The young lady was very helpful with retrieving my packages that I had delivered there.

Hard to find, they have no signs or clear directions on how to get there or what to do once there. When I finally do figure out which place it is the man I first talked to was very rude told me to wait outside and someone would greet me there. If I didn’t have to go here because of CarMax I wouldn’t have gotten the service. I will be making a complaint to CarMax because this business is very unprofessional with how they handle things. They don’t have it together so the customer is very inconvenienced!Let me say this since the company has left voicemails and replied the ladies I spoke with and the gentleman who waited for me and showed me how to work the remote start were polite and professional but to walk into an establishment and apologize for not knowing what to do and the initial person you interact with tells you to go back outside and wait is ridiculous! FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE EVERYTHING!

They changed their hours to an acceptable time frame. Although, they should be open till at least 4 pm for those of us that work early and get off later.

Horrible service made an appointment & drove an hour for no reason just to find out information that was NOT giving to me when I made an appointment. Went from one of their first customers to treated like trash. Wish them the best but its time to find a new shop.

There are simply no words to describe how unprofessional and extremely rude this shop is. Given these uncertain times I can understand that people are on edge and things are hectic, but the state of disorganization and lack of people skills make this a place to avoid. Seriously the fact that I had to wait to hours just to pick something up is absolutely ridiculous. Why even stay open if your not available more than half the time? Seriously save your time and money and avoid this place.

I called them made an appointment, made it their no one was there. I was told to give them my phone number and they will call me back. Never heard from them. I just wanted my radio installed

Went to pick up a package. The place closes at 1pm but no staff was there at 12pm. When I called she said she would come in 10min. 30min later arrived a very unprofessional, bonnet wearing, sloppy looking woman. Poor customer service and unapologetically disgusting

Brian and Celeste at Hotwire are wonderful to work with. Before purchasing my remote starter, I asked them to verify if any additional parts would be needed to minimize surprise expenses and they were happy to spend their time and work with me. Since Ive never had a remote starter, I appreciated the time they spent with me in managing my expectations of the unit I was about to purchase. They installed my new unit flawlessly and in a very timely manner. They were polite and professional and very kind people. Sadly through no fault of theirs, the unit itself required some updates that required additional visits for Hotwire to make said updates and they did so very quickly. They worked with me over the phone to try and minimize my inconvenience of having to drive the car back to their shop. Their customer service is above and beyond what Im used to in todays society. And above their great people skills, theyre really knowledgeable and do great work. My only complaint is theyre not closer to me.

Courteous and nice but they broke my lever for my steering wheel to adjust up-and-down. I use it all the time and notice as soon as I reach to let my steering wheel down on my lap. They said they will fix it but kept saying if it was there. I said the theres no if it was and then kept Saying IF Which really aggravated me More. I couldnt understand why they say they did not notice it. This happy today and they told me it would take about 3 or 4 hours. It took them about 6 hours or my car just set there for a while while they were waiting to pick me back up.

No one was there, I had to wait for someone to come back.

Horrible experience. I wasted about 2700 dollars with them. The installer, left oil all over my headliner, they broke several pieces of plastic while routing cables, every time I opened or closed one of my doors the subs would go crazy. One of the subs was damaged. The list goes on and on. So when I brought it back. The female owner denied everything. I took pictures and everything. So I waited like a month for Brian to come back from where ever his secret location was. He came back and tried to make it right. He found out that one of the installers that worked on my vehicle was a mechanic and he indeed left oil on my headliner. He rewired my system correctly so that my subs wouldnt go crazy when the doors open . He basically cleaned up the mess that was done. Which is crazy because I specifically requested him to do my install from the beginning because he has done great work for me in the past. I never received an apology front his wife as all she did was deny and lie. After making several trips to there shop on my time and expense. Brian rectified the situation, so I let it go and chalked it up as a bad experience lesson learned. But then about a month in a half later the system one component at a time started failing with the lock pick. So I called back and schedule appointments with Brian as I will not deal with his lying wife. I made 2 attempts to bring vehicle back, Brian was never there just Mr 50 doing window tinting. So I paid for backup camera, hands free Bluetooth, screen mirroring etc. Which everything stop working in a period of about 2 months. Now its affecting my charge systeme. I tried to let it go but I have no choice but to pursue legal action. Buyer beware.
