I needed several ethernet cables terminated. Isaiah from Trox Tech showed up on time and masked and performed the task very efficiently at a reasonable price. Will definitely be calling them back!

I have a Samsung tablet that seemed to have just died. I was about to purchase another one but decided to call Trox Tech just in case they could solve the issue. Dustin said to bring it in and he would try a hard reset (which is what he suspected it needed). Best Buy Geek Squad said I would probably have to purchase a new one. Well Dustin saved me $500+ by just pushing some buttons. I had previously had Trox Tech fix and outlook email issue which they did remotely. I am really impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I now have a new computer repair store and recommend them to everyone.

We hired Trox Tech to mount tvs, hide cords, and install a ring video camera. They showed up on time, were extremely knowledgeable and professional and did excellent work. Very trustworthy company and great people! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help.

These people charged me $135 to remove some adware. They returned my laptop to me and said the adware was definitely gone. I didnt have a need to use the laptop for another month. When I turned it on, the same adware was still in it. I ended up removing the adware myself for free and I am no computer expert. What a waste of money.

I had an issue with my PC. They couldnt duplicate the problem and didnt charge me for looking at it. It works fine now. Thanks guys!

They did a good, fast job of fixing my computer and clearly explained how to avoid the problem in the future. The techs were polite and friendly.

My Dell was running extremely slow and I took it to these guys and they ran some sort of updates (Im not sure exactly what because Im not super techy) but these guys had my Dell running like brand new 10/10 would recommend them and the best part was the guest area! I watched them as they worked on my computer while lounging it was great!

These guys do all of our I.T. work and they are awesome. As soon as i call them they are taking care of issue remotely or on the way. They are very polite and always pick up the phone. An excellent experience. Had a computer that was getting intermittent power to the motherboard, I was swapping parts looking for the problem, and was going out of my mind. Trox Tech promptly picked up my computer from the house, diagnosed the problem correctly the next morning (power supply), and dropped off the computer back at the house that day! Tyler and Trox Tech to the rescue! My computer would no longer start and I was alarmed that I would lose the data that I had not backed up. I did a quick search of computer repair shops online and found several options, but decided to go with Trox Tech. I am so happy that I did! My computer not only starts again but also operates much better. Trox Tech went even beyond the repair by providing me with a storage solution so I could get a handle on my data once I had my computer back. I have to reinstall certain programs, but my data was thankfully retrievable. 5 stars in my book!

I had 2 laptops that needed repair (HP pavilion that needed power jack replacement and a Dell that my kid dropped from kitchen counter and had screen display problem). Folks at Trox were great in fixing both within 24 hrs at a price that I thought was very reasonable. Other repair stores were asking twice the amount to fix with little explanation of what the problem was. This was the first time we needed help with PC repair. I found Trox Tech online. They were extremely helpful. They would have done free pick-up and drop-off of our computer but I happened to be in the area both times so I went to their office. They were able to fix our issue, clean our system, and reinstall our data. Their price was very fair and the turnaround time was quick. I dropped it off around 1:30pm and picked it up the next morning around 10:30am. I have already recommended them to a couple of friends.

I’m a DIY master, or so I thought and I tried to remove my CPU, cooling fan, among ither things from my computer that I saw on YouTube. It sucks to say, but I obviously screwed everything up. Although reluctant, I called Trox, and they were patient with me, and actually taught me how to do some of my DIYs. Others of course should’ve been done by strictly professionals. The only downside I had is that they had me on hold for about a minute. Besides that, GREAT SERVICE! I RECOMMEND!!!!

Based on prior expierence I called them back out for an outdoor TV installation, an outdoor sonos installation, and an upgrade to my alarm security system. Once again the job went perfectly without a hitch. Clean neat installation. Everything works as stated. The work was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable price. much cheaper than my quote from the big box store. I cant say enough to highly reccomend this company. I took My XPS 13 laptop to Trox Tech to replace the keyboard . they call me and they told me it ready after three days . as soon as i use the laptops the keyboard stop working After a phone conversation, with Trox Tech Tech claimed it was the keyboard they replace does not have any warranty . and i have to pay again to get it fixthe keyboard cost me $175 . I found the keyboard on eBay only $14
