I had the most awful and bizarre experience today at GNC Matteson IL. Upon entering the store Luis was engaged in a very loud conversation with a customer. Neither of them were wearing masks which was greatly disturbing to me and the other customers as well. Luis continued his loud, casual, personal conversation for over 20 minutes and ignored the line of waiting patrons as if we were not even there. On previous visits I was helped by Taylor who is very customer focused, helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately due to Luis’ poor service today I will not return to GNC again. I’ll just order from Amazon

I love the staff here, they are very nice & friendly! Very in detail and informative on explaining about what you are looking for to buy at the store. I will always and continue keep buying at the GNC in matteson because they are absolutely amazing and i am grateful for there great customer service and AMIABILITY.

Honestly they have everything i need, i walk in and im greeted with help every time👍🏼, walked in today for a certain product and was automatically asked by this helpful little white guy (great at his job by the way) if i wanted to order it and gave me choices of some other stuff and was quick👍🏼.

Guys who work there are well informed. If they dont know the answer they will find out the correct info for ya.

The staff will usually talk your ear off with advice and suggestions. It can be good or bad. Recommend you do your own research and know exactly what you what to get before you enter in any of them. I usually just get a vitamin supplement and leave. Theres also online shopping too. Friendly and help staff but know what you want and need.
