I’ve spent thousands shopping here over the years. I walked in today and left my face mask at home because the mandate has been over. Instead of them offering a mask to me they wanted to charge me $1. Told him i left it at home can i get a mask so i can buy a couple items. He turned me away. That $1 they were fiending for lost them $150 in sales today.

It looks like they have a nice assortment of clothes and shoes to choose from! However, I was told that I had 15 minutes to shop.... realistically when you have 2 picky children with you, that’s impossible. If everyone is required to wear a face mask then why only give a customer 15 minutes to shop? . This restriction is overkill! And inconsiderate to the consumers coming to support the business..... I drive past this place every day on my way home from work and I always want to stop but I don’t because I know that a person like me needs more than 15 minutes. Maybe I’ll come back when the paranoia of covid dies down.

Ive never entered a store & the 1st & only thing Im told is that Ive got 15mins to shop! Needless to say he killed my shopping vibe! I understand the importance of everyone staying safe. It was a Wed afternoon & there was only 1 or 2 others shopping. The store has a nice variety of shoes & clothes. It looked like (from the window ads) they had a good sale going on too bad we werent able to buy anything...🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I had a horrible experience here and it was my 2nd time in the supply. I bought about 6 items from them, one as a gift. Unfortunately, the tag was not on the unworn sweater I brought back to exchange due to sizing, but they had a full receipt. I understood the exchange policy, however, the tone and words used while speaking to customers are very important. In the process of two employees trying to decide if they would allow me to exchange my items, there were two additional back and forth arguments with employees and customers going on in the store. It was too hectic and I just decided to keep the sweater....may just have to sell it via Amazon or something!i Extremely unprofessional and I will never support this place again. #customerserviceexperiece

Was calling around for white Air Force ones, and no store had them but this store. They told me in order to purchase the shoes I had to make a 50$ merchandise purchase. The shoes are merchandise themselves, what kind of mess is that. Also they do not appreciate the countless black people who supports them. Very upset, will never shop here again.

My daughter sent me to pick up some shoes and they showed me one shoe. I wouldn’t think I would have to check the other shoe. She opens them, while getting dressed for her photoshoot and it was a whole used shoe in the box. I blame myself for not checking the other shoe. I felt like I ruined her outfit for her video. I am so upset because she had to wear them. I will never purchase any shoes from here! Bad, rude and dishonest to do business with. Dirty shoelaces and creases in the 1 shoe!!! No refund! No exchanges after selling a pair of shoes like that!! Never again!!

I ordered from this place through Amazon and 2 days after I placed my order they said the shoes were delivered. I called amazon after a week went by to see if they sent me the wrong tracking number and amazon emailed them and again they try to tell me the shoes were delivered 2 days after I placed the order. First of all the post office is never that fast, even when you pay for 2 day mail, second of all, I hate dealing with an unreliable business who doesnt stand behind their mistakes... dont order from them on amazon

Im from Atlanta and bought a pair of sneakers online from The Spot. They were SOLD OUT almost everywhere and were reselling for $60-100 above retail. I did some rigorous investigation to find these shoes and turns out The Spot had my back 100%. I got the last pair in my size for RETAIL 6 months after the release. They shipped them the SAME MORNING and I received them 3 full days before the estimated delivery. This business is awesome ! I grew up in this area in the 80s & 90s and loved shopping for Jordans when Lincoln Mall was still there. Walking in this store gives me same vibe. Everyone who works there goes over and beyond to let you leave with what you exactly had in mind to buy. Tom is a great guy and very friendly as others there. Their website is updated daily unlike many small business. Their communication through social media is instant, none of that waiting 3 days for a response garbage. Finally, another attribute this business has unlike many others is a military discount. I didnt even have to ask if they offer, its printed on a giant banner on their store front. This place is a joke. Please stop allowing these foreigners to benefit from our community. I made a purchase and one of the items was a pair of socks. They forgot to take the security tab off the socks. So I had an emergency stay at the hotel down the street showered an went to put on the socks. I tried to take it off myself and one of the socks got damaged. Theses people would not replace the 5 dollar socks and I just spent a hundred and fifty dollars just the day before. Thats really great customer service. Boycott coming to a store near you.
