The new service manager, Joe was at service entrance to meet me and immediately took my car to the shop ( after we went over what had to be done) I was constantly kept apprised of the status of work being done. In Early May I purchased a CPO 2013 911 Turbo S from an out of state dealer, unfortunately after only 8 days an issue arose and I brought it to the Legend Porsche to have it checked out.Giovanni was my service advisor and he was quick to have the issue assessed, unfortunately the engine needed to be replaced.Needless to say I wasnt at ease since I just spent so much money and was already having issues. But Giovanni made sure to ease my concerns by constantly keeping me updated with the progress of the engine replacement and reassuring me with his seemingly unlimited knowledge.Most service advisors I have spoken to know the bare minimum about the cars they are working with, but Giovanni is the exception, he knew just as much as the techs if not more and was always quick to respond to any of my questions.I wish all of my cars were Porsche so that way I could deal with Giovanni whenever service is needed.So needless to say I recommend Legend Porsche for any servicing. Just be sure to ask for Giovanni if you want to experience service that is second to none.

The discount on the purchase price was very good considering the state of auto production as a result of the pandemic. I think it was the most relaxing time I ever spent ordering a car! I wanted to take a moment to thank Joe D. very much for taking care of the issue I had with my Porsche Panamera. I came to the dealership initially to have a key replaced and I had an issue with a loose piece of molding on the passenger side that was corrected. As an additional service the car was washed as a courtesy and my rims were accidentally damaged. Obviously I was very upset and Joe assured me he would find a solution. He corrected the issue and was a true man of his word. I will continue to have BOTH my cars serviced at the dealership and Joe was simply the best! Joe always goes above and beyond and I truly appreciate it...FYI, I asked Joe for his card to write this on my own because I felt it was important he receives the accolades he deserves.
