Great bunch of guys! Family-owned business that I did not know about until this very day, when I asked Google for the closest carpeting/flooring place to me. Not only was it close, it didnt cost me a dime! I couldnt give these guys money but they gave me all the advice and help in the world, including some free merchandise with the promise that I would come back with tons of repeat business. Thats a promise I plan on keeping, no matter what! Even when I came back later in the day to purchase more unnecessary products, the brothers told me do not waste my time or money and gave me a better idea on how to complete what I wanted to do. Still, did not cost me a dime! Im not opposed to free advice, or merchandise, but I do feel a bit guilty. These guys have my business as long as I have floors!

Such a pleasant overall experience! Cannot say how thankful we are that we decided to go with Carpet Express. Their entire staff is so helpful, friendly, and patient; they carry a ton of well-known, quality brands and have a huge selection to choose from! Jessie was extremely knowledgeable and helped us choose a carpet that fit our needs and budget. Tony and Jimmy were great with taking the measurement for us during a time that worked with our schedule and providing our quote quickly. Larry called us the day the carpet arrived and were able to install it the next day. The installers did an awesome job and had the entire job completed within 2 hours. We wouldnt want to go anywhere else for flooring and recommend Carpet Express to our friends who are becoming new homeowners as well!

We have bought carpet here several times. We like to install ourself, but they do very good work.

I just wanted to thank Tony for his generous donation of beautiful carpet squares for use in my primary special education classroom. The squares are soft, comfortable spaces for my life skills children to sit on during lessons, videos, and storytime. Generous people like you really make the world a better place! Thank you!!

They gave me 3 prices when I was in the store and offered to come to my home for an exact measurement and price. After leaving the showroom my wife and I thought to eliminate an area instead of carpeting it. Tony the owner came and measured everything the price was more with the eliminated area than they quoted us to do all the rooms and additional area. These guys play games. I went with another company be sure to do your homework and shop prices because these guys came in about $1000 more for the same exact carpet. I do appreciate you guys giving me the square footage I needed and helping me choose the color.

We recently had our living room carpet cleaned by Jimmy at Express Cleaning. He did an amazing job. Very detailed and punctual! I would definitely recommend them for any of your cleaning needs.

Not a good 1st experience..Set appointment time for 11am.Had to call @ 12:30 to see if I was forgotten...Lady on phone was nice..Said guy would be there in an hour..4pm...Someone finally showed.And gave me a ridiculous estimate of $600 for one room....Wasnt even polite or apologetic about the extreme lateness..Sorry..I wont be using your company...
