I used to live in New York but now live in Florida and I still use this company. My father and I have been going through them for 15 years. They do amazing work and will help you with anything. 4 hours to tint the windows on a car that has 700 miles on it and it’s returned to me with body damage, scratches in the glass, and the window seals haphazardly replaced.

I had windshield tint applied and they did a perfect job, at a reasonable price. Same day appointment too. Highly Recommend Sound Waves.

When i started getting subwoofers and building my own the boys hete were very helpful and still after the wiring job was done, I come in for random questions about concerns and they are always very helpful.

They are always great here, I have gotten a lot of work done with them from window tinting, to reverse camera, to accessories for my truck. They help you get just what you are looking for at a good price. Further, they stand behind there work, 2 years ago they did my automatic starter and it unfortunately stopped working, I went in to talk to them about it and they stopped what they were doing and fixed it on the spot. Granted, it only took them 5 minutes to do it but the point is they stopped and fixed something I didnt know how to, no charge, no hassles! Thank you guys!

Went into sound waves today and asked if someone could help me program some key fobs.Peter who I think is probably the owner was EXTREMELY helpful and did it for me immediately.Really nice guy,wouldnt even accept a tip for his time.I will definitely be using this shop for all my car audio needs in the future

These guys are great. They always are there when their customers need them and always follow through. I took my civic there to install a new deck and sub. They took me to the back and showed me and fixed all the mistakes from the last company that messed up my sound system. I fully appreciate everything that these guys do and they always have great pricing. I would recommend to anyone needing sound system work in the area, this is you place to go. I wouldnt even bother asking for pricing at other places. The quality of work done by Pete and his technicians is worth the every so slightly higher price than taking the garbage work from somewhere cheaper.

Just had auto start installed when picking up the car my wife noticed a leak coming in roof liner. she told the person at the store before leaving the lot he replied it was like that then went on to feed her a bunch of double talk when my wife got home very upset i called right away and spoke to a very nasty guy who told me well it rained a lot to be clear we have had a lot of rain over the last several months and it never leaked before also was on the same side he worked on when i told him this his reply was WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO BUY YOU A NEW CAR then went on to tell me that they are very busy and if i want bring it back in a few weeks and they will look it for me i called them a few times and got nothing but double talk and sarcasm the rudeness they displayed was beyond acceptable bottom line sound waves did me wrong and now wont own up to it mistakes happen but talking down to a customer after they been paid for the job and not standing by the work they did is inexcusable i hope this saves someone from having the same bad experience that we had

They did a nice clean job. The staff was very helpful. They made the hell of bypassing manufacturer car amps simple with very reasonable rates. I know who Im going to if I ever put a sub/amp system in my car.

Been going there since I was 18 years old with my cars. Just bought in a brand new truck for tints last week. The molding was messed up and bubbles all over in my tint. As well as water marks Streaks from a dirty Cloth to clean the window. Went there for them to fix it and instead he took my tints off and gave me my money back because he couldn’t be bothered.

Always a good experience. The guys that work here are helpful and knowledgeable about what works best for you vehicle. I had a few remote starts and tinting done and always very satisfied.

I totally believe in shopping local and Matt & staff did not disappoint. I special ordered a stereo that was not in stock. Matt walked me through the best option for me. They installed it without leaving my car a mess and even walked me through the features. The only problem I have now is that I love the radio so much, I am driving way too much. Highly recommended!

Went here a few times and bad experience, only thing they did good was tinted windows. I added some lights and they gave it back broken and then i came back for a LED Benz emblem and they couldn’t do it Becuase i needed a different type of emblem for my grill and was charging me more just to see if it can fit so i went to jazz audio and they did it right away for cheaper from the price sound wave was giving me! Staff is nice but they are not 100%

I ordered rain guards for my car a month ago. They told me that they were on back order. I had to continuously call them to see the status of my rain guards. I eventually ordered my rain guards online myself and received them the following day. Im assuming the back order deal was a lie. I will never use this shop again.

I went to soundwaves to get a radio that I purchased installed. I spoke with Matt, the manager,, on the phone and he informed me the cost to install my radio would be $69.99. When I got there, they talked me out of installing the radio that I brought, said the radio I had in my car was better. I explained to Matt the Bluetooth in my radio didnt worked, that was the reason I was replacing it... He then told me its not a big deal, that its just an update my radio needed, and they can take care of it, so being a trusting person I told Matt to install two amps of mine in my car instead, and in fairness I asked him to install a backup camera in my car as well, but he informed me that he was busy and couldnt, to which I responded, okay never mind with the camera now with that being said ... Couple days later I went to drop off my woofers, to my amazement, Matt informed me my bill was and I quote $650.00, I said for what? He informed me he installed one of his amp and the camera along with my amp, I then reminded him that we agreed that he was not installing the camera as per our conversation when I first brought him my car.... I was annoyed a bit but I was like whatever! I gave Matt a deposit of $400.00 that day, Two days later I picked up my car and paid the balance owed, I had a friend take my car back to my job and I followed behind... When I was finally back in my car, I was horrified, the wiring for the amps were unprofessionally done, his worker broke off my ground wire for one of my amps and used zip ties to piggyback it onto the positive wire, so it barely touches the body of the amp so it tripped on and off when ever the base hits it, a complete fire hazzard i might add he also gave me a website to go download the update for my radio even though it was there resposibility to do so, upon checking the website, theres no updates for my particular radio so Im still left without bluetooth... and oh yeah remember the amp that Matt claimed he installed... Never happened, he installed my amps and a Piece of crap backup camera that you can buy on Amazon for less than $10... Thanks to soundwaves my cigarette lighter outlet stopped working and static on the radio when the engine is running. The viewing screen on the camera he installed, shows grainy lines and is not viewable unless in bright daylight unless you want to run someone over! My review for this company is : RUN DONT WALK, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKED HACKS!!! Wish is was possible to give them less than one star!
