Anthony was really nice. He saw what I needed and took care of it in a timely manner. He had a rental car set up for when I dropped my car off. Replaced my bumper and painted it. It was there for two days. The job came out excellent.

They are the best! Always there to help a girl out. They are awesome and honest. Definitely have my business and I will continue to go to them.

I know that they have been serving the Mastic area for a very long time. And they probably do great work, but my gripe is their unprofessionalism. 2 times I have taken 2 separate vehicles to ask for an estimate and both times the first thing out of his mouth was replace this and replace that. Immediately followed by Its not worth it.As a person that works in maintenance shop (non-automotive) I know its always easier to say, buy the part and replace. Thats the lazy way, but somtimes its the only way. That is not my main gripe with these guys. They need to have a little respect for a potential customer. Who are they to say to someone if something is worth fixing or not. Saying that to someones pride and joy is just rude. If I want to pay $4000 on a repair of a $8000 car, that is MY prerogative. Needless to say the vehicle could have very a sentimental value to that person.After taking it to several other local bodyshops (which there are many) they all gave me a quote. Some high, some low, but NONE, AND I MEAN NONE, ever told me it wasnt worth it!So, needless to say I would never take a vehicle to them to assess because obviously they are SO big of a franchise that Motortrend network is sending a film crew to use Shirley Autobody as their new show. Right there along side Fantomworks, Texas metal, Iron resurrection, and Bitchin Rides.Sorry for the sarcasm, but its deserving.Would have loved to have used a shop 1/4 mile from my front door, but I guess not.Croces Body Shop is down the road anyway.#itsnotworthit

This place did great work in a good amount of time on our companys vehicle with front bumber damage.

Friendly staff, heated indoor seating for 4, unisex bathroom, TV, take credit cards, super long waits, wrong diagnosis sometimes, closed on Sundays, tow truck available, mechanical work, auto body and glass

Ive taken my car here twice and so far they have failed to deliver. I paid more than I would pay at my normal mechanic for an oil change and they didnt even do full service. Didnt check my tire pressure nor did they replenish my fluids like my regular mechanic would. My regular mechanic even greases my door hinges as regular maintenance included with the price of the oil change. After reading positive reviews of the place I expected more. Id never return, completely underwhelmed

This place is distrusting towards its customers and employees. They picked up my vehicle after an accident and stole items out of it. Beware.

Been here twice now and have always had an excellent experience. They are super fast.

They repaired my truck after an accident quicker than expected. Staff was skilled and professional. They also did body work on my daughters car and final bill was less than quoted. I came back for an oil change and inspection, which were completed in @ 30 minutes, so I was able to wait. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Final bill was much less than expected...much cheaper than Jiffy Lube. The owners are great people who care about their customers and the community. I highly recommend! 👍👍

I had been looking for a new local auto mechanic and shop. It was suggested to me to try Shirley Auto Body. Starting with an oil change, I was in and out quickly, and they even corrected the tire pressure issue and reset the check light, no charge. Very friendly staff. Comprehensive shop they do everything from Auto Body to mechanic work they dont chintz on 2nd to your aftermarket parts if you need work they rebuild your car all the way its supposed to be rebuilt for your greater satisfaction and highest reliability of the vehicle

Owner is awesome we got into a little misunderstanding and he doesnt take any bs. There work is amazing I wouldnt go anywhere else.I dont take offense to strong willed people and also being proved wrong and he did just that. Awsome place

I had my suburban and Sentra get fixed from minor dents in the door to accident damage and they did great. Very friendly staff and they deliver what they promise. As long as Im in Long Island I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Every visit I made to Shirley Auto Body over the years to get my three cars serviced were performed in a professional and timely manner. Just to let you know the 1997 Toyota Corolla has 247,000 miles and the 1998 Toyota Camry has 287,000 miles and still running well, thanks to Shirley Auto Bodys mechanics.
