This is the second bed we’ve purchased from this location in the past several years. We were fortunate to have Dillon, store manager, as our sales professional. Dillon is very good! Strong product knowledge, asks good questions, reads the customer well, and provides appropriate options and solutions. I would highly recommend Dillon! We didn’t get to interact w his associate but we were in the store long enough to hear him engage customers and he was handling the customer similar to how Dillon handled us. Go see ‘em!

I was looking for a mattress for my 74 year old mother. I stopped at various mattress stores to fine one that would fit my budget since I have been recovering from illnesses and brain surgery which has not allowed me to work since I became sick in January 2021. Anyway when I spoke with Rick at Mattress firm he worked with me and even made sure I was able to get an awesome mattress for my mom not just the low end pitiful mattresses that the other stores would only offer me because of my limited funds. Rick with Mattress Firm in the Matthews location was awsome as he did not pressure me or guilt me to spending what I could not afford. He gave me his card and said to call him and he would get me the best deal possible. He went above my expectations by getting me a better price than I thought was possible. Give Rick a chance to make your mattress dreams come true!!! It probably helped that labor day discounts were working in my favor as well.

We had been putting off buying a new mattress for quite some time now because we were dreading the whole purchasing process and salesmen tactics. We had no idea where to start and didnt want to be pressured into buying that day. Mattress Firm Clearance was the complete opposite of what we expected, though (in a good way!). Our salesperson, Dylan, was so unbelievably helpful and you could tell he really knew his stuff and cared... he didnt make us feel like he was just in it to sell us something. He listened to our concerns, was beyond patient, and didnt pressure us in the slightest! We ended up leaving that day having purchased a mattress and feeling like a weight was lifted. As a bonus, they also gave us a great deal!! That said, I highly recommend Dylan and this location.

Larry Darnell Clinkscales was great sale associate. He took his time for us. Was very informed in the products. Did not make us feel pressured to purchase. Once we decided we did not walk out of the door feeling like we made mistake.

We just left mattress firm after 2 visits and months of review searching for a new mattress. Larry was our sells rep and was amazing! We had no intention of getting a tempurpedic mattress but after talking with Larry and going back and forth between memory foam and a tradition mattress there was really no question. We went with the luxbreeze and can not wait to try it with the adjustable base. We loved it in the store with the pro hi pillows but unfortunately they did not come with it. Overall it was an amazing experience and will shop here in the future!

The Salesman Nicholas (excellent), took a lot of time with my wife and I as we tried several styles and brands. Ended up with adjustable frame and mattress. Very nice experience. The problem came in with delivery guys. Very short and didnt want to listen. He knew it all. First thing he wanted to do was remove structure of existing bed frame to make base fit. We didnt want to lose integrity of the bed frame. I told him it should and would fit. I ended up measuring legs to show him. Still had an attitude. Said hed done this for four years. He knew everything. Adjustable frame went in fine. He said most dont, but didnt apologize that he was wrong. They had taken down the old double box springs to their truck, which we had wanted for our bunkbeds in another room. Complained about bringing them back. They did bring them back, but set them inside the front door. We had wanted them in a room upstairs, but guy refused. We had a very nice tip for them, but apparently it wasnt important. So no tip for them. Terrible delivery service. Nice sales experience. Would have been 5 stars, but delivery knocked it down to 3. Delivery guys need customer service training.

We had been on the fence on buying a new mattress for some time so we decided to stop by to see the deals. Larry did a great job of recommending mattresses without making me feel like he was up selling us. We got the Airbreeze Temperpedic King with the adjustable base. The process was smooth and I have waited to write a review to see how I felt after sleeping on it for a few weeks. IT IS WORTH THE UPGRADE ON THE ADJUSTABLE BASE! We just bought a second home at the beach and will be back to get updated mattresses for the condo and will make sure to go to Larry!

I went in ready to buy a mattress but uneducated in the advanced technology of mattresses. I was greeted right away, and taken through each brand, and type of mattress. I wasn’t rushed into purchasing, the reps were patient and very helpful with making sure I left satisfied and with a bed that would provide me great rest! Down to every detail, my adjustment lift, my pillows and sheets. I didn’t leave feeling pressured but very much satisfied, and excited to get my new bed home! Although one may think it a bit pricey, I feel like you get what you pay for. I definitely feel like this purchase will prove to be worth every dime! I appreciate the experience, when I buy my house at the end of the year and it’s time to purchase more mattresses I will definitely be back.

Ordered a mattress on June 25th and was told to be delivered today between 12:30-2:30. We received an email and text confirmation yesterday. Two hour window passed. Called store at 2:45 to get answers. We were informed today that our initial order was cancelled without our knowledge. Larry assured a replacement will be delivered on Monday.
