I just experienced the absolute best customer service at this UPS store location. It’s a pretty busy Monday morning. However, the gentleman behind the counter, David, was professional, courteous and efficient with all the customers. He was awesome with notarizing my docs. 5 stars and more for David 😃😃😃😃😃

Stopped in to get a form notarized before submitting to DMV next door. The person at the counter handled everything quickly and pleasantly. The UPS Store is your best alternative to those bums @ the Post Office...

This place is very poorly organized and inefficient. I have had several bad experiences with packages idling in the store for days and the owner never accepts responsibility for the delays. Most recently, I paid to overnight a very time sensitive package for an early AM arrival and, days later, it still hasn’t left the store .... Go elsewhere if delivery time is important

Best UPS store I’ve ever been to. Helped me beyond any other store ever has, and helped me quickly too. Will come back for sure. Recommended.

A PSA that if you want to print something here, you will be charged $2.95 for the email you send to them with the item to be printed, and then $1.00 per copy. If you want to avoid the “email charge” you need to bring a thumb drive that they’ll put into the printer. Sharing this info as it was intimidating to ask about the email charge while I was in the store.Edit to reply to the response: my question was about the cost to send an email to UPS ($2.95). Understood that a color copy is $1.00 but the cost to send an email was not clear.

Dave and Mike are amazing. They are super friendly and sooooo accommodating. I tell all my friends about them. This is the best customer service I have ever received from a UPS Store. 5 Stars all around!!!!

I wouldnt go there, when I had went yesterday an employee named Jay made me continuously uncomfortable asking me if Im from around here, saying that I seemed familiar, and am so beautiful, when it was clear how much younger I was to him. He was the only one on the floor at the time, Im not sure if there was anyone in the back, and I was the only customer there. It was a very uncomfortable and inappropriate situation.

Everytime I had to take care of business here, I was always helped by Dave who is patient, he doesnt just tell you he will show you. I know I am a pain in the rear but he always takes his time with me... Thank you for your service

I went there 3 days ago to return a package, they were very friendly to all the customers.Today, they really helped me out!!! I had contacted NYS tax.gov. After 45 minutes on the phone, I went to UPS store. Charlene and David were so helpful getting to website printing my tax forms. Relieved me of so much stress. Thanks again!

Great find! Recently opened in February, store is new, clean and nice - so much faster, friendlier and more available (i.e. open) than my last UPS dropoff not far from here ;-) Officially my new spot for all of my Amazon returns and shipments. Plus, good to know that no appointment is necessary for notary services. Just ask for Mike :-)

The brand new UPS store at 915A Carmens Road Massapequa,NY 11758 is very clean and inviting. The owner is very friendly and provides printing, packaging, notary services (no appointment necessary) just to name a few. It is conveniently located in a great shopping center so after you mail your package you can shop for food, stop at the DMV or grab a coffee. This was a great little find.

The staff at this location are friendly & knowledgable. They seem to have a lot of regular customers who seem genuinely happy to come here to do business. The store is always clean & theres ample parking. They also offer a lot of other services like printing & notarizing. This is not the closest location for me but its worth the extra drive to come here.
