We just had two windows replaced in our home. From start to finish this company was excellent! I have nothing but good things to say about Glass Doctor!! I recently ordered a mirrored nightstand that was delivered broken in 1 area. In stead of going through the hassle of shipping the item back for a return I decided to find a way to fix the broken glass. This was a little more difficult than I thought because most companies deal with larger items like custom mirrors. Luckily I found Glass Doctor online and saw that they repair mirrored furniture. I called and spoke with an employee to confirm this was true and she told me to bring the item in so they could more accurately help me.I was able to easily get to the location, right off of Independence Blvd and 485. It is in a business park with plenty of parking. I bought my item in and the lady I spoke with quickly came out and helped me assuming I was the caller from the day before. She was able to get the item to back quickly and gave me a quote on how much the piece of glass would be. Surprisingly it was only $10 and they replaced the glass for me within 10 minutes. I was expecting to take the glass home and figure out a way to remove the broken glass and replace the new glass myself. I was extremely happy with the service and the work I received. Everyone was very nice and accommodating and made the process so painless.

Excellent customer service at the MATTHEWS location! This team delivered great service to me as I returned 2 pieces of glass cut exactly as I ordered. Unfortunately, the glass panels were slightly larger than the opening- not their fault as I explained to them. I usually dont like to write reviews but, in recent years I feel customer service has decline dramatically. So when I come across good customer service, it deserves mention.

Very professional, great technology, good prices and wonderful people. I had two fogged insulated pieces of glass that needed to be replaced. they gave me a price on the phone. I paid a deposit using very cool technology. They came out and did an exact measurement. Installation was about 10 days later. You cant even see where they were here, except the glass is crystal clear! Perfect.

Rion is outstanding! Professional technician with great attention to detail! My front double entry wood doors have 16 individual window panes, and he and a colleague had to remove each wood panel without damaging it to gain access to the glass panes and out back in place. Very intricate work! The outcome was as good as new and saved me the expense of having to replace my doors! Thank you!

Someone came out quickly to take a look at the sliding glass door of my home which was broken by the landscaping company. They made their estimate quickly. A day or two later someone different came out, the took the sliding glass door out and carried it back to his vehicle. Eventually he came back and put the replacement in, only after quite a few mosquitos and flies came into my home. I dont know why he didnt install the new window before getting rid of the broken window. Seems backwards to me. He was also very unprofessional. He didnt listen to me, he didnt ask permission, he just helped himself and was overall rude, belching included. He installed the replacement glass, but didnt wipe it off so it had a ton of smudges on it. Seems like you would wipe down before you leave.

Scheduled an appointment for Glass Doctor to give me an estimate on a very large window that had failed. The seal had broken due to poor installation originally. Estimate was not as much as I anticipated. Appointment was scheduled within 2 weeks to have new glass installed. Kevin and Trevor showed up on time. They made the installation seem seamless. No mess to clean up afterwards. Kevin explained why the window failed and was able to remedy it. Very happy with the new window.

I had several glass pieces cut for tables, (coffee table, dresser). I received exceptional friendly service and advise. Helped me unload my table, (brought due to irregular shape) and then carried and loaded glass once cut. Fast service, only took 2 days and both pieces look great. My coffee table was a split piece of wood and one of the staff even gave me pointers on finishes. Would highly recommend. Had work done there un the past and they have never disappointed.

First I will say they were on time and installed the windshield correctly.However, my wife left the keys on the seat for them so they could use them if they needed to. After they left my wife called me and said her keys were missing. The installer had pulled an old set of keys that went to other locks years ago out of the side pocket of the door and laid them on the seat. The actually car keys were missing.I contacted several people and finally got a response. I was told the technicians didn’t have the keys. About an hour later one of the installers called me and said the man who got there before him didn’t use the keys he just reached in the windows and unlocked the door. I don’t know where my keys are but the truck was parked right in front of my wife’s business and the entire front of the building is glass. If someone other that the glass doctor employees had taken the keys she would have seen them. I have torn the vehicle apart looking for the keys they are nowhere.Now I not only had to pay for a new windshield I have to pay for locks to be changed on my business, hone, vehicle and storage area. This is going to cost me over $800. I am very upset and i wish they’d offered to help pay for the lock replacements but they did not offer to do anything .they did apologize but denied any involvement . It’s either the biggest coincidence or the keys vanished. I am very disappointed

They inspected their work very carefully and found little chip which I couldnt even see it with my naked eye . They replaced it with perfect fit. I will call them again when I need their service and recommend them to people who need their services.

Great and honest service! I had a rock thrown at me on the highway and was able to quickly schedule an appointment. They evaluated the damage and said it was actually only surface level (no chance of spreading or turning into more so it doesnt need repair), but they filled it for me anyway to prevent tearing up my wiper blades. Best of all, because no repair was needed I left without paying a cent. If (more like when) I get another, I will definitely go to Glass Doctor of Charlotte where I know Ill get quality and honest service.

I needed glass shelves for a corner curio. I checked several places but the cost was over the top. Lauren help me at Glass Doctor to fix my panes as I love the pun. They were patient and timely and cut the glass exactly to my specifications and design. The cost was more than fair. My cabinets looks gorgeous now.

Having a window repaired later this week. The final cost of $371 is quite steep. I could purchase an entire new window and if I had time to install, would do so. Id like to give five stars but, the cost is just not reasonable.

He was knowledgeable about the job and listened to my complaints about how my windshield cracked to begin with!
