Not the greatest customer service. The home decor section has awesome findings. Recommended.

People were overall polite and nice. Some had mask, others didnt. The store was organized and workers putting out stock merchandise. Wish toys section was a tad bit larger.

Im actually in LOVE with this store, my grands move from phila, about 9 years ago and the first question was Where is the five below store. The best trinkets and gadgets Ive seen for the prices, and the art painting supply are actually tops, do yourself a favor and stop in you will be thrill if you have not shop there before . THE BEST FOR YOUR MONEY, My grand children were right, Good PICKINGS.

Perfect little place to grab some $5 and below gifts

Good selection of a little but of everything. It was mid afternoon on a Saturday and it was super cluttered, looked to be in the middle of resetting displays. No real order to where the line starts for checking out. Because there were 5-6 people waiting in line and the aisles were small and cluttered, it was impossible to space out and keep social distancing. The line of people blocked shopping of several aisles. There were only two registers open, but our cashier was very friendly and speedy checking us out.

Total mess and standing room only. No social distancing measures were being practiced and merchandise was scattered all around. Was looking at craft paint and have the rack was covered in leaking paint. Probably would not go back

Drove by there never went in the store. Heard great things.

I came in the morning as soon as it opened and you could definitely tell that the night shift had not clean and or organized 🙄 the staff that was there were pleasant and very helpful

This is a great place e to buy cheap stuff. Its still cheaper online but you dont have to wait. Also, isnt it better to walk around a real store.

The cashier didnt say a word to me the whole time. I could tell she wasnt having a good day so I said I hope your day gets better. She still didnt say anything just raised her eyebrows at me.

It was very empty. I do not if it was stock day or not. I was able to find a few things.

I has my favorite candies. And I can find novelties for all occasions and for any child as well.

Went there to get some inexpensive cards to put money in for Christmas bonus. No prices on the cards but I wasnt concerned. I stopped the checkout girt at $36 and there was still a bunch to go. Pretty sure she was charging me for the envelopes separately. I canceled the sale and walked out. Went to the dollar store and got 3 bags of stuff for $15. Not going back to 5 below.

Considering its December 20th the store was remarkably well stocked. Good customer service. Fairly quick registers. Baskets could be a bit more watched to be cleaned afterwards for covid but otherwise a great store.

Great place for purchasing cute things you dont really need. I purchased ear buds for $5 a few weeks ago and they sound good and are still working. My daughter loves shopping here, especially for the candy!!

Fun place to go with our 3 grandkids. We give them each $6 ($5+money for tax) and let them shop to their hearts content! Always something new there depending on season, holiday, etc.

Not great quality but they always have neat and inexpensive gift items for kids.

Great place to take little children to shop and make them feel like they are getting a lot of stuff without going over budget. The products for the most part area good deal for the quality of the item. Staff were friendly and store kept clean. Good location for shopping with proximity to other stores and restaurant.

This is a nice little cheap store that my young son enjoys way more than I do. Maybe it will grow on me more in the future. Time will tell. If you have never been to one then check it out. You might find something you like.

I was in five below right before Christmas and there was a male manager and a female regional manager (Im just assuming that was her title). I was walking with my sister and my one year old daughter and she had two stuffed animal cats and they saw her and said they wanted to give her one for free. I thought that was awesome of them to do for no other reason than just to be nice. Well as it would turn out this is my daughters favorite possession. She brings her (coconut kitty)coconut smelling kitty everywhere. So I would like to say thank you very much for your kind gesture. You have a family of customers for life(especially my daughter) !

I love this store. They always have everything a young girl needs. I do wish they had more to offer teen boys though. They have toys for boys, but not much for boys over 13.

I found stocking stuffers and my daughter was able to buy presents for everyone on her list and stay on budget. And she found nice gifts too. Crossword puzzle book & sushi maker for dad, camera lenses & iphone accessory for her brother, metal water bottle & yoga matt for mom... pretty clever gifts.

You can always find something you need or dont need! We love five below!

Very neat place. Was asked by staff not to take pictures, so I stopped and went ahead and deleted the 10 or so I had already taken, except the outside, which I will post. Anyway, neat place with some items I havent really seen anywhere else. Items are $5 or less. Theres even a bin display that you can bag your own selection of candy. This reminds me, sort of, of a landlubbers version of stores like Wings (found along Southern beaches-minus the abundance of sun products, hermit crabs, and such). Certainly worth a visit.

Love it. Everything is $5 and below like the name of the store. Found some fun stuff to get my family for Christmas and didnt break the bank doing it. It is on the cleaner side unlike a dollar store or general dollar with stuff everywhere.I gave a 4 because there were 3 employees just standing at the front behind the counter talking about non-related work stuff. There was one cashier working hard and checking everyone out while the other 3 continued their conversation. Bad customer service.

If you need something for cheep I recommend checking here first. Basketball for $5! If I went to Dicks (next door) I would be paying more like $20.

Good cheap discount store with great pricing everything is $5 or less. Toys and games are off brand but are decent for what you pay.
