inspection on all the windows and a quote. They quoted us $2,800 in repairs. We paid that to have the repairs done. It took them almost 4 months to complete the repairs because they kept ordering the wrong parts for our windows.THEN my husband gets relocated so we have to sell the house. 2 windows were fogged, understandable it happens. The buyers of our home had glass guru come out and do a window inspection and quote for repairs comes back at $6,000.So we paid $2,800 a year ago and now all of a sudden our windows need $6k more in repairs. Seems weird. Either they did a bad inspection the first time or they were tacking on a ton of things. I showed this to another window person and he said the quote was outrageous.THEN they call me to follow up on the quote and I expressed my concern and why we were not using them and she basically hung up on me. Thanks bye and hung up. RUDE. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We originally invited Glass Guru of Mason, OH to complete an estimate on 9/25/2018 based on a referral from a real estate agent. As part of a master bathroom refresh to prep our home for sale we needed to replace our builders-grade brass shower surround with a new oil-rubbed bronze trim surround to match the new lighting and plumbing fixtures we installed.We agreed on price on 9/28/2018 and a 50% deposit was taken with the promise that the glass was being ordered immediately and it would take a week to 3 weeks to arrive and get installed. Big window of time and we had to put the home on the market prior to the end of that window of time, but we agreed.We received a call on Wednesday, 10/10/2018 that the glass had arrived, but the earliest available date of installation would be a full week from that day, the following Wednesday, 10/17/2018. Two days within the three weeks originally promised. In the meantime, our home went on the market and we had to post a sign on the door the date the glass would be installed on 10/17/2018 for any buyers visiting our home. Not ideal, but they stayed within their originally-promised one to 3 week timeline.We received confirmation of the install date and time on Tuesday, 10/16/2018 as promised. The following morning, on install day 10/17/2018 and a mere 20 minutes before the glass was to be delivered, I received a call that the installer was out sick and they would not be able to install that day. I completely understand that people get sick and I of course wouldnt want a sick person in our home. Im not understanding of what happened next.The dispatcher told me that shed call me back by noon with a new install date and time. I reemphasized the fact that we have been having constant showings and one potential buyer was waiting until the glass was installed to come back and see the finished product. She didnt call back until after 2pm and let me know that it would be ANOTHER WEEK, Wednesday, October 24th until they could fit me in.Explain this to me: It was originally 1 week from the receipt of the glass at their shop until the time of my cancelled install. How is it now ANOTHER WEEK until you can fit me in if youre doing everything possible? This shows me that they just put me back into their install queue. They did not provide great or excellent customer service or go above and beyond to install our glass sooner. Theyre literally (not figuratively) holding the selling of our home hostage because they already have $730 of our money, a completed surround in their shop, but zero do-what-it-takes-to-make-inconvenienced-customers-a-priority initiative. If I owned my own business and something like this happened, Id ask my available installers who wants an after-regular hours install or a Saturday/Sunday install?, pay them a bit of overtime, take a little bit of a margin hit on this order, but keep my inconvenienced customers happy. But thats just me.She asked if I would like to speak to Lisa about it. I asked if that would change anything. Probably not was the answer. Unacceptable.I will send an update after our install is complete nearly one MONTH after they took our deposit.

I am a realtor and there are countless times I have had to call Lisa and the Glass Guru for either glass window replacement or simply a foggy window. During home inspections, the inspector will now call out the foggy windows because that indicates a broken thermoseal. The Glass Guru is able to repair the foggy window problem and if they cant, they can simply replace the glass and the thermoseal. This is so much more cost effective than replacing the entire window and then everyone is happy! I recommend them all the time and carry around their business cards to hand out! Great customer service too!! Thank you, Lisa and the Glass Guru!!
