I ordered my sofa and love seat on Monday and it was delivered Today. The process was so quick and easy and I am more than satisfied with my purchase. The color is so beautiful and its very comfortable. Customer service is 10/10, I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future as well as spreading the word to my friends and family.

Wife and I were shopping for outdoor furniture and looked everywhere including Peter Andrews, Fortunoffs, Harrows, and other big box stores. My wife suggested Dinettes Plus, which was nearby our home and one of those stores we would drive past often. We went in and saw the same set that we liked from Peter Andrews for a much better price with no delivery charge. Our beautiful set came today, which was 3 days after our purchase date and was delivered and assembled. Ben, the owner, was a perfect gentleman and a great help! Ben even called before delivery to confirm and he called again after delivery to make sure everything was satisfactory. We highly recommend this overlooked gem of a furniture store. We are very happy!

Stumbled upon this place while cruising Sunrise Hwy looking for a new kitchen set. Benny took care of us and showed us a few great options, all custom made stuff. I found this place through a google search and boy am I glad I did. Ben was awesome. I told him what I was looking for, for my kitchen island and showed him a picture of my kitchen color scheme. He gave me a couple of choices, I picked one and was in and out in about 20 minutes. We ordered a sectional couch through Ben back in November and unfortunately due to to covid it took a while for the piece to come in, but that is as expected you’ll have with any furniture store due to the current pandemic. While waiting for our furniture Ben helped us out which I’m very appreciative about. This is why small businesses will always be better than big companies. At the end of november we bought furniture from Bobs discount furniture and they promise to have it delivered by the 17th of december because we wanted the furniture before Christmas. They lied to us and told us that the furniture is not coming until January. We asked for a refund and then bought furniture from Amazon and they did the same. Once I found out about this place we bought the furniture on the 30th and had the furniture delivered to us the next day!!! The owner is magnificent.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience here. We knew exactly what we wanted. We visited the store and when they didn’t have it in-store for display, they showed us the material and texture of the couch we wanted. Upon receiving the couch, it was a perfect match. Delivery worked very hard to ensure our couch did not get damaged in the process since we live on the 4th floor. We will definitely go back again!

We just received our dining room table yesterday and it is beautiful. There is one minor flaw due to manufacturing ( we are certain because we saw the delivery men take right out of the box), and Benny responded to my husband immediately to rectify the situation. The delivery men were careful and considerate. We initially went to a big chain store who took our money and then told us we would have to wait three months. Benny delivered in two weeks, as promised. We will absolutely be going back!

Ever go to a big furniture store and be told 3-4 weeks for delivery, then have that turn into 3-4 months?Forget Bob, ignore Jennifer and go see Benny at Dinettes Plus. I told him what I was looking for and wanted to know what he had in stock and could ship ASAP. He had the exact model in stock that we ordered from one of the big stores and had it here in a few days. Canceled old order (which was more expensive, btw) and it was the best decision. I have gone to Ben now for virtually every room in my house. Living room, bedrooms, dining room, and basement. In my opinion, buying furniture is a lot like buying a car. No one likes this process. You deal with many options, prices, colors and pushy annoying salesman. I must say, my experience with Ben was NOTHING like that. Totally hassle free. I received incredible deals on everything I bought and he’s my number one guy when I need any furniture at all. Nothing like I have experienced at the big box retailers in the area. I’ve sent about a dozen friends and family members to him, never with one complaint.

Horrible service. Save your time and money. Benny sold us a couch and a dining table. Since the very beginning we noticed the couch cushions were not fitting correctly. We moved them around and nothing would work we called Benny. Benny send somebody to get it fix but there was nothing to be fix, the cushions were too small. Long story short 6 months later and calling Benny every week to try to get the cushions, nothing! The couch still dont feel comfortable, we have to put blankets between the cushions to make it comfortable and to cover the big wholes. And then our dining table chairs bottoms broke, once again we told Benny he refused to give us spare pieces for the bottom. Do not buy from this man, he is not a responsible vendor or business owner. When we bought the furniture he said everything has a one year warranty. Its been only 6 months and he does not try to fix what is wrong with the furniture he sold us. Very disappointed!As a business owner, he should take responsibility for what he sells.

Delivery guys were awesome. Cleaned up all the packing junk from new stuff. I also offered to give them some money to take out my old couch and they did. (Yes some places do this for free, but other places also charge a lot per piece to break down the furniture if it doesnt fit right through the door. This place charges a small reasonable fee)Quality: it was a Ashley sofa set so quality isnt really up to the seller. But no damage from it being transported. Also they took great care in making sure not to damage anything when bringing it in, putting it together or adjusting where it was set.
