Great selection. Well maintained produce section. Good flower selection. Friendly staff. And a key point: lots of paring with easy access in and out.

In past, I have talked with the store manager to address the cleanliness for this store. Based on the current rating, why is this the theme?On a positive side, I see that the parking lot has been resurfaced.Come on Team Kroger, take some pride with the CLEANLINESS. After all, you are selling food.

Chuck in the meat dept is exceptional. He is always friendly. He cuts and packages my meat just as I ask. Hes super helpful with spice suggestions.

Poor customer service:Would not give me my change after my purchase…The seafood section had a homemade sign that said “on break”. Don’t be surprised when this store is closed in 2 years.Got 1 star because I did not see any mice…

It was a busy Saturday afternoon. There were people stocking in almost every aisle. I am disabled and had difficulty shopping. The handicapped womens bathroom stall had no toilet tissue and the seat was broken. No soap and no paper towels.

This Store is dirty. Shelves are not stocked and in disaray.

Sign to wear a mask but no one hassles you if you dont.

They are Not enforceing the mask policy! I dont appreciate that since I have no choice but to bring my kids shopping and they are to young to wear masks. I encountered 6 plus people in the 20mins of my shopping that did not have the mask over their nose. As I was leaving a employee was talking to a customer who had there mask completely pulled down just chit chatting 🤔. I will definitely take my business to another company who actually cares about the publics saftey.

Been going to this store since 1997. I have moved to different areas in Mason but will drive to this store. No exception. The people know us and are so friendly. The store remains small which makes it so easy to find things and makes it easy for the large amount of senior citizens that shop here. All in all this IS the best kroger in Mason!!!

Was there today shopping with my daughter for christmas eve dinner. Had a great experience. Store was clean and neat. Lots of open lanes and samples. Matt and Liz went way out of their way to help us find anti static spray. They were both really helpful and we would have ended up making an extra trip without their help. Thanks!

The employees have all been very friendly when I have been in there. The store is relatively clean but it feels a bit tight. This store could benefit from a new layout. Love that they have a Starbucks inside.

Decent store. Slightly renovated but still the old Kroger layout and flooring. Missing some items other Kroger’s have and the meat section is not always the best. Employees are great and deserve a better building. Hopefully it is torn down and replaced with a Kroger marketplace.

It must be one of the worst Krogers I have been in years. I love Kroger and do most of my groceries from Kroger. Most Krogers I have been to recently are so much more cleaner and well stocked that it was a shocker for me, when I visited this one. Unfortunately for me, this is the closest from my new house.Some of the negatives:1. It has a very small produce section.2. The seafood and meat sections smells bad (yes I have been to much cleaner sea food section in other Krogers)3. Shelves are not restocked for days.4. Items are really hard to find.

Love that I can go to bank, go to pharmacy, and do grocery shopping at same location.

Very nice well kept Kroger. The only thing is you have to watch for expiration dates on certain things!

Great location!Starbucks, change machine, phone atm, lottery atm, bank, self scan checkouts, bakery, pharmacy, and that only covers 10% of the store...This Krogers has it all and its my normal location. They get upgraded often and make adjustments for easier and better shopping experiences!

I came in for only a few items. No loose red potatoes, the produce guy offered to open a bag. I couldnt find the the utility pans, an employee took me right to them. There was no kitchen string, an employee went to the meat department and got me a length. The cashier was lovely and the bagger was pleasant despite my preference to bag my own. Overall, a successful trip.

Their service is fast. Actually faster than the slow service I have come to associate with others

Krogers was great they were able to give me change so that I can go and see my son and I almost got a ticket but today I live a new life so I only gave you $15 and I need a roll of quarters and $10 roll of quarters and five ones thank you have a blessed day

My favorite Kroger because its NOT a huge marketplace. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Selections are excellent. Produce is much, much fresher than at Kroger Mason store because of small storage area and big turnover. I hope its never enlarged although Im glad its being updated!

Great selection, everyone at the deli is super friendly, fast check out, everyone is very personable, helpful staff, the floral department made a special arangement for my grandmas birthday which was very special to me, and really nice guy working the self check out. Very good atmosphere all around. I highly recommend this Kroger!

Nice Kroger I go there for 3 cinnamon crunch bagels in the morning those are so awesome and by far my favorite when they have plenty of crunches on them and sometimes theres a almost naked one but most are excellent.bakery lady was nice and asked me what I was needing and told her. she said she was a little behind but give her 10 minutes and she would have some for me so I browsed around bought a few extra things and seen this Kroger has the picnic pork shoulder great for making pulled pork and beef brisket which another bbq meat. I just made pulled pork for thanksgiving so my new years shoulder will come from Kroger. The morning Kroger crew are helpful and ask if I need help looking for something as Im browsing just seeing where things are and whats at this Kroger as not all are same. Ive worked in mason 15 years but new to living here and been coming to this Kroger about 2 weeks now and its nice and thoughtful to be asked if I need help finding something as I know people have jobs to do and dont like bothering people and asking for help so when they ask I appreciate it and take the offer. Pretty good selections in every single department and very good service.

The 4 stars are for the courteous crew who work in this store, especially Rose who works the Starbucks counter. It is a smaller store, so sometimes the selections are limited. It is, however, great having a store in the neighborhood.

Limited selection in an older store thats showing its age.The employees at this Kroger are friendly and helpful. However, the store itself is very crowded with products (plenty of chips) and yet has a very limited selection of groceries. There are very few if any organic and healthy food options, with only a small sad organic produce section that is grossly overpriced. The shopping baskets and carts are old and beat up, with many of the seatbelts in the carts broken or missing.

We ordered our wedding flowers from this kroger and could not have been happier. Heather was the florist working with us and she was incredible. Highly creative and talented. She fielded all of my questions and really went the extra mile. Thanks heather and mason kroger!!

I cant speak for Other krogers but I would not go back to this one, Standing at the deli Waiting for service, clerk telling me Ill be with you in a minute, She disappears After 5 minutes I leave, I am sure its a great store my experience not so great👎

I always find what I need (and then some) at Kroger

Not the best experience at this store 😒 people coming in and out of the store in the same door, rude people always in a hurry trying to run you over! The aisles were a little tight. Most of the coffees that I wanted were out of stock. The check out girl called us over even though her light was out. She wasnt very personable and acted like she wished she was somewhere else. So did I after I went to this store.

This is a cool old school Kroger. I suspect its high on the list for a remodel. And I suspect it hasnt been remodeled yet because its still in good shape. I am used to the more modern Kroger layouts so I had to walk around a bit more to find the beer. And the beer selection was a little scattered. But they had a decent selection. Id expected even more for this area but it wasnt difficult to find something tasty like MadTree PSA.

Nice Kroger with helpful employees, a nice size for the Mason and surrounding areas.

My wife and I live very close to this Kroger but we can no longer go to this location. For the past few weeks this particular Kroger has really been dropping the ball. Every week we bite into spoiled fruits and vegetables or open up a pack of steaks with a foul odor and brown spots. We bought a 2 pack of lobster tails the other day and one of them was rotten with brown spots. For the past 3 to 4 weeks the quality of foods and produce has gone down drastically. This is rather unfortunate because most everyone that works here is polite and friendly. We simply are tired with making an extra trip every week to return spoiled foods and produce.

Kroger has food but the 741 Kroger has their entry and exit doors backwards so you enter on the left when youve got other people trying to exit on the left so its a beautiful c********** of consumers consuming.
