Awesome service from both collision and service departments. I am new to upstate New York and I have had my share of some scummy car places. Frenchies did me good. As a veteran that deals with BS throughout my life, I felt good representation and care from Roseanne, Sean, and the crew that works there and that I had the pleasure in meeting.They handled my vehicle, dealt with insurance, company, kept me updated, and then some after I experienced more problems.Super polite and kind. As always, the experience was a good one. I didnt have to wait too long for the inspection, and while I waited, I took the opportunity to look at some new vehicles. Ended up going home with a new vehicle. My lease was just a couple of months from being up, and I was going to lease a new one in a month or 2 anyway.

It was my truck’s first oil change and all went well.

Excellent staff

Brought car in for service which equated to 4 hours in the waiting area. Was informed that my lock was broken...which i already knew. Had a part ordered and after couple of weeks the part came in. Having had other issues with the car I decided not to have the part installed and instead purchased a car from Frenchies. After a some time I received a call from a salesman (not billing) that I had an outstanding bill that could possibly be sent to collections. I had not received a bill from Frenchies by this point. After finally receiving a bill I observed a charge for freight of the part I ordered but did not have installed or even seen. I went to take care of the bill in the hopes that the fee could be waved, since I did purchase a car from Frenchies instead of having a part put on my old car, to which i was denied. It wasnt alot of money but it could have been gas for a week. Generally, I am a laid back-fun loving individual, but this experience rubbed me the wrong way. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing anything from Frenchies and luckily I am in a position where in get to instruct approximately 1000 people to which i can share this experience and save them from making a mistake.

We were told the brakes needed repair at last oil change. Made an appointment for brake work. After my wife waited 2 hours at appointment was told they didnt have the parts. We got a loaner car, were told to return the next afternoon and it would be ready. Came back (2 hour drive for us) and the parts were not there, no phone call to let us know. Ended up taking a week to get Cruze pads and rotors changed. Ridiculous. Best they could do was a free oil change (we were promised 5 free oil changes when we bought it which was a lie apparently).Update: 2 hour wait for a scheduled oil change today....

My favorite place to go, they got the best car trucks and vans

They have had our H3 Hummer for weeks now...and every time we call to ask about it they blow us off. They continue to say that there is this and that wrong with it, clearly not knowing what the real issue is. They are taking their sweet time to fix the problems that we are it has....and they never bother to call us when they say they will.Needless to say I won’t be recommending them to anyone nor will I be bringing our vehicle there ever again!

Walked in today with a plan and a will to test drive a truck. 20 minutes later Im still waiting so I guess they dont need the business. Take my money and my trade elsewhere. Local dealers have dropped the ball again. Will stay with Berlin City. Responded to their email about this and no answer so they obviously dont need me. If they cant be bothered to sell a vehicle, how do I trust they will take care of me afterwards.

Poor, Ill show you pictures of the car sold to me that had been in an accident. The back quarter panel was welded on from a blue car, then painted red. This was never disclosed at time of sale. Dealt with Frenchie personally, cocky, no resolution. Attorney General could not help because car records are destroyed after 7 years. Therefore, I could not prove the damage was never reported at time of sale. #dishonestfraud #stuckwithacaricantsell
