BUYER BEWARE, customer service is nonexistent. They are a large corporation with no access to anyone that can address customer issues. I ordered a garage door from a local dealer I found on their website. While installing the door we found some damage to a couple of the panels. The local vendor confirmed that they put in an order for the replacement panels that same day and assured us we should have the new panels within a couple of weeks. When I followed up with the vendor who also did the installation, they informed me that Clopay dropped the ball and our panels as well as other customer replacement panels that were ordered by them were not forthcoming. The vendor told us that we would have to wait several more weeks for the replacement panels. We were also told by the vendor that we could not put things back together in our garage to accommodate the special requirements for installing the new panels. As a result, we do not have access to a main part of our house that impacts our use and enjoyment of our house. I explained this to the vendor, and they said it was out of their control. I attempted to resolve the issue and explore any choices for accommodations such as a credit so we could have use of our garage and the vendor referred me to Clopay since the damage to the panels occurred during the manufacturing process and the fact that Clopay did not process their request for the replacement panels. After spending literally several hours over two days on hold with Clopay’s customer service department, they referred me back to the vendor we purchased the door from. The door looks great and other than the damage we are satisfied with the quality so far. There are many choices for similar products in the marketplace. Had I known about the challenges with communicating and dealing with Clopay on basic customer service issues, I would have chosen a different manufacturer. If you are like me and think that, regardless of the size of a company, accessibility to customer service and customer satisfaction is the most important consideration in making any purchase, look elsewhere.

Worst Customer Service in the world. Put in an order for a clopay garage door with full payment, they told me someone would contact me for installation in 2~3 weeks. I waited for 3 months but nobody called. After I complained, they told me that they would refund me my money and that is it!
