My wife just received a bouquet for Mothers Day from my son and they are beautiful and amazing!I highly recommend contacting them directly versus going through a national 1-800 place because they will save you money on the order. Just an fyi.

What an amazing and RARE experience! Found out late last night that we had an occasion that required something (flowers, gift, etc) to be delivered this morning. In addition, we have a 3 hour time difference.I called, Renée answered and she was so patient as I explained what I thought was a challenge and a dilemma. But it wasnt. NOT for her and NOT for Victorian Reflection.Within two hours, a stunning arrangement was delivered. Because of Renee & VR, from across the country we participated in a celebration. We couldnt have done it without them. THANK YOU!Id almost forgotten that customer service exists. I wasnt just an order or a number. I will use them again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I ordered a basket of flowers through 1-800-FLOWERS to be delivered to my parents. It was not delivered on the day it was scheduled to be. 1-800-FLOWERS sent me an email saying my order wasnt able to be delivered. My parents said nothing arrived. The owner of this shop left me a voicemail at 9:40pm, asking if the flowers had been delivered as he wasnt sure what happened to them. I called back the next day, leaving a voicemail. No return phone call. I called again and an employee seemed embarrassed that the owner had not returned my call. She assured me the flowers were going out for delivery that day (a day late). They were delivered later that afternoon but by the next morning had all wilted and a big black beetle crawled out! Gross. Unremarkable product and disappointing service, not worth the money paid.

First visit, definitely not my last. They have gained a true customer. The arrangement made was outstanding work. There craftsmanship is above and beyond. So nice to have finally found a great florist again that is very reasonably priced with a variety of choices.

I called to see if they were hiring.The man on the phone was VERY Rude.Asked if I have floral experience I told him no .He replied “you will be no help to me! And hung up.” Very bad service. I will NEVER RECOMMEND in 10,000 years going here.

I love going in on a regular basis and getting some roses. Bill always has the best. They are the most beautiful roses Ive seen.

I WILL NEVER AGAIN PATRON VICTORIAN REFLECTIONS nor will my family! If I could, I would give this place ZERO stars. Today my daughter, future son in law and I had an appointment at Victorian Reflection to see a mock up of the centerpieces to be used at their wedding May 11th. Upon arrival Bill Weaver (the owner) was not there nor was there an arrangement made. I was informed by his assistant Renee that Mr. Weaver claimed that he just suddenly realized that the wedding was Mother’s Day weekend and he would not be able to do the flowers for her wedding. He would only be able to provide me with a few greens. That is a complete and total LIE. Mind you, I have a work order from this florist and had paid a deposit for 36 centerpieces, brides bouquet, 5 bridesmaids, groomsmens, family flowers etc. I was also told that my quoted prices were higher bc of it being Mothers Day weekend . I am so shocked and upset that this florist (Bill Weaver) would do something like this. The wedding is 3 months away. What a terrible terrible business. DO yourself a favor and run far far away from this place. Just as a side note, our work order and paid deposit fee was dated 05/14/2018 and we met with him prior to that for our initial consultation.😡😡
