Customer service was great. I have used them in the past and they always accommodate the customers. If it isnt in store they will show you catalogs to help you find what you are looking for. Very reasonable pricing as well.

Great customer service. Found a great bed frame and they even reinforced it to hold extra weight for a really good price. I dont think wed get a deal this good at another furniture store. If you go in and think the styles arent for you, its worth it to look around especially upstairs.

I would say 3.5 Stars but half starts are not an option. We had just purchased a new home and needed furniture at a decent value. Decent value. A little worried about the quality hoping it lasts at least 3-5 years. Furniture delivered October 30th which was 3 days sooner than quoted! That was great. One of the pieces was broken when delivered, it took a few weeks but they fixed the issue. Purchased 2 sofas and 1 love seat all power reclining, a dining table with 4 chairs and a bench, 2 night stands and a dresser with mirror for around $4k. One of the dinning chairs is already becoming loose in the legs (active 3 yr old sits there and moves a lot). The love seat has a center console with cup holders, but there are gaps between the seats and the console where the remote controls keeps falling. Then you have to recline the seat to reach under which is tedious. All in all I will probably go back, just maybe not so much at once.

They were polite, professional, and willing to work with my budget. I purchased two couch set a bedroom set and photo for the wall. A great place to shop . I just don’t have enough money . they have much more that I would like to purchase from them.

I thought this furniture store was amazing until I spent $7,000 at one time in there. I bought the glass bedroom set, a dinette set, and a living room set and some $500 mattresses They do deliver fast however sloppy job!!!! My new bedroom dresser lost its rhinestone knob on the same day of delivery. I called and went by the store twice with no return call or nothing. The customer service lady told me to glue it back on Wow really after spending $7,000 in your store . Its still off and I still have not heard from the manager. DONT SHOP HERE IF YOURE LOOKING FOR QUALITY ITEMS!!! I THINK MY DINETTE SET IS THE ONE OFF OF THE FLOOR ROOM BECAUSE MY CHAIRS WERE ROCKING AND IT WAS GONE WHEN I WENT TO COMPLAINT ABOUT MY DRESSER. OF COURSE THE LADY DENIED IT!!!!! BE AWARE OF USED MERCHANDISE. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PLACE. THE MANAGER COULD HAVE ATLEAST CALLED ME BACK.

This is about the 3rd time purchasing from this particular store and my buying experience was great! I love the prices they are very reasonable,I love how attentive the staff can be when you’re purchasing. The delivery guys were polite, respectful and quick. My only issue is when the furniture came the dresser was chipped and I sent it back and lost communication with the staff for a re-delivery, then I had to wait a few days which inconvenienced me and when I spoke with the young girl there she didn’t have any regard to the issue that I had about that particular delivery date. That was actually the only issue out of everything that I purchased. I will purchase from them again.

They called ahead of time to let me know they were in route, made sure they placed my furniture exactly where I wanted it.& took all furniture boxes out to the trash for me. I had been looking for a bedroom set for a minute before I came here. I found a set that included everything I wanted well almost everything. The bundle price was well under my budget but I was satisfied. I was in the store no more than one hour. The delivery was on time. They even tried to deliver days before the expected date. My bed is so comfortable.

I bought a wooden bunk bed from them and a couple of months later it broke I called for them to replace the parts they claimed they ordered the parts which I never got. They never refunded my money or replace the bed it was cheap wood I’m never buying in furniture from them again

The owner Mohammed is the most disrespectful, dismissive person Ive ever encountered. Furniture is sub-par. Policies are one sided, to protect themselves. They tried to deliver used furniture, when I clearly paid for brand new and when I refused delivery, Mohammed would not be flexible. No customer service skills at all. Spend your money elsewhere where thry will respect you and your dollar.

The customer service was horrible I spent over $1,000.00 with this company only for them to deliver me a mattress that had no springs and they also wanted me to bring the mattress back when I had paid a delivery fee already. They also didn’t offer a discount and instead I ended up spending $100.00 more to get the correct mattress on top of that the delivery for the new mattress was not next day.

The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was because the last thing I ordered was a bunk bed set and the stairs had attached drawers, 2 of the 3 drawers were put together uneven/off track and they don’t quite close all the way...

They were very helpful. I purched a full/full bunkbed. The delivery and installation was quick. They gave me a delivery window of 11am to 2 pm and arrived at 1130a. They had the bed installed and in place within 45 minutues. And were very respectful when going in and out of my house to help ensure my cat did not get loose.

By far the most professional furniture store I’ve ever dealt with (including the LARGE chain furniture stores). I’ve had two moves with them: 2012 and 2018, every time I move I have to buy ALL NEW FURNITURE and they make it happen. Timely, set up of everything in an hour, accommodating manager, best customer service, always met with a smile and assistance. I’ve spent almost 4K with them over the years and wouldn’t have it any other way.
