I’ve had pretty good luck finding shoes here! They carry a nice selection of dress shoes as well as sneakers. They often have sales, and the cashiers are always nice.

I would like to compliment the gentleman that helped me by the name of Mike. He was very personable and had impeccable customer service skills. The store was clean and well kept. All of the associates in the store were helpful as well. I had to make an exchange for a larger size shoe and Mike had the shoe waiting on me when I walked in. Good customer service is so infrequent now its wonderful to meet a salesperson like Mike. I hope Shoe Carnival knows the great associate they have in Mike. Ill continue to do business there based off of my experience with Mike.

This place was awesome filled with friendly staff. They had an awesome deal going on bogo half off so I ended up going the next day to buy another pair for my fiance. Very clean and well maintained, they even have a little basketball hoop for the kids to play. I will definately be returning and recommending this place to friends and family!

Terrible experience here. One white male employee in particular that wears glasses. He is rude and condescending and needs to learn how to treat people with respect. He needs to seek a different job if he has no basic knowledge of how to treat customers.

Not impressed with selection of shoes or sizes available. Shoes are displayed with incorrect prices or none at all. The associate that I spoke with was not friendly or helpful. But they did have Twinkletoes...which my daughter insists on.

The worst! Went there for the first time yesterday. Terrible customer service. Upon walking in my family & I werent greeted, or asked if we needed any help. There were several associates on the floor who seemed to be having a great time loudly laughing & playing around as if there were no customers in the store. As,I continued to shop the noise was unbearable. I couldnt focus on finding shoes over the commotion so I left with no help or shoes. These guys get a fat F for customer service. I wont be going back again.
