I’ve had an ultrasound ( Melisa was awesome !) and a massage ( the lady who did the massage was awesome too)- I loved both services!Then I had a manicure and I decided I won’t be back for another ...The place is good, but if they provide all kid of spa services - they need a better nail technician.The lady was nice, can’t say anything about this, but her work quality ...Judge for yourself, the picture are taken the same day (both hands ).When you pay for something, you surely don’t expect this bad of a quality.Especially that it was the simplest of manicures, she only had to apply polish to the nail!

Had the best experience. Danielle is an excellent ultrasound tech. So sweet, patient, and helpful. The lady at the front desk was awesome as well. Would highly recommend!

5 stars specifically for Nicole! Went in at 39/5 hoping a massage would help kickstart labor. Too soon to tell on the labor part, but definitely a worthwhile experience! She knows how to target pain points and focus on what you really need vs just working through the motions. She genuinely knows what she is doing and what is best for your body on a muscular level. 100% recommend!

I’ve had two wonderful experiences at Becoming Mom! My husband and I did the early gender reveal at 18 wks and the ultrasound tech was so professional and friendly. The room was cozy and inviting and very clean. I just had a prenatal massage by Elizabeth and had the best experience! I’ve been dealing with bad sciatica pain and feel so much better! She was professional, kind and once again the room was clean and very comfortable. Thank you to your kind, professional staff!!

I’ve been coming here for 7 years now and LOVE it! I started coming for the ultrasounds when I was pregnant (to find out gender early) and then started coming for pregnancy-safe spa services. Then after I wasn’t pregnant any more I just kept coming because I like that their products are all natural but work the same! My favorite is their natural version of shellac! My manis usually last about two weeks (and my hands are always in water with our three kids) and pedis last about six. Their facials are really good too. I had bad acne when I was pregnant and they had some add on for the facial that was for inflamed skin and I saw a big difference.

So peaceful. Quiet. Private. Got exactly what I came for!

I recently went to Becoming Mom Spa + Ultrasound for a massage and a facial. I had such a wonderful time being able to pamper myself! I felt that they took every possible precaution to make me feel safe and keep me healthy during my visit there such as all employees and customers wearing a mask, taking my temperature upon arrival, and asking me to wash my hands prior to the start of my massage. I liked that I had an option to get an add-on to my massage as well which was a nice perk! I cannot wait to go back!

I’m a first time mom and during the pandemic. Times are scary. This place is amazing and I highly recommend coming here. The people are amazing. Especially Melissa. Very sweet, and it’s a great environment in general. My little peanut has been so stubborn and not only did they give me a second try for free but are allowing me to come back for a 3rd time so we can get better pictures of him. Thank you ladies for being so patient and shining some light into these difficult times. Seeing your baby makes everything better ❤️

Best experience!! Everyone was so nice and Danielle was so patient with my little stubborn one. She had her hand over her face the whole time! Most definitely recommend all moms to go here and book a 3D/4D ultrasound.

Toccara was fantastic! Visiting from SC and happened to walk by with my mom today, and she booked me a massage as a gift. Loved all of the precautions to keep everything safe/sterile-and Toccara’s massage was the bomb.com. Would definitely be coming back if I lived closer!

Went to becoming mom 5 years ago to do a 3d ultrasound with my daughter. When I got pregnant again and couldnt wait to find out the gender last week, we chose becoming mom again to do it. We have had the best experiences ever. And when we asked that the gender only be revealed to my sister so we could do a gender reveal, they made sure to keep everything hidden. I recommend becoming mom to every one!

I wish I could remember who both my Techs were! My first one took her time to find the gender, she was the sweetest and wouldn’t let me leave until she figured out I was having a little girl. I recommend these sweet ladies to everyone!

We went recently for the early gender reveal at 16 weeks and had some very specific requests. We asked Carol, who performed our ultrasound, to not reveal any information about the gender to us and to call a family member with the news so we can do a reveal party. Carol and Tammy were beyond great and fulfilled our request with a smile! It was an extremely special moment for us to see our baby moving around for the first time. I think the nay-sayers on these reviews are dead wrong, this place is top notch. THANKS AGAIN!

I had a 3D/4D ultrasound done with Becca and she was amazing. My little guy was rolled into a ball for a good 20 minutes and she was so patient and so sweet the entire time. She got amazing pictures for us. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. This was my first time at becoming mom and first time being pregnant and she was awesome.

The place was nice and I loved the room and environment. My only problem was the woman who was there doing my 4 d ultrasound was very rude. They forgot I was coming so they had the machine off. They said I’d have to wait for it to warm up which took time and they didn’t wait. The lady was in a very bad mood and was rushing through it. I paid a lot for this experience and she was ruining it. The pics were crappy because the machine had been shut off. The lady wasn’t answering my question and was just plain nasty. I had to complain. We were told it’s not the first time someone has complained on her which is BS. This is something us mothers look forward to and it’s ruined by a rude worker.

I really like the professional atmosphere and care of becoming mom. They made it possible for our closest family to find out the gender with us! Id definitely recommend it even if you want the whole big reveal party they can help.

I believe my ultrasound tech was Rebecca!! She did an amazing job!! This was my first time here and I was very pleased. The baby was turned face down and she took her time and tried to get baby to move. Once the baby moved we were able to see the baby move like crazy and it’s little arms just waving! I was very pleased and will definitely be back for one of the 4d images when my baby gets a little more meat on its bones ❤️

I had the Just cant wait package at 17 1/2 weeks to find out the gender. I was extremely pleased with my experience here! Our ultra sound tech was Christine and she was sooo nice. She spent a lot of time with us and gave us a good amount of pictures to take home with us which meant a lot. All of the staff members were very sweet and made this a positive, fun experience for us. We will definitely come back for other services and I highly recommend this place :)

I had a great experience here. My husband bought me the Massage, Facial and Pedicure package as a gift. It was wonderful, very friendly staff, clean and organized, soothing experience.

A friend bought us a gender ultrasound at 18 weeks (so we didnt have to wait for my appointment at 21 weeks). Everyone working was very nice. We were confidently told we were having a girl, had a gender reveal party, bought tons of clothes, did our nursery and all that jazz. At our ultrasound appointment last week we were told we were 100% having a boy, very emotional experience. We are happy either way but just very disappointed that our friends spent $$$ for us and now we are in the very annoying position of having to take everything back and tell family and friends because of this mess up. This is my first child and I will without a doubt never use one of these places again in the future.

I have never been so disappointed in a business in my life. If I could give zero stars I would. After booking an appointment a month and a half ago, I was told I would be contacted the week prior to go over preparing for my appointment. I invited my family, my husbands family, took time off work, and rearranged our schedules for this appointment so we could all be there for the big gender reveal. After not hearing from them, I contact them to confirm and find that they have LOST my appointment and can not accommodate us during ANY of the times we are available. The next time our times match up with theirs would be after the New Year, when I will have already had a gender scan by my OB. If this is how they will be doing business, I suggest going somewhere else! Way to ruin a very exciting day for a pregnant woman.I will edit this to say that the General manager of the Mason Location did make things right. She went out of her way to schedule and send a technician to the Florence location to accommodate our situation. We would definitely like to return later in pregnancy for a 4D ultrasound, and we will definitely arrange to go to that location, as she was very helpful and really seemed to care.

I’m disappointed with this place. I’m sure everybody has a different experience, since every baby has a mind of their own, but I really think we should have at least gotten what we paid for. We paid for a 15 minute session (which isn’t long), but we were only given about 10 minutes. We also didn’t get 4 pictures like it says in the package details. And the ultrasound tech told us to close our eyes so she could find the gender, but never told us we could look again, so we didn’t even get to see most of the ultrasound. Not to mention how disappointing the picture quality is. It’s almost like the tech didn’t even try to get good pictures. Really unfortunate we didn’t have a better experience

I was super excited for this experience, but it was less than satisfying and I am so disappointed that I wasted my money. The package I purchased specifically says it comes with 4, 2D pictures, but I only received 3. 2 of which say what the gender is and 1 of a nearly black screen. You can’t make anything out in any of the pictures. Also, our tech told us to close our eyes because we wanted the gender to be a surprise, and never told us to open our eyes again, so we didn’t even get to watch the ultrasound. I paid for a 15 minute session that lasted less than 10, and I came out with absolutely nothing worthy of $100.00. I was really looking forward to coming back later in my pregnancy for the 3D session, but it’s not worth the money in my opinion. I would recommend just waiting to get your gender ultrasound at your OB, because the quality is so much better.I would like to add that our baby was not hiding or being stubborn, it was sprawled out waving it’s hands, therefore it shouldn’t have been too difficult to get at LEAST, 1 decent picture.

Lauren mistakenly took off some of my skin and filed into my nail. My pinky looks very strange. I stopped before she was able to continue doing that to the rest of my nails. When filing, the 2 she filed were very crooked. I had a gala to attend tonight so I was really sad about this. My pinky nail bed is red and sore. I told her she was hurting me as well. I trimmed off the excess skin that was hanging off. I wish this were a better experience. The massage was okay, I requested more pressure and there wasnt quite enough, but I feel okay so thats nice. I probably probably wont be back, this is my 2nd visit. The first time my feet looks great as well, but I had charcoal left all over my face after the facial. I think I was expecting too much.

I had a gender ultrasound and was very happy with my experience. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The facility is very nice and inviting. I didnt feel rushed at all and had a memorable experience with my husband and family.

Was pretty disappointed with what we walked away with. I was given 8 pictures of my baby & not one of them was a profile picture of her, but I did get a whole picture of just each arm & each leg, & a hand. Pretty frustrated with this considering the cost of the ultrasound & the fact the technician had many opportunities to get a decent picture. We also bought one of the heartbeat animals & the babies heart is super unclear at first & sounds like it skips a beat because she was recording when she was still looking for the heartbeat. Overall pretty disappointed especially with the money that was spent.

Worked with us in the midst of Covid shut downs and allowed me as the husband to attend and see our baby together for the first time, when we couldnt find an ultrasound anywhere else that allowed me to attend!

I absolutely love Becoming Mom! My husband and I moved about a year ago from Ohio to Michigan-- but we still took a weekend trip just for the experience. We have not found another place that comes close, or even compares! If youre very lucky, your ultrasound technician will be Rebecca... shes simply fantastic-- just a beaming ray of sunshine. The ambience, the soothing atmosphere, the customer service, and the machines are top notch. Even our OBs office doesnt match the quality.Thank you, Becoming Mom! And thank you, Rebecca!! You made our experience so much more enjoyable and personal. Words cant describe our joy!

I had love this place!!! I went with my last pregnancy for spa services and the ultrasound with the cd option. It was always clean, relaxing and I will treasure my cd of my son always. Ive gone this pregnancy and plan on fitting in more services this pregnancy because Im an RN and need some R&R.

Happy with my ultrasound tech. She was very patient and kind, however the receptionist completely RUINED my experience. Upon arrival I asked her about the stuffed animals in the lobby she verified they were the ones the heart beat recording would go inside and told me there was a bigger selection in the ultrasound room. After my US it was time to pay. I told her I did indeed want a stuffed animal. She replied well did you have the tech record it?. I apologized and told her I didnt know I had to do that. The tech let me come on back to record and I told her I wanted an additional recording for the grandparents that were present. The receptionist told me that wasnt possible, even though it was listed on a sign for an additional $10. She told me if I wanted them to have a recording they could just record it off my animal with their own devices. I was so upset, this was the reason they attended. My mother was upset. Both grandparents and my fiance stated after we left that she was putting off a bad mood and sadly Id have to agree. I feel like any add on packages, like the record heartbeat should be discussed before the US so everyone is on the same page. This was my first time. I had know idea I was to inform the tech and now first time grandparents lost their special momento.

We had a wonderful experience!! We did the gender reveal package in our 17th week and couldnt believe how clear the ultrasound was. Our baby was so active! The room was big enough for us and my parents. We wanted the gender to be kept secret and we both work in the medical field and let our technician know we can both read theultrasoubd. The technician was very accommodating and was careful to instruct us to look away for the gender determination and she wrote down the gender, sealed in an envelope. It was a fantastic & fun experience! Our OBGYN is only concerned with the health of the baby (obviously) so it was fun to watch the movements and determine the sex! We will be back!

I have yet to have my ultrasound . but ! Out of all the people in the world to get my appointment reminder fr october 7 2018 it was the husband of my significant others sister !!!! Because they got my number wrong . so my boyfriends family found out everything and his sister was pretty upset her hisband had a pregnacy appointment with my name on it i called i think i should be given a free 3d picture or discount or something because they ruined the surprise for us !!!! And stirred up problems !!!!!!? I called and they didnt do anything for me . bummer so . i may not go to my appointment .-rachel wells!

I made an appointment for the early bird gender reveal. Upon arriving to my appointment we told the US that we were doing a reveal and wanted it to be kept a secret. The computer wasn’t working so we couldn’t even view the baby on the large screen, all five of us had to look at the small computer screen to view the baby which was another disappointment considering my family couldn’t sit comfortably on the couch provided, they all had to stand. When going down in that area she told my boyfriend and i to turn our heads so we don’t see anything and not even two minutes later she referred to the baby as “her leg.” I was extremely disappointed because this was suppose to be a surprise for my boyfriend and I. i would’ve been more understand if my friend, who is also pregnant, didn’t tell me that about three weeks ago the lady did the exact same thing to her during her ultrasound. After so many times of slipping up and ruining the surprise, you’d think they’d take caution about saying “the baby.” we paid $100 to find out early and to be surprised and a careless mistake ruined it. We’re happy regardless but this issue should be addressed for future customers. And the fact we didn’t get to enjoy the big screen is also very disappointing. I will not recommend for those trying to keep the gender unknown
