Went hunting for cars both online and around town. Found something in my range online and requested more information. Not realizing it was a used dealership at the time because I was getting such prompt and detailed replies to my questions like he drove this car his whole life. He was direct up front and I knew it needed some TLC prior to me being able to purchase and drive it away inspected, so I went to the dealership. Super easy to get to ( 2 turns off sunrise highway) and was greeted at the right time by George (gave me time to get settled but knew when I was ready to get to business). I mentioned knowing the car needed work to pass inspection, it needed breaks all around so testing driving it was out of the question. I knew with new brakes, inspected, this was a good deal. I left a deposit, that was refundable. 2 days later I came back for a test drive, paid the difference. Following day came back with plates and drove home. After the holidays my wife will get her truck there 100%

George went thru a lot to make sure the car he sold me was perfect before I took it home. Test driving it my only concern was the brakes but he ended up replacing the pads & rotors along with fixing or replacing anything else he could. He also made sure to get things done according to my personal schedule adjusting times for me, coming in earlier than he would have etc. & he always kept me updated without me having to make contact first . Bought a 2004 Escape from them. Thought it was overpriced but was in dire need of a car. I am on disability and needed a car for in town use for Doctor appointments and grocery shopping . I also understood that it was a used car and may have some issues . With that being said I took it to my local mechanic to get the oil changed and give it a once over . I was not prepared for the call I received ! The frame is rotted and falling apart ! I was told that the car is unsafe to drive and that the left rear wheel could break off. Seeing that the vehicle had 4 new tires when I bought it, there was no way that this could not have been noticed! Yeah, I know... buyer beware, but really?? This is a safety issue !! How they were able to put an inspection sticker on this car is beyond me ! Counting my blessings that no one was killed or injured by this death trap ! Please do not patron this place !!!!!

Worst car expierence of my life, pay $3800 the car die in a month, they refuse to tow it or pay for it, i had to pay $300, it took them over a month to look what is wrong with it (engine) it took them 3 weeks to find a Junk yard engine, then 3 more weeks of doing nothing with it, then they tell me to pick it up with out them fixing it! 3 months with out a car and none provider as a courtesy! by the way people ask for written warranty if the car is under 100000 miles because they thing they can get away with it!
