VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A TOTAL RIP OFF!ASKED FOR A TIRE REPLACEMENT SERVICE 45 MILES AWAY FROM THEIR LOCATION. THE GUY WAS SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP IN 1 HOUR, SHOWED UP HALF HOUR LATE. TURNED OUT WE DID NOT NEED A REPLACEMENT, AND THEY PATCHED THE TIRE. THE BILL WAS A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT FOR A LITTLE PATCH, AND WHEN I TOLD THE PHONE REP ABOUT IT, THIS IS HIS REACTION:*LAUGHS* AND GOES WELL, YOU ARE DRIVING A HALF MILLION DOLLAR TRUCK AND $XXX IS TOO MUCH FOR YOU?AND EVEN WORSE, THREATENS ME WITH PUTTING ANOTHER HOLE IN MY TIRE IF I DONT PAY HIM.REGARDLESS, THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE THAT ONE STAR FOR SAYING THAT.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR EQUIPMENT, THEY MIGHT THREATEN YOU WITH DAMAGING IT EVEN WORSE.

We were camping away from home and needed 2 front tires on our motor home. This place squeezed us in, gave us the best price around and got us done in half an hour. And everyone is pleasant deal with.
