I used to be a Dunkin’ person but for some good reason I switched over and I love going here now. Everyone works really hard and everyone is super polite

Ok. The picture is of ALL AMERICAN (a local ICON for 50 YEARS), not Starbucks. That Starbucks location is take out only. My friend and I needed a place to hang out and warm up so we landed instead at TACO JOES across the street. Good food, but no allergen menu. Got a burrito bowl and sat. No one was in the dining room, so I felt super safe. Also the staff was friendly and ver y helpful. Sorry Starbucks! Lol

This is my favorite Starbucks! No matter what time of day I go in they are always amazing the whole team just rocks. They are the true example of what it means to be kind.

No drive-thru but they have curbside delivery. If ordering in the app make sure you select curbside, or youll have to go in and get it.

Very nice people working here. Great atmosphere and energy. But they have a high turnover so my drinks get messed up more than Id like. Id recommend, strictly for the steady few people here that are always kind at this location

It’s very hit or miss. No consistency in quality. Served me a burnt double shot over ice. Was not drinkable

Service with a smile. Polite personnel. Drinks are always made to perfection. Never too much ice. Sometimes waiting for the drink takes a little time but its always worth it because you leave satisfied.

They have a nice staff who go out of their way to make sure you get what you want.

You need a combination code to gain access access to their bathroom. The barista will even write it out for you if your memory is short. But this doesnt negate from the coffee quality and consistency this guide has grown to expect from Starbucks.

Usually go to this Starbucks when we visit family in Massapequa NY. There are 2 entrances. Service is quick, staff is friendly and cafe is clean and neat. Great selection of beverages, food and merchandise. Coffee accessories is well stocked and counter is clean. First Starbucks I have been to where the barista inserts a sip stopper with each beverage. Very thoughful!

Uniquely friendly staff. Great conversations with staff and customers. Rewards program. Great tasting drinks, food and snacks that are quite addictive when you find your favorite.

My favorite barista is here . I can’t recall his name but he always knew what I was getting and I believe that is what makes anyone live their job . Loving their loyal customers and taking time to remember small things in such a growing company is an achievement only this Starbucks has and always will . The managers deserve recognition because the staff there is not only excellent but always positively vibrant .

The barista Jac is so nice and detail-oriented! Always asks questions about your drink you wouldnt think of. Its pleasant to go to a corporate chain and actually be greeted with a smile.

Most locations need a good team. Massapequa has an amazing crew running the coffee shop

The only bad thing about this Starbucks is that they are so popular. The line can get long and with people ordering ahead on the app, it can be deceiving how close to the front you are.

This place is never as consistent as expected when you go to a chain store...the coffee tends to taste different from day to day- especially the decaf. It is not as clean as it should be and there is one barrister who mainly works the cash register who on most transactions is rude. ...this location is not exactly the experience one is looking for when paying a premium for a basic commodity.

I am ise to a high quality service at Starbucks. I expect their employees to know the products they serve. For some reason after I ordered my ice coffee there was no equal. I asked at the front for some. One girl gave me some but it was the pink or the saccharin. As everyone knows equal is typically blue and aspetame. This is my sweetner of choice. Yet the 3 girls up front seemed to have no idea what I am talking about. I have been to this starbucks for years they always had it. If the store is going to remove a product please informn your staff what you are doing. In addition the girls up front seemed more interested with javing a conversation with a friend then serving customers. Then I go to ad milk to my coffee I choose the one labled whole milk. It was not whole milk but non fat. Did not bother to say anything to them upfront becuase they never seemed to care.

Morning crew is better than the night crew. There were a couple rude employees, but i dont even see them there anymore. The bearded guy was a real douche to a woman the one day and she left all pissed off with no drink then he proceeded to make fun of her with a few other customers. Totally not cool. Would have given 5 stars but took away one for the bearded douche.

Good Starbucks. Basic stuff. I stay away from the fancy expensive sugar rush drinks.

Coffee and breakfast sandwich were good. Restrooms had no signs and were combination locked. Not very friendly.

Stop by here every morning. Less crowded than some of the other ones, which I like.

Service is amazing, I remember one barista who stood out in my mind named Brandon, man is an animal. Starbucks is lucky to have him.

I normally don’t write reviews, And I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years now. I USED to love it, until the horrible experience I had last night. Normally the staff is kind and very helpful. Last night I went it with a friend and I ordered my drink from an employee named Greg. My friend had partner numbers from her cousin who had worked at another Starbucks location. I am aware that Technically we were not supposed to use this discount but I was shocked to see the reaction from Greg and his ill-mannered response. We were nothing but kind. Greg said In the rudest tone ever that he would be contacting my friends cousins boss and getting her fired. I would have rather pay the extra dollar if ik our innocent request would cause so much commotion. GREG proceeded to slam out drinks on the counter and make a 360 walking away rolling his eyes. Greg was not friendly from the start, extreamly sassy and not the normally friendly barista personality I’m used too. There are not enough words to express my disappointment. I guess I will have to drive an extra 10 mins to get my venti now.

The location that got me hooked on frapps. My wallet says, thanks a lot. Nothing better than a nice cold caramel frapp on a hot sunny day.

Slowest ever. 1 barista, 1 cashier and 2 other employees bitchin about the other workers. Ordered a venti black iced coffee took 25 mins no joke. Must have been an off day for them or not the right mix of employees.

Customer service wasnt that impressive. Cashier was on his phone as soon as I swiped my card and barista didnt announce my drink causing some confusion and delay. Bathrooms are filthy too.
