Store full of interesting items, Christmas already on shelf. I had to shake my head at the prices of many of the items. Some items that would usually sale for $1.99 were marked $5.00 on sale. OUCH!

Employees are friendly, service is fine... But DO NOT buy oil paint brushes, theyre junk. I bought a level 2 brush and ruined a good 24x36 canvas because I spent more time picking brush hairs out of the painting than painting. Had to leave 20 hairs in the painting as to not ruin my work.

This is my go to after hobby lobby changed their coupon policy! Great sales and always coupons online! I love a good deal! They are also really stepping up their game as far as what they carry in store within the last year! I love it!

I dropped by Michaels looking for a shade of a particular color blue Ribbon. I didnt find the blue I wanted but I did find an alternative Brown that works just fine.

I went to Michaels today looking for sunflower decorations and such. They did have a good lil selection, but I found it to be pricey. They also had a pretty big selection of decor for 60% off. So it was a successful trip.

Great location and parking. Customer service was good. I couldnt find what I needed to begin making my Christmas gifts.

This store advertised they had the small 1×1×1×1 mirrors I needed, getting there, they told they do not sell this at that store. They called a store nearby,they said yes we have 17, can you hold them for, I can be there in 20 minutes. Give me the sky number and I will check to see how many we have, after 20 minutes waiting, we only have 4. I called their store in matthews, I think we have maybe 3, can I buy those and you order more for me, yes, it may take a few weeks, ok, on my way. Get there, they had 6 packages, each package has 25 in it. duh!!!

Though it was lacking in what I originally came for, they made up for it in helpfulness. I purchased my white paint, and though you need to have a Michaels account to use a military discount, the nice cashier gave me it anyway.Im a little upset, because I asked and asked, but they refused to reveal to me the location of Michael.Hes not for mortal eyes, they told me.Who said my eyes are mortal? I rebutted. Nothing. No give. Yet I persisted nonetheless.After countless hours of climbing the shelving units, I found Michaels son, Azathaeum, and he told me that Michael was a state of mind- an ideology, if you will. He then kissed my hand and showed me a vision of the apocalypse and the beauty of its destruction wherein life still prevailed.Five out of five stars, would visit again.

There roadie pick up was fast and employees came right over to assist.

I had a bad experience with this location they have a sale going on for 50% off I went to the register with my items I noticed that they wasnt 50% off and I asked the cashier and she said no theyre not 50% off Ive been going to Michaels for a very long time I really felt some type of discrimination maybe. I will not be shopping at that Michaels anymore

Walked in and was never greeted nor asked if I needed help by anyone, but when two other people of different ethnicity came in they were immediately given the service that I shouldve been given but never got. Was in the store for about 10 minutes and walked out still, with no one acknowledging me. My money and time is just as important as anyone elses and I wont be shopping this location again!

Stores empty didnt have what I wanted

A little overpriced but lots of different art styles to choose from. Have lots of deals and specials. Cleaned and organized store, staff is friendly. They no longer accept other craft store coupons.

Store seems better laid out, better stock, and more employees working and readily available than the last time I went.

The store was clean and stocked with everything I needed and more! The store seemed to have limited staff. I saw no one on the floor to help and only one cashier.

This Michael’s is ok, just the issue to bare shelves in certain places and too crowded isle of additional things. Also around 70% of the store is Christmas instead of crafts and supplies.Things are all over the floor in places and there seems to be no real order to it all...

Its a Michaels. You know what youre getting. I did find a good selection and when I had a question, it was answered pretty thoroughly. Checkout was fast and helpful with coupons.

The store was very neat and organized when we came through. There was a good amount of inventory and compared to other locations in that area, it was easy to navigate through and find what you need. The cashier was very friendly and nice but she was the only associate who acknowledged us or even spoke to us and there was quite a few employees all throughout the store, hence the 3 star rating.

They have pretty much what I need for my baking things.

As always my experience there was positive. They are knowledgeable and helpful. My advice for persons eligible to receive the military discounts, is to sign up on the Micheals website so that you would automatically get the discount upon finalizing your purchase.

Lucky me, yesterday was 40% off Spring flowers! I havent filled this vase in 30 yrs.

A must for crafting. But beware, I always go in for 1 thing and come out with 10+ craft ideas and a basket of trinkets & goodies.

This place is murder on my wallet. The staff is ever so helpful. Its great to know that they are also artists and can tell me about products. I like that there is usually a good coupon to use. Todays visit was productive and it was at to a badge on my wallet.

This Michaels always gets slammed with hordes of elderly people. I always enjoy that though. It fills my heart with joy to know that these people are still lively and enjoying new hobbies they otherwise might not have. Removed a star because they dont have the TIE Fighter models I wanted though.

Michaels is very well stocked and organized. They offer classes in making wreaths and decorating special occasion cakes. I was looking for new buttons for my coat and was disappointed in their selection. I did better at Joannes. Michaels is a bit pricey, but it works well if you use coupons and collect your materials gradually.

Great variety of items from painting, cake decorating, artificial flowers, beads and other items to make jewelry, yarn, home decorations and so much more! I went there to buy some beads and they were on sale. I got some beautiful beads for a lot less than they are at Walmart and their selection blows Walmart out of the water! Everywhere I looked they had many items on sale. It was worth the drive to get exactly what I was looking for at such good prices. I will definitely go back!

🌙 My planner just ran out in June 2020, I saw this really cute one online and had to have it. My life always feels kind of out of my control at times being a 2 time domestic violence survivor and all. I enjoy the little thing in life like gardening, homeschooling, coffee and most of all organizing my planner.🌙 I came in about 30 minutes to closing tonight due to receiving a ride from someone very close to me after my car broke down during the pandemic. I didn’t really see the actual planner I was looking for but knew they were in stock at this location, I was on the app days ago scouting out the one I wanted in particular when I asked a very sweet girl with duo colored hair weather or not they were in stock.🌙 she climbed down for her ladder on another shelf and proceeded to assist me in looking for the one I wanted, she was very kind about it and I made sure to take a photo of her name tag so that I was able to give her credit for her patience and kindness today. I felt like she went above and beyond today because she could have just shrugged me off since it was close to closing but she did not and she made my night.🌙 I’m sure if you checked the cameras you’d see me leaving section 10 smiling with the planner in hand and holding it tight to my heart. Michaels used to be pretty well stocked, for an all around Crafts and Arts (yep, in that order) store.as of yesterday, my. is it left me with the opinion that it is just a craft store that sells cheap pain and brushes for artists. if you love crafts, Michaels is great. If youre a fine artist or cartoonist, seek out Cheap Joes, because Michaels doesnt want our good dollars.
