Eric and his team at Home Technology Solutions are amazing. From the office manager who schedules, to the consult to installation it was an A+ experience. Not being a tech guy they streamlined the process so I could follow along, always gave me choices and NEVER tried to hard sell me on things I didnt need. I would highly recommend using them from the smallest job or your backyard sound system.

Home Technology Solutions did excellent work at our home and at a great price. We had them install a TV and sound system in the back porch and also examine a malfunctioning sound system indoors. Mike, Eric, and Aaron led the way with professionalism and outstanding service. They were in and out, and we are extremely pleased with our new audio-visual components. We highly recommend them.

Eric Robaina was so knowledgeable about every part of installation and programs, which made we very comfortable with his incredible skill set for problem solving. I had been having issue b4 s with my media room 110 inc projector He evaluated all the parts and came up with a solution. I felt a sense of honesty from Eric, he was there to solve the issue in a forthright manner,not to sell me something I didnt need.My projector is working beautifully,thanks to Eric Robaina.

After lightning struck our home, we contracted with HTS to overhaul our A/V, video surveillance, intercom and WiFi network. Unfortunately, this happened during the COVID crisis which extended lead times on electronics. Mike and David worked to source the equipment quickly and the crew efficiently installed it and treated our home with great respect and care. They integrated the systems into simple user interfaces so its easy to use for even my less tech savvy family members. Now that the installation is complete, the support team has been terrific, answering questions quickly. They are not the cheapest, but worth every penny. I would highly recommend HTS!

Honestly, one of the best customer experiences Ive ever had. For over a year the music stopped playing in my home. Life took over and I neglected to work on fixing it, Im sorry I waited so long. I reached out to Home Technology Solutions and they listened to the issues, were able to troubleshoot and then got to the root cause. They helped me by providing the options to find the parts I needed to fix the issue and Im happy to say...the music is now playing again in my home! Would recommend this company with 5 stars!

Ive used the team at Home Technology Solutions for going on 3yrs now and i continue to be impressed by how quickly theyre available to help, how professional their people are, their knowledge of all things technology that i know very little about, and how seamlessly everything works for me. Free is very hard to find in the tech world, anywhere, but you can find it here.My suggestion: before you build, remodel, or go to a big box to buy some equipment give HTS a call.Im very happy and could go on forever.
