This Michaels is clean, designed unlike other Michaels stores Ive been in. The layout is a little overwhelming at first but once you adjust to the new set up its absolutely stunning.

This is my first time at a Michael’s and I genuinely enjoyed how much of a kid in a candy store feeling this gave me. Outside of photography I haven’t done anything remotely artistic in decades but that will be changing very soon.

Valerie in the framing department is amazing. She helped me with a problem I was having with a previous item I purchased. She was a pleasure to deal with and would recommend her to anyone and will use her for future purchases

This is my favorite Michaels. Its laid out a little differently than the others in the area, but this is my favorite Michaels ever. The staff are all friendly and speedy and interesting to talk to and the store is always clean and organized.

Great hobby shop. Pearl paint went out of business years ago near me, and since then I started coming here for all my art needs. Just went shopping today for some reasonably priced Halloween decor, and the check out was pretty quick. Employees seem nice and wish to help. Highly recommended!

I love how spacious this location is. It almost looks empty when you first walk in, but they really do have an extensive inventory.

The store was clean and well maintained. The associate I asked questions was able to answer them and walked me directly to the product I asked for rather than just give me directions. The cashier was friendly. I would definitely come back to this location.

A nice standard Michaels stacked with all your crafting needs. No complaints the cashier was super friendly and helpful.

I hope this place never goes out of business. However, i do not like the new layout.

The store has been remodeled. It does look very neat and clean. I went to get yarn and found that the selection wasnt was big as it used to be. Didnt find what I was looking for.

Would have given 5 but new. remodellooks unfinished and sparse. Seamslike less stock. Hope they dont close and rely on internet online shopping.

I love the new layout of the store. It seems more open and it always has what I need in the knitting and crafts sections.

There is an extremely nice lady who works there where she make frames. I dont remember her name but she was very knowledgeable (based on what I hardly know) about sowing.

Very caring and helpful staff. The custom picture and frame shop, is terrific.

Very well kept neat and orderly unlike the one in Green Acres which is a mess.

Limited choices. But the store seemed pretty clean.

Massapequa: Since before Xmas, Ive been looking for choc pouring products to no avail. 3rd X in 5mths, UPC tags are empty!! I actually had to pull out bottom overstock bins to find a lousy 18lollipop kit!! HOW PATHETIC!!

Better layput...hoping they add more of AC Moores features as I always prefer the better variety of products & more stock that AC Moore seemed to always carry...was very disappointed that they went out of business....🌟👍✌

Went to Michaels the other day. I love that I can order online and pick up my orders in the store. Just order early enough in the morning and wait for your confirmation email and your good to go. I also LOVE that I had a 40% off coupon for everything I bought!! Makes it easier on my wallet. Thank you Michaels!!!

I cannot express how irritated i am with this store right now.My friend drove me to this store to hop out real quick because were both baking & he has coupons and is obsessed with this store lol anyways------- So i quickly went to Michaels to buy more melting chocolate (im currently baking for my grandmothers birthday)Now it is 6:48 and i walk in the door. Keep in mind - i am in a rush so im SPEED WALKING.. I am also hard of hearing on my left ear and i had an air-pod in my right ear because i assumed it would be a quick in and out thing... nope. I understand the air-pod could be a bad idea but i didnt think it was an issue... (Im not even sure if they said anything because as i walked in one girl just looked at me but im mentioning the air-pod just in case they go we called to him or something like that.So anyways, i speed walk into the store and start heading right to my destination - i had to look at 1 row and then go to the melting chocolate. As im heading to my destination this girl begins speed walking after me and cuts me off after popping out behind a fricken isle and scares the sh*t out of me. She goes HI WERE CLOSING IN 10 MIN do you need help finding something in a fast rushy tone - I was like okay? I just need 1 thing, im fine thanks.. and she casually walks away. I grab my chocolate and keep in mind its been maybe 1-2 min tops... head right to the check out to be STARED at by *FIVE* employees..just clustered staring & talking. It made me feel hella uncomfortable - My dumba*s still apologized and said Im sorry if i caused any inconvenience i thought yall closed at 8! AND i was not acknowledged!! They blatantly ignored me... i was like oh okay.. As i was being rung up i apologized again and she said its fine dont worry about it and i left. I entered at 6:48 and left at 6:52...I understand how annoying it can be for customers coming in close to closing time...i run a store myself and i know its annoying at times -----But1. I had no clue it was 12 min before close2. im hard of hearing and yes the air-pod wasnt the best idea but the rudeness wasnt necessary - no need to be so pushy3. I dont hunt my customers down and run after them to tell them to hurry because were closing4. If someone APOLOGIZES TO ME i am NICE to them instead of ignoring their existence. Maybe dont ignore your paying customers?5. Youre a sales establishment the customer should never be made to feel outcasted or uncomfortable

They remodeled the store and added lots of new products. Very enjoyable.

Very clean store. Long line, but it moved very quickly and everyone followed the 6 foot markers on the floor. Very polite and helpful cashier.

I used to go to Michaels for everything. And then they stop selling disposable cake boxes. and a few times I went in there and they did not have the cake accessories that I needed for baking. Besides that the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable and very pleasant both on the floor and at the register

I looked up an item online and sore they had it and what aisle it was in. When I got to the store in the aisle it certainly wasnt the right section I wanted. Too bad they dont have there online inventory up to date. I mentioned that to one of the girls and she was glad to show me where my item was.

Thay had little mirror charms I needed for a skit I was doing about the mirror of truth. They accepted coupons for discounts I downloaded on my phone so that $15 worth of merchandise became $10.

Good place for craft supplies. If they dont have it, give up! 😉

Love this Michaels. Always clean and organized. They could use more staff to help you find things but other than that its great. Great selection of kids crafts for affordable prices too.

Always cool store for crafts but today I attended a birthday party for kids and it was pretty neat. Surprised this or any of their other stores ever advertise such a great idea.

This place is like a Wonderland for the crafty! Yarn & fabrics, pens, pencils, & charcoals, many brands of paints, & pretty much any art supplies you could possibly need are available. They have a large framing department in the back of the store as well, though I have not personally used it. I recommend the store brand paints; they are great quality & a nice deal! The jewelery supply area is so great & has elevated the quality of the pieces I am able to create on my own.Coupons are not too shabby either!

My first time coming to this location. Very clean and organized indeed. Service was great, A friendly woman helped me find a few things we needed. We didnt have to hunt anyone down.😘 I was a little surprised they did not have much of a selection for a Native American school project we were working on. And they were quite expensive. We spent 107$ and didnt get everything we needed. I will be returning some of the unused items that were overpriced. Ended up going to Home Depot for dowels and natural wood that we needed. Dowels were much cheaper there. And I find Michaels does not have as much coupons as competition craft store AC Moore. Thanks for reading 💘

I had a great experience there. I was lpoking for a simple lance to hang my keys on, and with the help of several polite workers I found them. Its a very large store so give yourself time to look around. They have a LG variety of items besides arts and crafts. I bought a beautiful LG calendar with angels on for a senior. I enjoyed my visit. They have to much to mention here. Th eres something for everybody.

This is really up to the customers preference here in this store of many useful items from art, crafts, household, candy and other build-able items can be got here. Just dont get too flattered with staying too long the prices are moderate and you start to get what I call roving around wondering why didnt you think of a store like this.
